Obama has a better message and he will be able to bring the country back together rather then continue to tear it apart. Hillary should concede and quit dividing the democratic party. I see so many comments from people who state in no uncertain terms that if Obama wins the nomination they will vote for McCain!!!!!! What kind of democrat would do that idiotic thing. On the other hand if Hillary wins the nomination by some miracle I will vote for her in November. I am an Obama supporter and I will stand with the Dems come November because McCain will not be able to bring the country together he will only continue Bush's legacy and policies of the Repubs who will continue to antagonize the rest of the world with our shock and awe. Please quit this mudslinging and divisive tactics on behalf of Hillary. Those tactics only confirm my belief that Hillary will do anything and say anything to win. When Hillary's plan to disenfranchise all voters after February 5th wasn't successful, she tried one dishonest tactic after another to bring Obama down. She can't win; she can't pay her bills; and all she's accomplishing is an increase in McCain's poll numbers. Of course Obama's supporters want her out. As Senator Obama has said, however, let her stay in as long as she wants. The emperor's clothes become more and more transparent every time she opens her mouth. I support Obama but i don't believe the race should stop. However, I don't for one minute believe that "Obama's camp" is who is calling for the race to end. We need to understand the difference between someone being a "supporter" and being "in the camp." I know that sometimes the line becomes blurry, but there is a difference. Saying that "Obama's camp" wants the race to end means that it came officially from Obama himself.

As of today, HRC will have to win 58% of the remaining delegates to make the playoffs...Obama has to win 44%. Unfortunately for HRC even her campaign admits it will most likely not obtain 58% in ANY of the remaining primaries, including Pennsylvania, and will lose at least two States, making her "necessaries" statistically impossible.

This is political talk, she cannot say, "I have no chance of winning, but I have nothing better to do". The Clintons still have alot of support and will let them down easy. NO WAY! They are going to fight to the end, the floor of the convention and after in the Courts if they do not get their way or happy with the splits out of MI and FL. The only way to get rid of them is to defeat them in Pennsylvania. The people of that good state hold the cards, not MI and FL. If they lose Penn, they are gone, maybe?! They will have a tough time spinning this though...this battle is about the Super Delegates, not the primary voters..they have to destroy Obama to win this and they will. Then take on McCain, and hopes he really screws up then they will back in the White House...

Well, it is true that some Obama supporters are calling her to step down, but the current position Senator Clinton is in seems to be a tight rope act. She is becomming really desperate now, and all of her followers (including the Senator) wishes to count Michigan and Florida now. When she stated flatly that it didn't matter in October. Now since the odds are against her, Senator Clinton is becoming a bit paranoid.
A Key backer of Senator Clinton even emphasized that Obama will win. Now, that's only a drop in the bucket, but soon, a torrential storm can form and the wave of Democratic officials telling her to step down will increase 10 fold. If Senator Clinton continues what she is doing, she might never recover politically. And if the Republicans win the Presidency, she would be scorned for the rest of her life.

To anyone who cries "but, but, but if you want the race to end, you are disenfranchising voters!" -

What if, at this very moment, with 10 primaries to go, and millions of voices left unheard, Clinton had only 1% of the vote while Obama had 99%.

Would you still think Hillary should stay in the race? Of course not. But by your argument, you would then STILL be disenfranchising all of the people that had yet to vote. Even so, you would of course suggest that she drop out of the race.

So, what those of us who would like to see her drop out are saying is that her chances of winning (while more than 1%) are so slim that it is a waste of time and effort on our beloved party to continue this thing. It is the same argument everyone would make if my 1% vs 99% scenario were true.

The difference here is that Hillary and her supporters are disillusioned, and think that she can somehow pull this off. But all that I keep hearing and reading is that barring a meteorite striking the Obama headquarters or Obama dressing like a woman, it just ain't gonna happen.

So, unless people start to pressure her, here is what is going to happen. We are all going to spend the next few months arguing and spending our time and money on this fight instead of the fight against McCain. And then come July 1 when the superdelegates will finally put their foots down, vote, and make Obama the nominee, we are all going to look back and go, "well that was stupid. we could have done this 3 months ago like we were all praying for."

Finally... Any "real" member of the Democratic Party who is for either candidate, and will refuse to vote for the other in the Presidential election is a fool. This whole process is about doing what we think is best for this country. If you are willing to hurt your country just to spite your party, than you are very unpatriotic. I am an ardent supporter of Obama, and I don't love Hillary or her campaign, but I do love this country. I love this country enough that I will of course still vote for Hillary above McCain.
