From CNN Associate Producer Martina Stewart (CNN) — The economy — issue number one with voters — takes center stage in the latest episode of CNN=Politics Daily. Allan Chernoff reports on the proposal announced by the Bush administration Monday to change how the federal government regulates the U.S. financial system.
