How can Hillary make any statements about the financial institutions that have hurt homeowners, when she is hurting many small businesses, Mom and Pop businesses, by not paying her bills? If she only raised $20 million, and had $13 million in debt left from February, then she will not have enough money to run her campaign and still be able to pay the small businesses.
