Sen. Evan Bayh, a prominent Clinton surrogate, in her new Indiana ad.

(CNN) - Hillary Clinton's campaign is featuring one of Indiana's most popular politicians in its first statewide ad in the state. The spot hits the airwaves Tuesday.

In 'Steel,' Indiana Sen. Evan Bayh says:

"America faces challenging times. We need a leader who'll fight for good jobs, change trade deals like NAFTA, cut taxes for middle class families. Someone who's ready to be commander in chief from day one.

"That leader? Hillary Clinton. I've known Hillary for 20 years. She's got a spine of steel. She'll fight for our jobs, our troops, and the America we love. Strong. Seasoned. She'll always stand up for us."

Primary voters in the state head to the polls May 6.

Hey OlvrWht! Are you kiddin' me?
Perhaps Bill and Hillary should run for World King & Queen for helping all of the "millions" of non-US citizens around the world!? I seriously question whether Hillary has the mental capacity or judgement to defend the U.S. Constitution and execute the duties of the U.S. Presidency.
I feel sorry for you if you sincerely love the Clinton's that much – for love has made you blind. Wake up dude! :)

Can you believe the amount of money senator Clinton gave to charity? All the critics out there should pause for a moment and THINK. That is truly an indication of someone who loves her country and her fellow men. Clinton haters should try to emulate her. I am sure their perspective on life and their view of Hillary Clinton would be different. Hillary Clinton deserves our votes; she has earned them, even when we were not looking. As to senator Obama, all comments and consideration STOPPED on his allegiance and affiliation to a church that showed to be SO ANTI AMRERICAN—to think that he endorses that philosophy and still want to lead this country makes you wonder WHERE TO?

Why does anyone believe what Clinton says, she has continually lied to us about NAFTA, sniper shootings, and even about healthcare incidents in ohio among others. How can anyone still trust here at all. If she is lying to us now just imagine how bad it would be if she were President.

Penn is a lobbyist. He wanted in on the ground floor to grab the bucks for his company.
He has not resigned. Just got a different titile.
Hillary knows we will not boycott the Olympics so she's just spouting off to be anti-bush. She knows the vast amount of Americans don't under stand trade deals any way but she thinks because she says something people will believe her. Clinton speak.

ella, what makes you say "Hillary won't win Indiana"? Why don't you run for the President if you know whole world? I wouldn't say if I am not sure. Check Straw Poll, you will understand. Just wait until 6 May and 20 May, I am very possitive. Hillary, Go Hillary.

A vote for Obama is a vote for BIG OIL. Obama has been receiving major contributions from the Big Oil Companies per Meet the Press. Our gas prices will go up with the Obama administration if he is to win the nomination and the presidency.

    Always, for Hillary 08

obama has an ad in indiana saying he has been working to help people in the steel mills that lost their jobs and to keep the mills going..but it's kinda sad ever since he's been working on that ,since the late 80's and early 90's the steel mills have been closing up one by one. apparently he's not doing very well. i don't think i'd be making an ad like that but of course he's got a lot of people buffaloed.he will lose in indiana.his double talk is catching up to him quick.go hillary..

I guess this guy won't be on Obama's short list for VP.

Democrats, y'all need to come together unless you want the same people in charge of the White House to "ruin" the White House for another four long years.

Sen. Obama's political bandwagon is wobbling all over.By the time it gets to Puerto rico, all the wheels would have flownoff-leaving the bandwagon in tatters and complete shambles. One cannot be a star forever! The star power fades a lot faster, especially when it comes to politics. We will always support Hillary. Those Hillary bashers are running out of the despicable derogatory uncouth words.Like it or not,the bashers will loose!!!! Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hillary Go!!!!!!!! upto the White House for 8years! Why not if you are good -you are good. Then VP.Bayh will take over for for another 8years. Obama if he still a sentor, can then at the mature age of 61years take over the White House!!!! Why not Si se puede!

Clinton takes more money from special interests then any of the three candidates. Obama and McCain take practically none. Who do you trust?

    Hey Skipper,

Hill & Bill donated 10% to charity. Check your stats.

& BTW, Obama aparently doesn't feel the need to pander to ethnic groups like Hillary does. Black people know he supports them. He doesn't need to hold their hand to prove it!
