Gary,

I have no problem with voting for a strong candidate who is a woman. But I expect that candidate to have integrity, honesty and is able to run her campaign professionally.

The campaign is a glimmer into how she would run the country.

Unfortunately, THAT woman is not running for president.

So, as a 50+ woman, I will have to vote for the better candidate, Obama.

First she could identify with the New York Giants wining the superbowl as an underdog, then she was the same a ROCKY balboa running up the stairs and not stopping midway. Today she's all about comeback like the jayhawks. and don't forget she's a superior bowler.

Guess the USA has a champion here that can change colors like a cameleon. Is this what the country really needs?

Being from Kansas, I am offended that Hillary Clinton would compare herself to our KU Jayhawks!
We do not lie to make ourselves look better, bigger or more experienced.
We do not cheat to win.
We do not blame everyone else for our deficiencies.
You are not worthy of a comback, Hillary.
We need someone in the White House who actually has Integrity.
Hillary, you do not qualify in that category.

Did you know that there were many great President that did not have half the experience that Senator Obama Barrack, has, yet they made great Presidents. Did you know that Senator Hillary Clinton has no experience as a President only that she is the formal Presidents wife. So please don't used this as an excuse because that's the reason our country is were it is today. I want to beleive that I have the knowledge and direction to know that senator Obama Barrack " is the best man for the job ........ President for 2008------- Teresa Bray Moore Edward Waters College....Jacksonville, Florida

The Clintons are finally being seen for who they really are. Despite the public face they put on things; the spin is all the things we've seen throughout this campaign. I sit in awe of some of tactics. Barack made an interesting statement in one the debates "I'm beginning which Clinton I'm running against".. I'd wondered the same thing. I at one time admired the Clintons until many truths about their character has come into play. For the sake of the party, Hillary needs to wrap it up! If this is an indication of how she'll run the white house, I'm moving to Paris!

I am like Rocky.
I am like Kansas.
Is it really a comeback when once upon a time you were supposed to coronated and due to your 90s mentality you ride in Hillacopters in Iowa and stay in plush "royal" accomdations and waste campaign money to less than zero, you get your pantsuit kicked in delegate count, you have 48 different personalities (all w credibility issues), you wink-wink foreign govts and create lies to cover up, you fire but keep penn, you duck sniper fire ... this is all so 90s. Excess, waste, all trick plays, no fundamentals.

Joanne & Amy in Iowa,

Some politicians lie, others embellish their stories, and a few stick to the truth. Our hope is that we can find the most trustworthy of the folks who run for a particular office. Experience good, knowledge better, however honesty is the most important. Any time we consistently catch a politician lying and continue to support that person, we need to ask ourselves why and how bad the other candidates really are. If our answer is based on the fact that we simply like a particular candidate, then maybe we need to look at ourselves. Else, just go ahead a vote for which candidate you wish. In the end, we get what we ask for.

I think a more fitting analogy would be to compare Clinton to Memphis. They played well and got a big lead, but then blew it. The only difference is that in the last 10 seconds or so of the game, when Kansas had a 7-point lead and Memphis they couldn't possibly come back, they stopped playing. They could have played dirty and kept fouling, but instead they lost gracefully. If last night's result were really Clinton's "kind of outcome", she would do like Memphis did in that last 10 seconds and bow out.

EXCERPTS FROM CLINTON'S MIND:
NCAA is "my kind of outcome" ... look at me, I am just like all of you blue collar sports fans!

Basketball is where you put a textured brown ball into some sort of hoop-like receptical, correct?

Hey, where did I put my Yankees cap?

Er, wait, does America have a team whose hat I can wear? I almost forgot what I was running for.

===

We see through you, Clinton.

with the devil you know (Clinton) , then to go with the devil you don't know (Obama). Are you people for real.? She can't run her own campaign and you think she's capable of running a country. Wait till Americans learn that Bill Clinton was paid consultant for INFOUSA ( a data base that targets senior citizens for scams). He has foreign governments paying him (both China and India) and investigations are currently going on right now to see who contributed to their Library. Eight years in the White House is enough, time for new blood. No more Clintons and no more Bushs.

"A few of you were up late watching that game last night,” she told a gathering of the Communications Workers of America in Washington, D.C. “Great comeback, right? My kind of outcome.”

I can almost be certain she stole those words from Obama. lol.

I sincerely hope that after Hillary loses the nomination that she will turn her fire to John McCain, and not continue to gripe about to officiating in the primary race. For some reason I can see her being a sore loser, and getting the "well, if I can't be president, Obama can't either" mentality. Hil' do us a favor and the right thing when you lose this primary race: back Obama with all you've got, because you know - it may be deep down and hidden behind your last months of campaigning, but you know - that Obama would be a better president than McCain.

You may have a tough time convincing your obstinate following though...

Why is it that YOU the MEDIA have to be so negative against Hillary! Why can you not see she is a great person and someone who doing something so great! McCain and Obama have made so huge flubs and have sorry supporters who discriminates. I am beginning to feel some of YOU in the media are causing this DIVISION!

What is it? Are you afraid to have a WOMAN as our POTUS! Are you so sexist you have to smear her every day?

I am so disapointed in CNN and I am most importantly getting tired of all the smear tactics. I think some of you need to go back to school and retake Journalism 1001.

Hey Gary, please stop your uneducated ranting. I'm a young voter and I have a feeling I understand this election alot more then you do. You claim and I will admit that I am lacking the "mortality to vote." I'm not sure if you know but mortality is defined as the state or conditon of being subject to death, which unless I am much mistaken has nothing to do with voting. Do me a favor, if your going to yell at us, at least do it in proper English.

She couldn't name a player on either team - it's all ridiculous and nothing more than silly pandering. It comes off brutally bad as well, like an adult trying to sound cool to their kids.

First she's comparing herself to Rocky, than Paulette Revere, then the first Female whatever in Montana, now the Jayhawks. She's the establishment candidate, the one with all of the vaunted experience - how can she be the underdog? Because she ran a terrible campaign with her staff a mess?

To DM in Arlington:
Read back your own words: "the former Clinton pastor".
BHO's character flaws show precisely because Rev. Wright is not his former pastor. How can someone who calls himself a Christian expose his little kids to such bile in their formative years? And what a miracle it must have taken for Obama to go to the same church every Sunday for 20 years, but magically be absent on only the specific days Wright spewed those words.
Get a brain.

What about Obama's blatant lie. I sat in the pew for 20 years but I totally disagree with what my pastor says. Obama supporters are stupid, they go on words not actions.

Adam,
When you say things like, "obama's fans are nothing but a bunch of children who need a nap", you lose credibility. Calm down and look at the big picture. There are of course plenty of McCain, Obama, AND Hillary supporters who are intelligent, thoughtful people who just want what is best for this country. Obama supporters who act juvenile just haven't been listening.

The Jay Hawks stayed in it from the git go. They were right were every player wants to be when they imagine greatness. Hillary is an example of what coaches teach their players the world over; don't underestimate your opponent.

That last second 3-pointer that sent the game into OT looked more like Obama's (Iowa's) shot.

One big difference, Hillary. . . . Kansas had to actually perform the work, not make up the story and declare yourself the winner! Basketball has rules - you can't tell the crowd the ball went in if it didn't (there are more TV cameras than in Bosnia). You can't send your husband out on the floor to try and intimidate the referees into changing the calls. You can't get players who pledged themselves to play for one team to change teams after the game has been played.

At this point, she is overplaying the underdog card to a ridiculous degree.

A former First Lady with a $109 million income, who had a huge lead and the Democratic establishment behind her only months ago cannot be an underdog. period.

I REALLY WISH CNN WOULD REVIEW EACH POST THAT CONTAINS ANY REFERENCE TO OBAMA BEING BLAMED FOR FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN AND DELETE IT. IF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE THAT STUPID AFTER ALL THE FACTS THAT THEY CANNOT SIMPLY UNDERSTAND WHAT A 2 EAR OLD CAN AND THAT IS FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN BROKE PARTY RULES (NO OBAMA'S RULE) AND STOP BLAMING BARACK OBAMA FOR THAT. JUST DELETE ALL THOSE IDIOTIC POSTS.

THANKS

I am surprised she didn't say Michigan and Florida should have been in the tournament. Later today she will announce her bracket with Kansas as the winner. Tomorrow, she will be saying I don't understand why President Bush does not have them at the White House.

You got to be kidding me.... has she no shame.

Jesus, is there NO end to her madness? I mean now she's playing the "sports anchorman" role? Does she honestly think anyone is buying her despicable woof tickets? She's NOT trustworthy, it comes off every time she pulls these stupid stunts. She's NOT believable at all. Give me a break!!

Just when I think this WOMAN can't SINK ANY LOWER, she doesn't just go into the gutter, she gets UNDER THE GUTTER with these petty-sewage politics.

One minute she's claiming and copying Sen. Obama's campaign slogan "Yes will WILL" when she realized that his original "YES WE CAN" slogan was a BIG HIT; THEN she claims it "takes her longer to get dress, so she should get a few extra points; AND the next minute she's copying Sen. Obama's bowling stunt on the Ellen Degeneres show which showed she DID NOT bowl better than Sen. Obama.

So it goes to reason that every time Sen. Clinton tries to mimmick the same stunts and directs it at Sen. Obama, she comes off BADLY in the polls!!! DAH.

Every time she or one of her staffers (Penn) gets CAUGHT with their foot in their mouths. What do they do? They blame Sen. Obama. Her repeated remarks and attacks regarding Rev. Wright has done nothing but BACKFIRED in her FACE and yet she ignorantly STILL continues to go there. Geeeez.....

When is this woman going to GET it, Americans DON'T TRUST HER on ALL levels!!

Amusing how the caption reads: "The race appears to be narrowing in Pennsylvania" when this article has nothing to do with PA. Just another cheapshot by CNN trying to make this a close race. Anyway, Obama has been quiet lately... guess he's writing another idiotic speech to "inspire" us.

Hillary, you may be a competitor, but unfortunately you will never be among the ranks of inspirational comeback stories. You couldn't hold Rocky's jock strap and I'm pretty sure you can't make a layup. In the sports-themed comparisons you've been making, you mostly resemble Mike Tyson. A great competitor that can punish an opponent. But, when facing defeat, Mike won't hesitate to bite off the other boxer's ear. This kind of fight ends up with Tyson losing both the fight and his dignity.
