Clinton camp hits Obama in new radio ad

(CNN) - Hillary Clinton's presidential suggests in a new Pennsylvania radio ad that Barack Obama is being misleading by claiming he doesn't take money from oil companies.

"In his TV ads, Barack Obama sounds like he'll take on the oil companies…What he doesn’t tell you is that “no candidate does….they cant,” according to the Annenberg Center’s Factcheck.org," the ad's narrator states. "It's been against the law for companies to donate to candidates for a hundred years."

"Obama also doesn't mention that he voted for the Bush Cheney energy bill," the narrator adds. "It was called a piñata of perks and the best energy bill corporations could buy."

I appreciated the fact that Cnn.com/live showed the wonderful panel of military officers who strongly support Senator Clinton. It is a shame that too many people, especially some of the ones who attack her on line, have no clue about the wonderful work she has done for veterans. While Obama was writing a book to protect himself from the sleazy facts of his past, she was standing up for veterans and the military..not to fight a war,..but to protect those who do.

Just want to know why you keep bringing up Obama's campaign person in Canada when Canada said they made a mistake and your campaign actually made the statement about "dont worry about what she said about NAFTA?

I find it fascinating how the Obama fans never want to actually pay any attention to many red flags with their candidate. If you truly want this change so much, why would you continue to ignore more of the same old types of politics? This is dead on correct information- just research it. This decision is too important not to. Do it for yourselves.

This is another Clinton attack to take the focus off of Mark Penn (still on her campaign staff) and Bill (made 800K) supporting the Columbia Free Trade Agreement. So INDIVIDUALS working for corporations have donated to Barack Obama because they want him to be President. So what? He has almost 1 1/2 million donors – everyday people from all walks of life. He does not take money from federal lobbyists or PACs. So what's the story? I hope the people in PA aren't ignorant enough to fall for her pathetic, predictable tactics.

Obama supporters- with all that hate for Hillary, there is no way that Obama will get their support. Remember this race is very close by 1% difference. You may think you have this in the bag, but come November you won't. Our votes will not, again will not, go to Obama. How does Hillary sleep at night? She sleep very well and has no problem looking in the mirror. Thank you!
Wait..... Jesse Ventura was on Fox last night. He is thinking about running as an Independent. Sounds good to me! Oh wait, didn't Obama won most of his states with the independent votes. Obama 08, I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why does CNN essentially rerun every Hillary ad? I don't see Obama and McCain getting this? Does Howard Wolfson Blitzer have something to do with this?

  13. No Hillary

Did Hillary not agree finally to stop negative campagning?.... this is what angers me most: HER NEGATIVE DIVISIVE ATTITUDE! This is exactly what took me from a Hillary supporter to an Obama supporter... and i am sure there are many many other voters that switched for the same reason.

I feel sad for Hillary and sorry for her supporters. Can't you see she's got no substance to her?

She's a destroyer, not a builder, and she will wreck this country.
Look at how much she's torn apart the Democratic Party with her insane refusal to do the honorable thing and capitulate?

For the good of us all, email, call, and write the Hillary Clinton campaign and tell her it's time to support the true nominee: Barack Obama.

Just quit and go back to the senate.

  19. Poor Excuse for Reporting

CNN- Why don't you report this story in a way that makes sense? Your selection of quotes does not make much sense.........Oh I forgot, that's the point. Anything to detract from the message of the Clinton campaign.

Thanks Frank – people need to realize that these votes are often multifaceted and one has to gleen out what is most important and prioritize. Clinton is very manipulative and changes the context of things with her editing. Kind of like a lie of ommission. Her ability to lie is multifaceted as well.

What's funny is that every one of the posts on this story are calling Hillary a lier. Maybe people really are starting to smart up. Anyone who supports this lady has got to be delusional. She is so transparent it's not even funny.

Sorry, Hilldog, this is about more than one issue EXCEPT when it comes to YOU which is why you are not leading in the delegate count, states won or popular vote. Keep driving those negatives and you'll be sitting with King George in 30% range real soon.
