HRC will milk this bitter cow as long as she can to keep her multitude of gaffs out of the headlines. Unfortunately I believe the public has become more then wise to her tricks as transparent as they are. It doesn't help that the media hoarde aids and abets her efforts.

Hey Sharon, I guess you don't understand that the CNN number is an average of all the polls taken. Of the polls considere, SurveyUSA being one of them MOST of the polls have Hillary with a ONE digit lead, most do not have her leading by two digits---

Gieven the fact she's a liar and can't run a sucessul campaign without constant in-fightintg and is constantly late in paying health insurance for her employees--- I guess you think this country doesn't need a leader who can lead successfully!!!

PA.......We all know that these 2 candidates are very similar when it comes to policies. So it comes down to 2 issues...1. Integrity and in this case 2. Inevitability. If you honestly feel Hillary has more integrity than Barack than by all means vote for her. I for one can not see that for the life of me. Secondly, Barack will be the nominee of the party..Hillary cannot with this process based on the numbers. I'm asking you to end this process so we can get on with beating McCain by a landslide in Nov.

At the start of this campaign I was going to vote for Hillary, but her truly disgusting behavior makes me think she's secretly a Republican. If she manages to steal this nomination from Obama I'm going to vote for McCain because at least he doesn't lie constantly.

deborah - so you think she hasn't used personal attacks on him? it's a two way street so if you're against it hold them both to the same standards....and I'm a woman that is supporting Obama am I sexist? no I'm not I just chose to support someone I think is better plan wise. I also think Sen. Clinton said something that the media ignored that insulted men...."real men are for Hillary"? talk about media bias here.

The media had a void to fill and they jumped on the bandwagon to make the "bitter" comments as big as they could. Maybe the American people are finally seeing that the media will use any blurb that comes along and ride it until the horse dies. If the blurb was as disastrous as the media thought, there should be a fifty point spread. The pundits were wrong, again!

Looks like the politican have got us right where they want us -- not talking about the issues. The good old "experience and lobbyist connect" politicans have given you some emotional issue to get distracted about while they

1. Give your tax money to companies to ship your job out of the country.

2. Borrow more from China to spend in Iraq. China get more interest payments. Select contractors get more money in Iraq. American people get to bury its soliders.

3. Reduce our manufacturing capacity and making free trade a super highway of increasing corporate profits.

In this age of amazing communication, how could we be so dumb!

The ARG poll is crap, and everybody knows it. It looks good to some, but no other poll is reporting anything near that.

I live in "the Alabama of PA" and will support Obama in the primary. I am bitter about the way Washington works, and want change, not more lies and deceptive practices by the Clinton Machine.

Obama may have not made the best choice of words lately, but his sentiment was dead-on. Bill Clinton is seeing people holding signs that don't exist now. These are the people you want representing our country?

Come on, PA!! Think. Research. Vote. Let's end this destructive charade right here next week. Send the Clintons home. Obama '08

Take a good note here people. Hillary Clinton will stop at nothing to get her agenda in place. Do you really think she will give a hoot about you if she wins the nomination?

Hasn't she proven over and over that she will say whatever it takes to win this nomination?

NAFTA
BOSNIA
N. IRELAND

She is NOT in touch with average Americans. That 109 million dollars should be total proof of that. She will relate with you until she wins the nomination, after that, all of you will be no better than Peter F. Paul.

Everyone needs to see the big picture, Obama isn't just the best choice for PA and America, but for the rest of the world. I travel the globe and the message is the same from everyone I speak with. Obama's commitment to open dialogue with all world leaders will regain the level of respect that the people of America deserve. If Hillary is elected the world will see us as weak minded and gullable. (By the way, rarely does anyone speak of "Mc-Who?").

Obama may be guilty of using poor words regarding the people of PA, but his message was accurate. He has never been caught flip flopping, or blatantly lying. Can Hillary supporters say the same about her?

The people of PA need to do their homework so that they can see that Hillary's "experience" with NAFTA has eliminated tens of thousands of jobs in their state. Please don't believe her message, because it changes everytime she is in front of a new group of voters. She is hungry for the power that she got a taste of in the 90's and will do anything to get it back (Bill is even hungrier). Her campaign has consisted of lies, bankruptcy, turnover, and corruption--this is the same trend we see if we follow her political roots all the way back to Arkansas. Please PA, do the rest of the country a favor and vote her out. I am from Iowa, we had to make a decision months ago and we are proud it. My message, especially to those of you in PA that are undecided--do your homework, read through the lines (and lies), and make the right choice--the world is depending on you!

I realize everyone blogging has already made up their mind, but I humbly ask Clinton supporters to evaluate who really has been in support of NAFTA her entire political career beginning when she was a cheerleader for it when she was First Lady.
The Bosnia incident was pure fabrication. When you are really under sniper fire, you don't forget it.
Her attacks on Obama are desperate efforts to attract Super Delegates and mislead the voters of Pa and the country.
Please, Pennsylvania, vote for Obama and bring this long, hate-filled primary campaign to a close! Only you have that power.

It is clear to many of us that this pathetic attempt on the part of Mrs. Clinton to gain some points is just another shot of desperation. She has no clear message that is resonating with the voters of PA and she will stop at nothing to bring Obama down. He has been cutting into her base again and again with his straight talk on the issues, but Hillary and Mr. McCain have been too busy creating side shows to distract people away from the fact that Barack is right on the money. Wouldn't you rather have people tell you the truth about what you need to hear than to lie to you about what they think you want to hear. The media has been feeding this controversy by plastering their catch phrases "Obama insults small town America" instead of defending the fact that he is tell the truth about some peoples' attitude in this country. Many people are bitter at the government for various reasons, to deny this is an insult to our intelligence. The real issue still remains that Barack knows how to relate to people on every level of America and he doesn't have to be deceitful or two-faced to do so. It is a shame that every time he says something useful people try to parce his words into something they are not. Shame on the other two clueless candidates who are really out of touch with America and shame on the media outlets who perpetrate tabloid sensationalism for journalism.

Why has CNN failed to site the other poll results? Specifically, the Rasmussen and SurveyUSA polls that show Clinton with a 9 point and 14 point lead respectively. Check it out at realclearpolitics.com.

Barack was correct when he said that I'm Bitter!! it's a true statement I do turn to my faith, I do blame immigrants that have taken my job and make sure that I can't get higher pay., people do cling to guns to survive when they have no choice.

The point is this the TRUTH HURTS!! alot of people if they were to dig deep know it's true whether you are in a small town or large town all is true we are BITTER and PISSED OFF!!.

Hillary is trying to drain this for all it's worth but not understanding it's an excercise in futility because this legacy was specifically ordained for Obama. It is his time!

Go Dems 08'

No doubt should she win by 6 points she will deem it as a tremendous victory and vindication of her strategy to fight on until the "bitter" end. Even though she started with a 20 point lead just a few weeks back.

Just as Gavin Newsom caused the death of Democratic "sure win" in 2004 by bringing gay marriage front and center in the middle of the campaign, Clinton will be looked back on having destroyed the 2008 "sure win".

Do the math she can't win. Unless her elitest party bosses annoit her or change the rules. Do you think that the millions of people that Obama has registered are going to support her? She throws Gore and Kerry under the bus. Just think the real reason WE lost in 2000 was Bill's actions. We should have won that in a walk.

Funny how Her Royal Clintoness's campaign always is coordinated with the Republican attack machine.

Could it be they both support the same trade and other policies?

Could it be that Penn, her "demoted" top campaign strategist and McCain's top campaign strategist work together on the same issues fo rthe highest bidder (the same as Bill)?

Polling is such a funny thing and people should be careful not to read too much into them especially when you take a poll right after a political flare up. If the polticial flare up dies down even slightly, the polls could be way off.
Either way, winning PA would be nice for either candidate but the overall nomination is not won exclusive by PA; there are 49 other states to consider. If the math still holds up, then Obama will still be the front runner !!!

Obama's comment on bitterness was taken out of context by Clinton. We know what to expect from this woman if she is elected President. God help us all.

Going back to the Rove-style tactics is not the answer to 8 years of Bush. Clinton has demonstrated that she will do anything and go as low as necessary to get elected.

Think carefully - is that what you want in a President?

The point may be moot. Hillary wil still need to win by 75% in all the remaining primaries just to be in contention for the nomination. 6% ain't going to do it.

For all Democrats.

Go to Huffington Post and read, Frank Schaeffer's, Good News for Democrats. It is quite a lengthy read, but make absolutely sure that you get to the end of the article. You will get a pleasant surprise. Share this with your friends.

As for the accuracy of the polls, don't you see, by cherry-picking polls that show Hillary sliding, and then rebounding, the so-called media can shape the debate and impressions of how the campaign is going.

If you ignore the polls showing her doing quite well, and she turns out to do well, she can be once again proclaimed the "comeback kid", giving her false hope of a win. She might get the nomination, but it would be no win. It would be even more tainted than Bush's being adjudicated into the presidency even when losing the popular vote.

But I forget, the Clinton's are entitled to the nomination. To me that's elitist.

I have to laugh at these poll of polls CNN puts out. They have Obama leading her for the nominee and yet she is ahead of McCain in the general. This tells you that McCain will be our next President of the US. Good going CNN your biased for Obama is really paying off for the Democratic party thank you.

Hillary throw down the gauntlet! Up the ante - challenge Barack to either win his first "big state" (PA) or get out of the race. Offer to do the same should he win. Keep pressing for the FL amd MI votes to be counted - Barack quite apparantly didn't want a re-vote in those places as he knew he'd lose. Politics - the king of sports - you've got to love it!

I was offended by the Annie Oakley comment. It was sexist. The US has a serious SEXISM issue....race has not been as much of an issue as gender bias in the last decade, yet, I don't see Hillary giving "historic" speeches on gender relations. Obama is using his race....and it's sad.

Obama = phony

On an aside, I typed in "phony" into answers.com and this was the first thing that popped up. Pretty funny.
