(CNN) - The morning after Hillary Clinton attacked Barack Obama over his relationship with William Ayers, founder of Weather Underground, her campaign advisers struggled with questions over her view of pardons for members of that group issued by her husband, former President Bill Clinton.
On a conference call with reporters, spokesman Howard Wolfson said he did not know where the New York senator stood on the pardons, but that he would check.
The Obama campaign has responded to Clinton’s questions to the Illinois senator at Wednesday night’s ABC debate with press releases pointing to the former president’s pardons of Weather Underground members Susan Rosenberg and Linda Evans.
The group, which formed in the 1960s, sought the overthrow of the U.S. government, and carried out violent attacks including bombings.

Bet she didn't see that one coming! Once again, her husbands public stance on an issue contradicts what Hillary is saying she stands for. In the end, who will she have more loyalty to? She is literally in bed with one of the biggest lobbyists out there.

Typical Obama wimping out. He can't take the pressure so, despite claiming that he's a new kind of politician, he throws another irrelevant punch to change the subject. The R's are going to chew him up and spit him out.
The only winner of this "debate" was the media. As long as they keep this circus running, they keep raking in the advertising dollars. These events are being billed like the superbowl, and the commercial business that is the media is cashing in the whole way.
I watched the "debate" and it was a 3 on 1 attack on Obama. Even people who don't support Obama could see how biased it was. ABC? More like TMZ. The political powers that be need to take the reigns & salvage what little dignity is left in the Democratic party.
Did anyone else notice that no one asked Clinton about the $800K Columbia fiasco? Or how she would keep the leash on Bill if she were in the WH? She got off easy, while Obama was slammed. And I think he handled himself with decorum & dignity, and he TRIED to keep on topic (except when he had to defend himself).
All the Hillary supporters were asking about Obama and Ayers. Now that they are asking the Clintons there role with two defendants, she don't know what to say. Shame on you Hillary. Oh by the way, the Superdelegates in Oklahoma are switching there vote after the debate yesterday. They now want to go with Obama. He does it again. Her middle east policy is very scary and she sounds like she is sending out full force if Isreal is attacked. That is huge and she is really crazy.
When you dig a ditch for someone make sure your husband hasn't already dug one for you. Bill really should have reminded Hillary about the pardons and warned her not to got down that "dark alleyway"

I think Obama himself pointed out that he shouldn't be held responsible for what 'someone ELSE' did. Shouldn't that logic apply to Hillary as well?

Again Camp Hillary showed signs of tunnel vision. They were going after Obama by indicating he served on a charity committee with Ayers and attended a dinner at Ayers' home while on that committee.
That did not expect the "bomb shell" of Obama countering with the Clinton pardon of people who plotted against the U.S. and carried out violets attachs! Why would Clinton do such a thing - that is treason!

I do not understand Hillary's campaign. Even though I have no respect for the way she conducts herself, she is bright and astucious. I am amazed by this need of hers to always get in troubles. There is a self-destruction going on here.
