From

RALEIGH, North Carolina (CNN) -– Barack Obama said Thursday that the North Carolina primary could be decisive.

"If we can win in North Carolina, I think we can wrap up this nomination," Obama told an overflow crowd of supporters outside his event in Raleigh. "And if we can win this nomination I think we can beat John McCain."

"I think everybody understands how important this election is," he continued. "North Carolina is going to be critically important."

Vote for McCain and still suffer. Some people just don't get it. I think God that I am doing well enough to weather another four year storm because there are a lot of stupid people in the country. I say turn the heat up because it is not hot enough yet. All of you mcCain supporters need to enlist in the military for the next four years because McCain wil also need your support in fighting more wars but do not look for him to support you.

I am a registered Republican and Obama supporter that resides in Lancaster, PA and I don't know anyone who is voting for Hillary Clinton–where the heck are all these alleged Hillary supporters in PA? I am well aware of the fact that Lancaster County is a predominantly Republican county, but there are lots of Democrats here and I can't for the life of me find one–just one–Hillary supporter.

Furthermore, the polls indicate that she is sustaining a five point lead over Obama, but how? Are Hillary supporters hiding or ashamed of revealing themselves?

From what I read on the "peoples" response to the ABC debate.
7.000 people responded and 9 out of 10 were so mad and they
think Hillary "set up" Obama. Go to the politics at ABC and read on.
Most people are outraged that Hannity, Stephanopolus, Gibson,
made Obama look so bad and made Hillary look great During the
debate, the kept Chelsey in the spotlight and at the end, Hillary
and Chelsey were on camera, Hillary giving Chelsey the nod. Hannity
had Stephanopolus on his radio show the day before the debate.
ABC had a vote. 62,000 + people voted who won the debate.
42,000 voted for Obama. and a mere 15,000 voted for Hillary.
Hillary is toast, even in PA.. I think people are mad. Go to ABC.

Very smart move, if Hillary can claim what various primaries mean so can Obama. Enjoy the goose gander sauce Hillary supporters, this is what spin looks like, you asked for it, you got it. They are going to push this idea hard – NC is the decisive state.

Tobias   April 17th, 2008 8:11 pm ET

What a bunch of hooey! He's lying again. What a freaking hypocrite! he will not have enough delegates and it's going to the convention. After last night the super delegates will be lining up behind Clinton. Vote smart, vote Clinton.

No more of those ridiculous debates. I am tired of looking at Hillary Clinton. I want to see Obama, Obama, Obama. Campaign forward, and do not indulge her any more. She is NOT the frontrunner.

Ask not what your country for you. The best thing I can do for my country is to vote for a leader who knows what she is talking about. I want to see a President who is confident, not someone so uncomfortable to answer questions on the spot. That is not the kind of president of the USA I want people to see.

I saw him hammered and he remained composed did not blame anyone else and was very professional and presidential. Hillary on the other hand looked like a very rude arrogant condesending B__CH! she really needs some help!

An American in Canada   April 17th, 2008 7:48 pm ET

Are their enough African-American in North Carolina to put Obama over the top because other than them who else should vote for such an under-talented candidate for president.

Hillary put Obama to shame in the debate, she answered her question with authority and with a great knowledge and understanding of each topic from the war, economy, and even if she thought Obama could win the election...
Yes, yes, yes he could, but only and I mean only if I help him because he is lacking in so many areas and everyone know I would be a finer president than Barack…YES I WILL, YES, I WILL, YES, I WILL

Does he think that just by being arrogant and showing his cockiness
that he will win the nomination, it takes more than bitterness to make citizens feel guilty and thus vote because you are an Kenya-American.

A president can not be chosen because he gives a good speech that someone else wrote
Obama only comes back the following day after being challenged with some witty comments and we all know it comes from his ghost writers.

Remember last time American you voted for a guy who was popular that you wanted to have a beer with. Where is that popular guy now, he sat in Washington and acts like you do not exist.....

A president should be elect by the people and that president should be for the people and that is Hillary R. Clinton...

Choose wisely this time America.....

Ken Austin, TX   April 17th, 2008 7:46 pm ET

I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF HILLARY SUPPORTERS THREATENING TO TAKE THEIR VOTES TO MCCAIN IF OBAMA WINS THE NOMINATION. THIS IS THE SAME KIND OF SCARE TACTIC THAT YOUR NOMINEE HILLARY CLINTON USES AND YOU SEE WHERE IT HAS GOTTEN HER....IN LAST PLACE!!!! BUT YET YOU STILL ARE DETERMINED TO FURTHER DIVIDE THIS NATION WITH NO REGARD. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. STOP ACTING CHILDISH, GROW UP, AND VOTE WITH YOUR MIND...NOT OUT OF BITTERNESS (NO PUN INTENDED).

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH FORMER CLINTON SUPPORTERS VOTING FOR MCCAIN IN NOVEMBER IF THEY TRULY FEEL HE IS THE BETTER CANDIDATE, BUT TO THREATEN BARACK IN HOPES THAT HE WILL DROP OUT OR THAT YOU MAY SOMEHOW CONVINCE THE SUPERDELEGATES TO ENDORSE HILLARY TO MAINTAIN SUPPORT IS JUST DESPICABLE.

NC and more states have to voice their displeasure over the negative attacks and focus on the general election.

It is very clear hillary is campaigning Mccain style or Republican style of campaign and democrats don't want a big destraction.
Again Hillary focus on attacks not attacking on issues or ideas ,but on misspoke, little misstakes something she also catch on in a negative tone.
Hillary herself made more misstakes than Obama, but she won't let Obama's misstake to be a mare misstakes. She has used Obama misstakes as her line on campaign and she has more lies or fablication during this campaign than Obama.

It is sad if the supperdelegates failed to stop this kind of bitterness among these 2 candidates NOW. ITCLEAR HILLARY WILL NOT RECOVER TO BEAT OBAMA WHO IS AHEAD IN POPULIRITY COUNT, MORE VOTES AND MORE WINS.

Senator Obama was whining and complaining about everyone being negative during the debate. He is a fraud, Senator Obama and his campaign can dish it out but they can’t take it. What will he do when Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez calls him the devil? Will he pout or be able to deal diplomatically with him or other difficult leaders? We need an accomplished and experienced President.

America doesn’t need an immature, arrogant president who does not respect the citizens of this country and whose wife and minister degrade our country. Americans know actions mean more than words and Senator Obama's words are empty at best.

Your going to give this election to the Republicans, in what should have been a landslide for the Democrats. What a bunch of jerks, I'm switching to the GOP. I will not vote for Obama, he is such a spineless, all talk kind of person. God, I hope words are all we need to solve the problems we are facing. I think we will go into a great depression (again) if he is the next President. I will at least be able to say, "don't look at me, I wanted her." McCain at least, really loves this country, and has his whole life.

Valerie Hostutler   April 17th, 2008 7:24 pm ET

Susan, voting for Sen. Clinton is voting for Sen. McCain. So it really doesn't matter which one you vote for, you will still have another four years of Pres. Bush. Let's take this election to the issues table and let's agree to change. If you vote for same o, same o, you will get same o, same o.

Obam CANNOT simply be handed the nomination! It just doesn't work that way.
John McCain had to keep going until he captured all of his delegates, even though it was obvious he would be the nominee.
Sorry guys, your Obama is going to have to work for this, unlike his senate seats that were handed to him.....

FYI Obama worshipers – if you haven't noticed (perhaps too busy writing personal attacks against Jorge Lopez) there are MANY people on this blog who refuse to vote for your candidate.

Obama is inexperienced, hypocrtical and simply too full of himself to win the presidency.

In November I'm voting for the candidate with the MOST experience - so if the Democratic nominee is Obama, I have no choice but to vote for McCain.

AND I TRUST McCain more when compared to Obama.

Rob   April 17th, 2008 7:16 pm ET

In case you guys havent been paying attention. McCain has no plan to fix the problems. He wants a neutral budget. Know what means?

All the money will stay the same for every program suffering. No additional funding for infastructure, educaiton, or anything for that matter. No plan for environment except more Nuclear power plans.

No plan to remove the troops. You know what that means with a neutral budget? It mean we take EVEN more money from China to pay for this crap.

Anyone, especially a Democrat who is ok with this..dont complain when you kids educational skills decrease, or when your paycheck cant buy as much as it used to, and why the world will continue to hate us.

Fact of the matter is that Obama and Clinton are the same on policy, they just have different attitudes on working with people.

So to go running to McCain just because your candidate become the Dem nominee, is the greatest act of selfishness any person can do.

And Im not even a democrat. I was an independent and actually liked mccain, but i read over his plan and there is NOTHING THERE. So im voting dem regardless. Be Smart

Carey Gister   April 17th, 2008 7:16 pm ET

Yes, cornelia, he's as sofisticated (sic) as your comment.

I normally do not revert to ad hominum comments, but, frankly, if last nights debate is any indication of his grasp of the complexities of the issues facing this country, I do not want him to be my President.

On the other hand, they have essentially the same playbooks. The variations are minor.

Please, let's have this election be one about competence, not personality. We've had eight years of a supposedly likable President. And, frankly, I hope that is not our metric.

Craig in Texas Democrat and supporter for Obama   April 17th, 2008 7:15 pm ET

Everytime i hear a nagative comment about Obama from the right or independents and they say jus wait till the republicans get their hands on him reminds me of how the KKK used intimidation to scare people from fighting the good fight. Darrell   April 17th, 2008 7:13 pm ET

I sincerely hope this will end very soon but I feel Hillary will continue
to the convention if it comes to that. Both candidates have their positives and negatives. I feel Obama is more creditable however and
their issues are basically similar. I will cast my vote on April 22 for him.
Who ever is the Democratic Nominee I will vote for however. I will not
let my personal feelings about Hillary influence my vote if she is the nominee. We need to focus on the issues not on human frailities. I believe she is better than her campaign. I also believe at this point of time that Obama in my view is the better candidate.

Joyce in Florida   April 17th, 2008 7:13 pm ET

I saw your little speech when you were in North Carolina today. WAH WAH WAH. If you can't take the heat from the debate last evening and are complaining about being picked on, you are not ready for the most important position in our country. You will NOT win the nomination. You and everyone else knows that Hillary Clinton is the most strongest, experienced, and smarter candidate to run against John McCain. So stop your whining already. We are tired of hearing you talk. That is all you can do. I haven't seen much action from you except for the constant attacks you and your camp have used against Senator Clinton. You are so divisive it makes me ill. So brush that off your shoulder Senator Obama. HILLARY CLINTON FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now for Obama   April 17th, 2008 7:11 pm ET

What I don't understand is why Hillary feels that she should win, even though she has won LESS contest, states, and delegates! The people of America have spoken, where were Hill's supporters when she needed you. If you were so staunch, then she would be losing. MI and FL are only two states, what about ALL of the other states that have voted. They clearly didn't want Hillary as the front runner or she would have the nomination all wrapped up by now.

maryann   April 17th, 2008 7:11 pm ET

I think Hilliary Clinton is to good for the democratic party. Why she is taking all this crap is beyond me. She should just throw them under the bus and let them reap what they sow. Obama and his supporters are nothing buy cry babies and if that is what you people want in the White House good luck to you. I am a Canadian and I can not believe the bias that was shown in this election. If Clinton did or said everything that he did she would be flogged. Hilliary has my vote.

Wow, if you really vote for McCain than you not only are really stupid but deaf as well. Did you Clinton supporters not hear her say last night, and it wasn't the first time, that the differences between her and Obama "pale in comparison" to the differences between them and McCain?? YOUR OWN CANDIDATE IS TELLING YOU NOT TO VOTE FOR MCCAIN, SO WAKE UP!!

Not only that, but she basically admitted defeat, accidentally, last night with her wording... "I will do whatever it takes to get my supporters to vote for the nominee"... if she were the nominee then that statement wouldn't make sense. Shows that deep down inside she knows she cannot win, and that she knows she'd be happy with Obama as president. Any intelligent person would be.

Von   April 17th, 2008 7:03 pm ET

I do not want anymore debates. This is nonsense and a waste of time. I would ask that from now on the Democratic candidates please attack McCain. Stop beating up on each other. This is getting old. Dean should make the superdelegate commit now. If the superdelegates are evenly split then it will ultimately be decided by the results of votes in the primary.

I am so tired of this nonsense ...we need to get this over with and settle on a nominee. If Hilliary can not win this thing then she should step down,Please!!!!!!

Those Republicans posting here in support of Hillary are going to be sadly dissappointed Tueseday when she does not get the double digit win she needs to make any headway. Understand the facts, she no logner is trying to convince voters, she is trying to get super delgates to line up with her. There are two sides to her story. Hillary says; "yes, yes, yes he can win against McCain" to the public and behind the scenes, she tells the superdelegates he can't get elected. Typical double dealing politician that would come back on her in the general. She is the one that is unelectable.

Look at the polls if they think those of us that want a qualified canidate will vote for him they better start polling us. The democrats cannot win without us and our donations. Angelika   April 17th, 2008 6:58 pm ET

I find it funny how people complain about Obama whining when Hillary's whined from the moment she started to lose. :3

also, I'm willing to swallow my pride and vote Hillary is by some chance she steals the nomination–because, at this point in time, ONLY SHE can steal it. Obama can't, because he's ahead. If you really think he somehow can when he's ahead in delegates, supers, states won and popular vote, then, well, you REALLY need your head checked. :3

To those laughing about last night... Oh, would Hillary like to be asked if the sky is blue? She got VERY easy quesitons, and Obama refused to comment on the one hard question about her–the sniper fire one–which SHE didn't even answer. He COULD have torn her over that, but he chose to be kind.

As for Obama's scandals... Peter Paul? White Water? Travelgate? Monica Lewinsky? The furniture missing from the White House? Aaaaalllll of those Clinton pardons...?

keepitreal50   April 17th, 2008 6:57 pm ET

I'm sick of all these Hillary supporter's saying the will vote for McCain if Obama wins. Shows there character perfectly, exactly like Clinton’s two faced. They would rather go against the best fit candidate there party is going to pick and vote for views there totally against their’s. They keep crying Hilary has more experience doing what! All she can bring up is when her husband was president. I guess Barbra bush is experienced to she was married to a president.

Tubby The Tuba   April 17th, 2008 6:52 pm ET

Shame on Charlie Gibson and George for sandbagging Senator Obama at the debate last night. I guess George is still trying to get back in good with the Clintons after he divorced them. What in God's creation does knowing someone have to do with one's on person? We simply did not deal with the issues last night. I lost a lot of respect for Charlie Gibson with all his negative questions fielded to Obama, rather than his and George's old friend Hillary. Just trying to smear Obama's name...that is possible for those who are uneducated, and don't research the candidates...but I truly doubt whether or not Charlie and George succeeded in their's and ABC's quest.

Carol O'Connor   April 17th, 2008 6:52 pm ET

Drean on, dude!! NC won't be crowning you with anything....except losing.

Phil G., New York   April 17th, 2008 6:50 pm ET

You lead and I'll Follow Sen. Obama. I'm ready and willing whether its you or Sen. Clinton , although i Hope its you. I'm ready to stop George Bush and his failed policies. I vote for AMERICA in '08 and not McBUSH!! Whether its Hillary or Barack we need to come together so again i ask ALL OBAMA and CLINTON supporter to stop creaming each other and focus on McCain. Hillar and Barack's plans are 95% similar , you would be really out of touch if anyone was to vote republican simply because your candidate did not win. Please let us stop the fighting. Whoever wins the other will be aiding them in winning the nomination so let us stop this nonsense of fighting within out party PLEASE

AMERICA '08

Sue   April 17th, 2008 6:49 pm ET

I hope so. By the way CNN the title on this one is a little out of line with what he said. go Obama, Go N.C.!!!

Antoinette   April 17th, 2008 6:49 pm ET

Well, of course he is going to WIN in NC

Now by an even more margin more than likely

I hope Penn is the deciding factor. I think he can win there also

clfelton   April 17th, 2008 6:48 pm ET

rather vote Mccain then wake up in hell.. with Obama holding the fork.

Hillary 08

ILoveAmerica   April 17th, 2008 6:47 pm ET

Hillary hopes the superdelegate elite will overturn the majority preference of millions of voters.

If that were to happen, it would destroy the Democratic Party. We would just have to form a new party with a new name and start over.

The idea of giving votes to superdelegates was one of the most foolish mistakes in the history of the party. The only way for the party to survive the mistake is to make certain that superdelegates do not overturn the majority preference of the voters.

JAZZ   April 17th, 2008 6:46 pm ET

Of course NC can crown him. He doesn't need the remaining states the same way he doesn't need FL, MI and PA.
Psssssst. Will somebody tell him America has a president and not a King? America inaugurates and does not crown its president. Silly season indeed.

laf   April 17th, 2008 6:44 pm ET

It is becoming more and more apparent that the Hillary and McCain supporters are becoming more and more negative and delusional. You people must be desperate. Have any of you the ability of rational or individual thought? Your statements are so biased and idiotic, kind of like the debate last night. Seriously, you should go back to school because you have issues with reading comprehension! I question if you can even locate the United States on a map. My educated guess that you can not. Seriously, there is no reason to even think that Hillary Clinton or John McCain will do anything to improve this situation in this country. First of all, they are both borrowing the concept of CHANGE from Obama in the first place. Second of all, Clinton's campaign is in debt and McCain almost drove his campaign into bankruptcy. Those are just many of the issues you should be looking at. Before ANY of you make another statement , perhaps you should educate yourself.

Venus   April 17th, 2008 6:43 pm ET

Hillary supporters – Obama's supporters will also switch to Mc Cain – so either way – she won't win! Get your laugh on today – you will be crying next week!

clara   April 17th, 2008 6:40 pm ET

John NC :: Thanks, you hit the nail Wright on the head!! Keep it up.

Brian   April 17th, 2008 6:39 pm ET

If he wins big in NC and does not lose Penn big HRC should pack up. But she won't....... She and Lieberman have a lot of campaigning to do for McSame

Tanya K   April 17th, 2008 6:39 pm ET

GO OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO HILLARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO DEMOCRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO McBUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JAZZ   April 17th, 2008 6:38 pm ET

What arrogance! He doesn't need Hillary supporters to win the presidency. His team of "I never voted before because I wasn't inspired" and "I haven't voted in years " voters will carry him and the congressional candidates through in November. And will take the 2010 midterm elections also.... Reality First.
This guy wilted under very low heat and is today whining to the choir. We have been there and done that with Kerry in 2004. At least Kerry didn't whine. We don't want to go there again.

Superdelegates had better get real. It's the party faithful that you can count on. You have been dismissive of Hillary and her supporters throughout this campaign. You are dismissive of the FDR coalition. There are more Americans in the middle than on the edges. We shall
remember in November.

Kevin The K in SEA   April 17th, 2008 6:37 pm ET

To Strega, who wrote "I will cross party lines and vote for McCain if Obama steals this nomination."
How in the world do you believe Obama "stole" this nomination?!? Because he fought for every vote in every state that held a nominating process that played by the rules? Did he steal it by not taking money from lobbyists? Did he steal it by getting over a million *individual* contributors to his campaign? Did he steal it by not acting like he deserved a coronation, or that he was entitled to be president because of his last name? All Democrats (and Indys and Repubs) deserve a real choice in this election that doesn't guarantee 4 more years of the same tired Bush policies. I hope you and others who are so upset that your nominee won't be atop the D ticket in Nov. make the right choice.

Venus   April 17th, 2008 6:37 pm ET

Norh Carolina – do what you gota do! Go Obama!

Scott SD, CA   April 17th, 2008 6:35 pm ET

OBAMA is the ONLY Democrat that can beat the "centrist-acting" McBush. Hillary has drug her party through the mud long enough. PLEASE PLEASE let's get on with supporting this historic change in government.

Chill Out   April 17th, 2008 6:35 pm ET

All you "angry" McCain voters were never going to vote for Obama anyway so whats the lose? Why do you insist on pretending otherwise?

Your willingness to throw the election for a third Bush term is evidence you have some deep seated issues. I'm betting there's a racial component involved, but none of you are honest enough to admit it.

Robert   April 17th, 2008 6:35 pm ET

I was an Obama supporter and volunteer in SC. Over the months, I have changed my mind. It started when I was urged to go and blog negative statements about Clinton, but warned not to say I was a vol with the campaign. So I can say that Mr.Obama's team is acting hypocritical now. I may not even vote in the general election because I have seen the dirty politics close up. I want to vote democrat, but I no longer trust the Obama campaign( I do not know if Obama knew this or not).

John   April 17th, 2008 6:34 pm ET

Hope for America, yes! In contrast to MLK I have a dream! Obama is in a wright prayer for the hope to divide America into a quadrant! MLK,in actual sense united America before and after his demise!!!!!!!!!!

Precious   April 17th, 2008 6:34 pm ET

If Senator Barack Obama was a true American Patriot, a Uniter, a person who can cross all boundaries, he would have stand tall, and told the American people that he will stand beside a woman and help her make history, and she Hillary will in-turn stand beside Obama in return. That is true America. So instead of having 16 years of two great American Presidents, we have become so blinded and divided, both in race and gender, that we can't even see a future. But, I guess we will have "hope". I hope "hope" will bring back some of the good times we had in the past, and not hope that "arrogance" and/or "I want to be first" will lead us down a path of "should have been", "could have been". But who knows, maybe there will be a lesson to learn here. But "time" will tell.

Scott SD, CA   April 17th, 2008 6:33 pm ET

I thinks it's interesting how the individuals identified as "Ken", "l3sli3 from michigan", "Andrew NO", "dAnnE", "brody Lowe", and "tell the truth" have chosen... from among the large number of people who have said that they'll vote for McCain if Senator Obama... to go after the one person who's name would appear to indicate they are of an Hispanic heritage.

They appear to me to be as racist as the Rev. Wright.

curveball   April 17th, 2008 6:31 pm ET

C'mon now, he didn't say "crown." Maybe he's a little presumptuous here, but your loaded title is over the top.

Ian   April 17th, 2008 6:30 pm ET

Can Obama run this country into the ground?

YES HE CAN!!!!

Tara   April 17th, 2008 6:29 pm ET

This man does not have a clue. I have been a life long dem and would rather vote for McCain than have this person in office.

Patrick   April 17th, 2008 6:28 pm ET

What everyone isn't realizing too is that once the democratic nominee is decided you will see a 10% or so shift in the poll #'s in favor of the dems. It's bad out there people. The media is making this McCain 50/50 story to keep things interesting. My prediciton, it will be a Bob Dole style blowout. In the 80's, Mondale was ahead of Regan by 10% or more this time of year and lost every single state but MN. Wake up people. Americans, most anyways, don't pay attention to primaries. The DEM strength will show. Mark my words.

James   April 17th, 2008 6:27 pm ET

I still believe that the most qualified candidate will win.

I still believe that Obama will lose the general election, if not by Clinton, definitely by McCain.

McCain's Charisma v. Obama's Charisma.

I am a Hillary Supporter. But, like many of her supporters, I do not want a leader who believes on a campaign that runs on hope and not experience.

It would be nice if I got my next job on hope and not experience....
Hmmm. I'll try that one next time I'm looking for another position.

Ron R   April 17th, 2008 6:26 pm ET

You are correct Barack.

merle 7   April 17th, 2008 6:24 pm ET

Yea ! come on NC vote for a winner lets get the big MO back . all eyes on NC to help end this, its time to get ready for the general election mode. John McSame,McWar,McBush, McCain here we come!

Dems for the white house!
Yes We Can!

To be honest   April 17th, 2008 6:24 pm ET

I wouldn't be voting for McCain if Obama gets the nomination to stick it to him – I would be voting for McCain so Obama does not get the chance to stick it to the American people.

I also think Hillary owes no loyalty to the party – she can do just as Richardson did – turn his back on people who helped him get where he is today. Everyone thinks the treatment and name calling of Hillary is fair game, but guess what – your 5 minutes are up.

Ian   April 17th, 2008 6:23 pm ET

Obviously he's an elitist if he uses the word "crown".

SF   April 17th, 2008 6:23 pm ET

Come on everyone...

It was a bad debate – I think the country pretty much agrees on that issue. I was disappointed in ABC and the commentators last night, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I am getting tired of the way politics as usual are run. I work from home and generally try to listen to CNN or MSNBC during the day.
Not today! I don't know who I am more disgusted with – politicians or the media – and I think we are really getting mean to each other here on the blogs. Is that a sign of how far apart our party is becoming?

If so, we have lost to McCain and it will be our own fault.

It is time for the media and the DNC to stop this and work toward getting us united for what we need to get done by November.

Terri   April 17th, 2008 6:21 pm ET

I don't know how anyone that would support Hillary or Obama would ever consider voting Republican. McCain is scarier then Bush. He has a bad temper, and wants to continue all of Bush's policies. Are you better off than you were 8 years ago? I support Obama, but will gladly vote for Hillary if she is the candidate... Why... because they want what I want. They want better schools, they want to give relief to middle and lower income people. They want everyone to be able to receive healthcare. All this other dribble is garbage... it dosen't matter. What is wrong with you people??? Grow up... our future depends on it.

Here's to a Democratic President in 2008

For Hillary All the way   April 17th, 2008 6:21 pm ET

This guy, MR. Obama is crazy now.

He does not even know what he is talking about in the debate and he does not have logic, period!

Go Hillary 2008!

akaDoug   April 17th, 2008 6:18 pm ET

Lots of whining Clinton supporters out today…not a surprise since their candidate is a whiner too! Must be sad to see a decent candidate have her campaign go completely to pieces. Well maybe in 8 years, we can have the woman of 50 different emotions as our leader...certainly not this campaign!

PJ, New York Independent   April 17th, 2008 6:17 pm ET

Obama will NOT win. It's amazing... all of you Obama supporters are morons. You just don't get what the Republican's are doing. Regardless of what you all think, Obama is the easier one for the Republican's to beat. They will wipe the floor up with Obama. It's just too funny.... Democrats shooting themselves in the foot again. Trying to get THE MOST LIBERAL person ever to run for president elected, it's just not happening. I mean, the fact that he's a black man will surely be harmful enough for him in certain parts of the country. But that is only a small percentage of his problem. You've got all of this 'baggage' he's bringing to the general election with him, all of the 'un American issues, like his not acknowledging the American flag, his wife never being proud of the US before, Jeremiah Wright, the 'bitter' comments. Let's also not forget he has NO WHERE near the 'experience' McCain has. Yes, the Republican's are salivating right now, ready to eat him alive. For years they thought Hillary would be the one easiest to beat but now they found their weakling. He proved last night that he CANNOT win the general election. Hillary Clinton (as usual) owned the stage. Obama looked like a scared little lamb. Wait for the Republican's to get a hold of him. I can't wait for John McCain to win by the biggest landslide in US history so that I can tell everyone I know who has been supporting Obama, see, I told you so.

Oh and to all the Obama supporters who are STILL raking Hillary Clinton over the coals, even though they know most likely Obama will be winning the DEM nomination. Keep up your attacks, you're only helping McCain you idiots. Don't forget, Obama needs Hillary's supporters to cross over and support him in the general election. Good luck with that though, polls are still showing a big percentage of Hillary Clinton's supporters will vote for McCain.

Farrell, Houston, Tx   April 17th, 2008 6:16 pm ET

DEMOCRATS UNITE WHETHER OBAMA OR HILLARY WINS. IT'S ABOUT VOTING AGAINST REPUBLICAN POLICIES WHICH ARE PROVEN NOT TO BE IN THE INTEREST OF ALL THE PEOPLE. DON'T BE LIKE REPUBLICANS WHO VOTED FOR GWB A 2ND TERM AND ARE SORRY NOW, THAT'S WHY THEY ARE CROSSING OVER IN SUPPORT OF A DEMOCRAT NOMINEE AND WON'T GO BACK TO VOTE REPUBLICAN THIS ELECTION. THINK ABOUT IT.

Right   April 17th, 2008 6:16 pm ET

SMART1   April 17th, 2008 6:15 pm ET

Lopez ; If you want 4 more years of what we're experiencing now then don't vote for him but speak for yourself because I was a Clinton supporter but she has since changed my views of her. Though if I have to I will vote for her and try not to toss my cookies. Let me remind you why I will do that and you need to do the same:

1. Gas is 4.00 per gallon and rising

2. The surge in Iraq has worsened over the last few days more troops are dying than ever.

3. People are loosing their homes and their Jobs

4. The Economy is causing us to pay 6.10 for 2 dozen of eggs. Food prices are out of this world.

5. Mc Cain is really Mc Same as Bush

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

6. If Hillary wins NAFTA will not be abolished jos will still be leaving the country because that would mean that Hillary and her husband can't continue to make 20 million dollars per year

Those are only a few reasons but if you would stop being selfish for a moment I am sure you will be able to push that button or pull that lever for a DEMOCRATE not just for yourself but for others that have been affected by these administrations.
GET OVER YOURSELF!!!

North Carolina   April 17th, 2008 6:15 pm ET

Mike, Do not confuse Hillary beating Obama up during the debate with beating him in the debate, Just because she is a bully doesn't mean she won.

Fred Atlanta, GA   April 17th, 2008 6:12 pm ET

To Jorge Lopez: just so you know that when he gets the nomination a WHOLE LOT OF REAL DEMOCRATS will be voting for Obama because we believe it's time for someone BRAND NEW in washington so you and the rest of your democrats can sit idley by wishing you had done something about our economy, the ridiculous war, people losing jobs, gas prices, etc. You can sit and watch this country go down further in the abyss of the STATUS QUO if you want to, but those of us that are TRUELY ready for real change will see that it happens PLEASE BELIEVE IT!!!!

Obama 08/12 YES WE CAN and YES WE WILL!!!

Walt   April 17th, 2008 6:11 pm ET

Once the superdelegates weigh in after Pennsylvania it will be over. After North Carolina, I would no longer mention her name; just campaign against McCain. Ignore her and she will go away (whining, kicking and screaming!)

dAnnE   April 17th, 2008 6:10 pm ET

Now Ken,
I disagree with Lopez as well, but that was just mean.

suzanne   April 17th, 2008 6:09 pm ET

I know many Clinton supporters who will vote for McCain in the general election if Obama is the nominee. There are many reasons for this not the least of which is the surly, nasty way his supporters have bashed Hillary and her supporters during the Primaries. Good luck in November Obamabots. You are going to need it.

jimmy vekmen   April 17th, 2008 6:06 pm ET

North Carolina will not taka Obama over the top.

BV   April 17th, 2008 6:06 pm ET

Vote McCain, Jorge. Then explain to your children when our country is owned by China and in endless wars in the middle east that you couldn't vote Democrat because you had to pout and make a point to punish the Obama supporters for not going with YOUR choice. What next? You gonna hold your breath if you don't get what you want for dinner tonight? Grow up.

DShawn233   April 17th, 2008 6:05 pm ET

Sometimes no matter what you say no matter what you do people will not be in your favor. Some people are comfortable with the hole that we already have and in their world we need 4 more years of a Clinton or a Bush tied to The White House. That would make us have a total of 32 years with one of these families in control of things. That should really excite the nation. A lot of people really want another 4 or 8 years of a Clinton or a Bush extinsion.
Some of these people deserve whatever they get if their wish comes true.

John   April 17th, 2008 6:05 pm ET

As for jorge lopez.... if you make less than $200K yr and vote for McCain then the jokes on you.

Independant in Florida

Jo   April 17th, 2008 6:02 pm ET

Senator Obama cannot wrap up the nomination in North Carolina because he will not have enough delegates at that time. I had not heard that if someone has about 30 % of the delegates then he wins. That is not a majority and until then he is not the nominee. Nice try though. Declare yourself the winner and maybe it will be so. NOT.

susan white   April 17th, 2008 6:01 pm ET

I will be voting mccain than him in november

Scott C   April 17th, 2008 6:01 pm ET

if you vote for McCain out of spite you shouldn't have the right to vote.

he isn't the next best thing to Clinton... he is COMPLETELY different...

The election isn't your oppourtunity to stick it to Obama.

In response to Jorge (George) Lopez– you hear that? that's whining from hillary's supporters. my god you people are less mature than preteens. you let your candidate embitter you so much that you vote against your conscience for a man who's strikingly similar to george w. bush, whom you baby democrats complain drove this country in the ground. So you're going to support your enemy in the other party with positions opposite from your own just to spite a man who defeated your candidate. grow up you loser and maybe you'll develop some dignity.

dAnnE   April 17th, 2008 5:59 pm ET

Mr. Lopez,

I don't understand why Obama needs to remember that...? You won't vote for him, but believe me a lot of others will. You made that last statement like in elections the only way to win is for every American to vote for the same person.

Nick in Las Vegas   April 17th, 2008 5:58 pm ET

Half of the Democratic party favors Hillary Clinton, Obama sounds very arrogant. IF he wins the nomination it will be by a slim margin over Hillary. The DNC needs to acknowledge the fact that the party is divided and many Democrats do not and will not support Barack Obama.

tomdavie   April 17th, 2008 5:58 pm ET

Obama supporters: Yes. We got tons of african americans in that state!!!! Of course it should be the defining contest. Not a swing state like Ohio or Pennysvannia.

North Carolina -which is a REPUBLICAN state that Obama will LOSE to Mc Cain anyways.

Apparently winning an african american rigged republican state is the TRUE TEST .

Rosa Birmingham, AL   April 17th, 2008 5:56 pm ET

All you have to do is convice Clinton of that. I'm sure she doesn't see the NC primary as being tahat decisive. No matter who wins the primary in NC it will go GOP in fall. I will vote for whoever is the Dem nominee but I don't think either can win, just look at the electoral map. SOme of those red states won't switch no mattter how bad things get. (and they are pretty bad now!)

I'd also like to say that anyone who now supports Obama or Clinton and switches in the fall is an idiot. I think you should just cut off your nose to spite your face, it would do the same amount of good.

Wow, a state with a large black population that will vote 95% in his favor and he's talking about "if we can win"

hilarious... race does divide our country, and it's a multi way street. Blacks are just as guilty as whites for some of our severe social problems as well, along with any other nationality....

it's nothing to be proud of, and we need to fix it... unfortunately, we aren't getting there any time soon.

Gwen NC   April 17th, 2008 5:53 pm ET

He still will not have enough. 2025 is the magic number and neither canidate can get it without help for the super delegates.

Gwen NC   April 17th, 2008 5:51 pm ET

I'm from NC, he can forget the rural votes and there are a lot of those,
Hillary first, McCain if I must and that's how most feel,

You won't win NC in the end anyway, it's a red state remember. I'm a blue person in a red state, probably more liberal than you Mr. Obama but I like results and I don't think you can deliver.

Hillary you were outstanding at the debates, tough, thorough, inspiring dependable.

tttttTruth be told   April 17th, 2008 5:50 pm ET

If you don't vote for him in novevmber you were never giving him a chance anyway for your own selfish personal reasons. and you were never a true democrat anyway

musicnme   April 17th, 2008 5:49 pm ET

I agree with Senator Obama.

Bridgette- PA   April 17th, 2008 5:49 pm ET

YES WE CAN, Mr. OBAMA and don't worry about the Democrats that threaten to vote for MCcain or not at all if you are not the nominee in November. You see Mr. OBAMA, if they did, they don't deserve to be one of us, because a true Democrat wouldn't even consider such a threat. By the way, I feel the same when OBAMA supporters speak this nonsense. Democrats have alot of work to do and if we don't stick together, even if the one we support isn't the nominee, then we as Democats, are not true to our party.

OBAMA-08!

EDW   April 17th, 2008 5:49 pm ET

JORGE LOPEZ,
you must be rich. You must be making over $250,000 per year to allow another Republican get into the White House.

you must not have friends and family going back and forth to Iraq for a 3rd or 4th deployment. You must want John McSame keep us in this stupid war for eternity.

you must drive a Prius – because the only one's honestly concerned about the gas prices are the Democrats.

Good luck with that...

Beverly Kuester   April 17th, 2008 5:48 pm ET

I don't understand why Obama is being attacked because of what his Pastor said. His Pastor has a right to Free Speech. His Pastor just used his Free Speech right. Obama has nothing to do with the believes of his Pastor.

you mean   April 17th, 2008 5:48 pm ET

You mean if you come out ahead after this rigged nomination that disenfranchised millions of democratic voters.

Me, I'll write Hillary Clinton's name in.

response   April 17th, 2008 5:48 pm ET

Hey tell the truth. You don't even know how to write the name of Iraq correctly so how can you know which is true? Obama is nothing but empty-speech with no knowledge on current US economy situation. If Democrats choose Obama, the US will suffer another 4 year.

Why the animosity?   April 17th, 2008 5:48 pm ET

Jorge, I don't get it – you're a Democrat, but you'd vote Republican over Obama in November? Why? He and Clinton have basically acknowledged that their policy differences aren't that great (and certainly not as great as their policy differences with McCain).

So what is it about Obama that disgusts you so much that you'd vote for McCain in November and have another 4 years like the last 8?

Chill Out   April 17th, 2008 5:48 pm ET

Jorge.....if that is a veiled threat that you would vote for McCain instead then by all means vote McCain. If you can't understand that having a Democrat in the White House is better than four more years of Bush policies then your vote is wasted anyway.

Question.....do you always act like this when you dont get what you want in life?

Take your ball and go home.

Vince - Phoenix   April 17th, 2008 5:47 pm ET

jorge.. we, the true Democrats... don't NEED you, the soon to be BITTER Democrats.

And the flip side of that is.... watch hillary steal the nomination, and THEN watch a full an entire voting block sit home in what will be a close race.

do you really think hillary can win without the entire African American vote? That is a full 12% of the u.s. population that will sit this one out for being disenfranchised yet again. Picture Bush/Gore all over again.. now picture it with an entire voting block sitting at home...

Celia Ann in Michigan   April 17th, 2008 5:47 pm ET

He's right!!! What is the point of doing John McSame's work for him. If we go on, Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi may as well send John and Cindy on a summer cruise in the Bahamas!!!

We don't need another debate (especially if it would be like last night)! Sen Clinton admits to having box cars full of baggage (and we know between now and November, more is bound to fall out into the open. So what is the point????

She will tear the party to shreds to win, because she IS elitist and feels entitled to the office and will do anything to win.

James, PA   April 17th, 2008 5:47 pm ET

We are behind you Obama. Go seal the deal.

better hope   April 17th, 2008 5:47 pm ET

Better hope... I mean bitter hope that the republicans who endorse you will actually VOTE for you...because many of the Hillary democrats will NEVER vote for you.

Our first option: Write Hillary Clinton in.

Even if Hillary herself supports you- she may choose party loyalty- even when the party swiftboated her... but we do not put loyalty to the party before the good of the country.

Nobillary Andobama   April 17th, 2008 5:47 pm ET

Every election is important
North Carolina is critically important because you were in North Carolina when you said that......a few days ago Pennsylvania was the most important state

I'm glad we have someone to pander to us all and make us feel important.

I am absolutely begging this guy to say something SUBSTANTIVE from a national economy, foreign policy and National Security Strategy point of view.

He is very good at looking pretty and making a rousing speech and sprinkling the words "Change" and "Hope" into these speeches....but when you start to peel the onion back there are absolutely no concrete and well thought out solutions to the issues America faces other than what ever Bush did was wrong.

What experience does this guy have when it comes to dealing with the persistent threat of Islamic terrorists? A two day trip to Iraq and another trip to Africa??? Has he ever served in a position of great responsibility in the Armed Forces or State Department??? Does serving 3 years on the Senate Foreign Relations committee qualify as significant experience???

Where is the substance?

Being an effective public speaker does not equal effective public policy

"HOPE" is not a method....only a nice sound bite

ben   April 17th, 2008 5:47 pm ET

Yes you can!

PA Democrat   April 17th, 2008 5:47 pm ET

Jorge! You are not a true Democrat!
I would like to know what did Obama do to you?
I can tell you several reasons why I am NOT supporting Hillary who I supported at first until the FACTS came to light!
Hillary supported NAFTA which caused PA folks and other Americans to loose their jobs!
Hillary LIED about sniper fire in Bosnia which is an insult to all the men/women/families who has served or is serving in the armed forces.
Hillary and Bill got $800,000 in 2005 for a trade deal with Columbia.
Hillary twist and spins words that are actual TRUTHS from Obama to try and pull him down!
Jorge should I go on???
Most you can tell me is about Rev Wright – Well Rev Wright is NOT running for President! Give me something about OBAMA himself why you choose not to vote for him!
Get your facts right then make a choice as an informed, educated voter!
Needless to say my vote is for Obama!
Sen. Obama will win in Nov Jorge I just hope you remember that....

Obama for President..not this year. He needs to become more season. He may sound like the dream ticket, and I believe in dreaming, but not when Our country is in need a of a strong leader. I am so tired of him misstating himself. Do want a President that misstates himself time and time again? I understand why most black people are voting for Barack, and I know why a lot of whites are voting. They hate Bill Clinton, and know they can't have Hilliary without Bill. Face it......haters are in America.

We will write in Hillary Clinton's name.

Chris, Bethesda, Maryland   April 17th, 2008 5:44 pm ET

You win the nomination. You cannot win the election.

Obama will win the nomination through a coalition between the "elite" of the party and the black vote. But he has completely alienated the base of the Democratic Party – blue-collar, unionized, primarily white liberals concentrated in the Rust Belt. When Hillary loses, these guys will fall back on McCain, not Obama.

Sorry guys, but be prepared for a huge landslide in favor of the Republicans.

OUR USA!   April 17th, 2008 5:44 pm ET

Obama's arrogance is sickening. Where does he get the nerve to continue to lie to the American public and boast that he can beat McCain. McCain is going to sweep the floors with him. Most of the larger states of this country have voted for Hillary including 2 who Obama managed to shut it's vote to. He is history. The only person who stands to beat McCain in November, is Hillary Clinton. Does he think we are stupid or something? The man is arrogant, incompetent, and a loser.

Bama A.T.   April 17th, 2008 5:44 pm ET

What is your problem Jorge Lopez? We are all Dems, we have to remember that, because you have a personal problem with BO is going to give us another 3rd term of Bush. Another 4 years? We would have you and others like you who can't get past petty differences and come together and vote Democrat to blame. So if that's the case, Thanks for nothing ya undercover GOP.

What Obama was saying, is the average people are too dumb to get his superior, cool, liberal message. What an arrogant snob. This is from a twit who attended the most expensive private school in Hawaii and then an Ivy league college.I guess he is more comfortable with Jeremiah Wright

Hako   April 17th, 2008 5:43 pm ET

What hypocrisy about the debates. When the Center for Fairness in the Media released their study showing bias against Hillary it was greeted with silence. Where was the outrage? There was none, because it was just Hillary, and she is considered fair-game. Obama has to field tough questions (that the national media should have been asking months ago) and it's an "outrage". Let me describe something truly outrageous: The national media, cable news shows, Wall Street, Democratic Party leaders (Kennedy, Kerry, Pelosi, Brazile) Oprah and MoveOn.org using their combined resources to crush Hillary out of the race. That is truly outrageous. So much so that if Obama "wins" the nomination I will be voting for McCain. I use the term "wins" loosely.

John Ainsworth   April 17th, 2008 5:39 pm ET

Well, jorge........ Barack Obama will win the nomination AND the majority of voters will make this wonderful, honest, talented, good man the next President of the United States. Democratic Sen. Barack Obama dismissively talked about his debate with Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton and the line of questioning from ABC News' moderators, arguing that it focused on political trivia at the expense of the problems facing average voters.

Obama is complaining because the questions were too hard for him..Pooorrr Baby... Its funny to see the true reaction of a Politician when the shoe is on the other foot.

Get Smart N.C. Voters
Go Hillary

Jake, California   April 17th, 2008 5:36 pm ET

Two things:
1. Those Hillary supporters who like to write in caps, you are really annoying!

2. Get a life and stop talking about not voting for Obama if he wins the nomination, this equally annoying...
With the amount of people voting for Obama in the primaries and caucuses, we can beat John McCain...just look at Republican popular votes and compare to the votes received by Obama in these primaries and caucuses....

It's ur right to vote and also not to...stop the fear mongering and threat of voting for McCain...just go do it, ok...that's your right!

Now for Obama   April 17th, 2008 5:36 pm ET

How dare Obama complain about the debate after he stood by and allowed those same tactics to be used on Clinton in the past 20 debates. His supporters and he himself are ridiculing ABC and Clinton and its shows their hypocricy. Obama supporters have done nothing but roll in gutter politics and now want to scream about talking about issues. I am from NC. I know the people in my state are smarter than this.

Don't whine Obama if you can't stand the heat. Afterall, you are playing in the gutter political arena also, and people are really starting to see it. We don't want a hypocrite for a President.

Hillary has been treated worse for the entire campaign....he can't take ONE night of tough questions about HIS OWN ACTIONS? And he wants to be president? Can someone explain how he would handle the job if he can't handle questions without getting upset?
Boy, he is really pathetic.....what a baby....
There had NOT been a debate since his pastor and the bigot remarks came to be....The questions needed to be asked in the debate forum. He was weak and irritated....he really looked bad. I guess that's why he doesn't want any more debates...how funny :)

Well if he wins NC and gets the nomination welcome to 4 more years of Republican rule. Check out his spin against McCain, there is not much difference, even on Iraq.Obama says -now- that he may end the war by the time he leaves office, if it is possible (anti-war-I think not), no universal health care, no plan for jobs or the economy. If it's going to be a Republican whitehouse, I'll take McCain, at least he has served his country in war and peace. If you want a Democarat vote for Hillary.

Letting the process go on through June can actually be a good thing. Record number of new dem registers, being talked about in the media getting their points across, etc.

Obama man ran to NC to lick his wounds. Never doubt when we, democratic voters , say we will never vote for Barack Obama. We will not. This guy has a bad persona. An ill aura about him. His comments, that of his wife's and his Rev, Wright, has opened a chasm of racism in this country.

As a typical White grandmother I am shocked at the blind support this man has received. I'll say it. He wouldn't be even in this race if he weren't half Black. what a sham!

If this guy becomes the candidate we are ready to vote for McCain. That is a given.

Maybe next week it will be Black Muslims or the Panthers or something worse. Obama truly is the Teflon man or maybe it is because he is black and the media want to be careful with him, God forbid.

If Hillary had been involved with any of these controversy’s well she would have had to run out of Washington but well she is a women so let’s put her down and down again. What a joke, the double standard is alive and well in America. It perfectly ok to crap all over a women but a Blackman, no. Well if the women of America do not start or consider the idea of a block-vote to ensure that he does not win, then they deserve what they get.

John   April 17th, 2008 5:10 pm ET

I thought it was Ohio then,Texas,Indiana,PENNSYLVANIA,Puerto rico and the rest of the remaining primaries!! What happened????.Good luck Barack.

Nanc, MN   April 17th, 2008 5:09 pm ET

Good God, CNN, we all know you want 'OBAMA CROWNED" but do you ha ve to make it so flippin' obvious with this headline?

Ardnuas   April 17th, 2008 5:09 pm ET

I voted for you in FLORIDA, and I wish I could vote for you in NORTH CAROLINA !!!!!!
Obama/Edwards08 Si Se Puede

Mike   April 17th, 2008 5:08 pm ET

Get a life Obama after last night Hillary beat you down. You are now refusing to debate her anymore because you are cracking. You cant hide behind your facade anymore.

Hillary just needs to continue the Saturday debate on CBS with McCain and skip the middle man.

Bitter Pennsylvanian.   April 17th, 2008 5:08 pm ET

One could only hope that he is right. I'm ready for some unity within the democratic party.

The choice of any Leader, is Important! Pity you're not that Leader..
You're that Loser!!! American Dream, indeed?? Or Just your's??

Marcus   April 17th, 2008 5:06 pm ET

I can't wait until the Dem race is over.

We need to be running against the right-wing!

Liberty   April 17th, 2008 5:04 pm ET

He's right.

Hillary Clinton can't just pick and choose which states she is going to win.

Even if she wins all the states from now on with 60%, she'll still be behind Obama.

She going on till her bitter end.

Stacy Clarks, TX   April 17th, 2008 5:04 pm ET

YES YOU CAN OBAMA

YES YOU WILL!!!!!

OBAMA 08!!!!!!!!!!

Dave   April 17th, 2008 5:03 pm ET

If Obama can lose PA in single digits, win IN by any amount and NC by double digits, its over.

NC4Obama   April 17th, 2008 5:03 pm ET

:) Obama08!

Eric-PA   April 17th, 2008 5:03 pm ET

Listen Barry, this nomination won't be wrapped up until we reach the convention. If somehow you do win the nomination you will likely lose NC and the general election.

Eddie   April 17th, 2008 5:03 pm ET

He has already won,the loser just will not accept defeat.Talking about out of touch,WOW!!!!!

deep_eye   April 17th, 2008 5:02 pm ET

I'm hoping that PA beats them to the punch. Listening to "Her Highness" day after day is like watching someone torture a small animal in slow motion, over and over. It really needs to end, even waiting for NC to pull the trigger, is too long.

Canonsburg, PA   April 17th, 2008 5:02 pm ET

And PA is trying to pull out an Obama win as well!!!

Obama will be President   April 17th, 2008 5:02 pm ET

Good...I like to see the FRONT RUNNER setting the agenda nor the trailee.

cornelia   April 17th, 2008 5:02 pm ET

getting the nomination for Obama is just a matter of time... He is the most prepared and sofisticated of the candidates

April in Texas   April 17th, 2008 5:02 pm ET

Obama 08

Kaya, Houston, Texas   April 17th, 2008 5:01 pm ET

MD   April 17th, 2008 5:01 pm ET

God I hope so! I cannot stomach another second of Hillary Clinton. Please hurry Obama. Save the sanity of this nation.
