Obama says NC could crown him the nominee

RALEIGH, North Carolina (CNN) -– Barack Obama said Thursday that the North Carolina primary could be decisive.

"If we can win in North Carolina, I think we can wrap up this nomination," Obama told an overflow crowd of supporters outside his event in Raleigh. "And if we can win this nomination I think we can beat John McCain."

"I think everybody understands how important this election is," he continued. "North Carolina is going to be critically important."

I'm hoping that PA beats them to the punch. Listening to "Her Highness" day after day is like watching someone torture a small animal in slow motion, over and over. It really needs to end, even waiting for NC to pull the trigger, is too long.

Listen Barry, this nomination won't be wrapped up until we reach the convention. If somehow you do win the nomination you will likely lose NC and the general election.

If Obama can lose PA in single digits, win IN by any amount and NC by double digits, its over.

    He's right.

Hillary Clinton can't just pick and choose which states she is going to win.

Even if she wins all the states from now on with 60%, she'll still be behind Obama.

She going on till her bitter end.

Get a life Obama after last night Hillary beat you down. You are now refusing to debate her anymore because you are cracking. You cant hide behind your facade anymore.

Hillary just needs to continue the Saturday debate on CBS with McCain and skip the middle man.

I guess he's not so sure about his chances in Pennsylvania and Indiana, then. So, he's trying to make it all about the one state he's projected to do best in. For the front runner, he's really going for all the angles! Wonder what he's afraid of...

  25. tell the truth

That is true. It is time for Dem and Ind and Rep to come together and support the right person which is Obama. He address real issues that affected everyone. Vote with facts not out of anger. I could care less about the Dem party or the Rep party or the skin color, gender or age. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THOSE THINGS. I care about jobs,my pay check, taxes, the war in Irag. That is why I voting for Obama.
