Romney: I could have won, with a few more Osmonds

CNN

Watch Mitt Romney tell the top ten reason’s he dropped out of the race.

WASHINGTON (CNN) - At Wednesday night’s Radio and Television Correspondents Dinner in Washington, D.C., former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney gave his “Top 10 Reasons for Dropping Out of the Race":

10. There weren't as many Osmonds as I thought.
9. I got tired of corkscrew landings under sniper fire.
8. As a lifelong hunter, I didn't want to miss the start of the varmint season.
7. There wasn’t room for two Christian leaders.
6. I was upset that no one had bothered to search my passport files.
5. I needed an excuse to get fat, grow a beard and win the Nobel prize.
4. I took a bad fall at a campaign rally and broke my hair.
3. I wanted to finally take off that dark suit and tie, and kick back in a light-colored suit and tie.
2. Once my wife Ann realized I couldn't win, my fundraising dried up.
1. There was a miscalculation in our theory: "As Utah goes, so goes the nation.”

actually pretty funny, but obviously we should all be able to see that Mr. Mitt did rhe Dem's a favor. he forcasted a preview into some of the Repub's attack points in the fall.

    But still, pretty funny.

I wonder if Mitt was ever living in one of those polygamist camps though, he kinda has that Warren Jeffs look about him.

Romney, you could not have won with the support of the Osmonds, The Jackson 5, or The Supremes.

Gee, I hope you are not being considered for McCain's VP slot.

You're not funny, Mitt. Stick with what your good at, being an empty void to be filled with lies and political tactics

If he was that funny during the campaign he might have lasted a little longer, won, or had a better shot at VP

Not so funny in light of what's happening in Texas right now. Yes, I know the "official" Mormon church doesn't practice pologamy but the stigma is still there from the founders and the "prophet" of this church.

Pologamy is not the only illegal problem the Texas compound faces. Chilld abuse is not only illegal but fundamentally horribly immoral and cruel.

Why are we wasting news space with this article? Does anyone really care that Mitt had some writer put down a top ten list for him. This story should be on the back space of the Utah Times.

That's almost as hilarious as the amount of money you wasted on your campaign, Mit.

Romney found out the hard way that money doesn't buy everthing. At the end of the day he felt her a total loser.

His problem was not having the Scientology machine behind him,
the way Clinton does, keeping her in the race.

Thank you ABC. Worst debate ever! What about the issues. They spent 90% of the time on tabloid journalism.
