And any thing is better than that! Mccain knows little about the economy and that also is a minus. Any one who thinks bush has served our economy well, would not get my vote! Any one who says he/ she don't have a way out of Iraq does not get my vote! Any one who has health problems and wants to be President, doesn't get my vot e! I can put up with a misspoke or two, but a flip flopper or lier don't get my vote! the message has to be clear! The message has to be True! So, from that you know it won't be Mccain or Clinton!

I respect everyone's comments but they are so polarized: the Republicans this and the Democrats that. Partisan politics, strictly in my opinion, is so outdated. Some Democrats have great attributes and positions and so do some Republicans. And yet, some people will vote a straight ticket just because their daddy was a member of this or that party. That is lunacy. Look at the candidate and what he stands for not just what party they belong to. At one time that may have been fine but the lines have blurred and what each party stands for is much more ambiguous than it used to be. Some Rebublicans sport Democratic ideas and vice versa. Political parties divide our nation, communities and even families. And for what? To be able to say "I'm a Democrat and we'll show you Rebublicans this fall !" ? Wow. We sling as much dirt in these forums as the candidates do. I say do away with official parties and let each and every candidate swing their own sword. Not having the machinery behind a candidate would sure save some money too. It would change the face of raising campaign money.

Charlotte.......Hillary wont be able to run as an independant. She OWES money to her campaign and its worker bees. Once it becomes clear on Tuesday night she wont win big, many of your supporters will stop giving $ to the campaign. My wife (a Hillary supporter) says she smells her defeat and stopped contibuting to her campaign.
Expect many thousands to follow suit.
She would have to tap into her own (excuse me, BIll's) millions to do that.
A 3 way race would just split the left and centrist vote and hand it to McCain in about a 45-25-25 split.

Sorry Charlotte, you just may have to suck up the impending implosion of your candidate and be a grown-up. If not, I might suggest Prozac or Vallium or something to get you through.
