(CNN) – Hillary Clinton’s campaign accused surrogates for Barack Obama of resurrecting her controversial comments over Bosnian sniper fire Saturday.
"One of the inherent duties of the president of the United States is to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Memorial Day,” said Gen. Walter Stewart on an Obama campaign conference call on the issue of Bosnia - remarks circulated by the Clinton campaign Saturday afternoon.
“Now we can assume, and let's keep in mind that Senator Clinton has said she was under sniper fire, or she joked about, which to me was the cruelest part of all this, she joked about it with Jay Leno. … Imagine the lack of moral authority she has now to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Memorial Day.”
Clinton had faced criticism for claiming that her plane landed under sniper fire during a trip to Bosnia she made as First Lady.
The Clinton campaign pointed to Obama’s statement at Wednesday night’s debate that his campaign only commented on the Bosnia incident when asked. "When it comes to negative campaign tactics, Senator Obama has been a hypocrite from day one, decrying attack politics from one side of his mouth while he and his campaign wage a character assassination effort from the other,” said Clinton spokesman Phil Singer. “The juxtaposition of Senator Obama’s comments in the debate and the remarks made on his campaign conference call this afternoon prove the point."

After Obama helped Clinton get her butt out of that mess about her Bosnia lie during the debate, is now being pounded on. She told the lie, he didn't. It seems like a bunch of kids is running her campaign accusing Obama of whining. And look at who's whining again. She's the hypocrite.

I live in Germany and work for the millitary over here, and there is a 4 to 1 vote in favor for Obama. there are not that many people here who want you to beome their commander in cheif. they would rather have McCain. Hillary, don't try to blame Obama for the fallout over your bold faced lie to the American public. You and your campaign have harped on every controversy that has come up regarding Obama and you don't get a free ride. It works both ways. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen!

Hypocritus was the father of healing and hypocrites were his students and healers. Probably that is what Billary means when she calls Obama a hypocrite i.e. a healer. Probably she gave him this name after his speech on healing.

I am gald that someone finally pointed it out that what a hypoctite Obama is. While he claimed positive campaign, he has been running a negative campaign right after Iowa.
If he was only a hypocrite I could deal with that. My problem is that he and his supporters have a hidden agenda. They have been slowing taking over the Democratic party and now they smell victory.

Clinton is right when she says that Moveon.org and others such as Greenpeace, and the Sierra Club control the money within the party and they give to Radicals like Obama.

Considering "Selma got me born" is a lie just as big if not bigger than all that sniper fire, I'd say they were both unworthy of being the Commander-in-Chief. By the way, Selma happened in 1965, I was there and Obama was four years old already.

Of course, Hillabean' s camp has used and bragged about attack-dog politics from day-one, including during the debate, when she could and should have insisted on a return to normalcy, but instead incited the round of stupid questions.

I'm SO tired of Hillary's whining. How dare she talk about anyone else's criticisms when they are only in response to her initial sillinesses?
But I wish Barack would return to lifting up and living his vision fully instead of getting caught in these traps of hers to retaliate...and I wish the media would stop making the news rather than reporting it. Will this seemingly endless nightmare ever be over?
