I will not vote for her if she strong arms her way to the nomination. I think George W. would be proud of her fear-mongering campaign and her out and out lies and manipulations of "The facts.' I am an independent who has voted for both republican and democratic candidates for 22 years and I just cannot support the Billary show making a comeback. She will take this to the convention folks and then Billary will start their strong-arm tactics with delegates and then the primary system show claims to support will all be for naught. As a 40-something white women, I am so disappointed we don't have a better woman candidates.

Congratulations, spineless Democrats.

I tried very hard but I can't stand the Clintons anymore. I refuse to vote for her because 27% of Hillary's supporters say they will vote for McCain if Barack wins the nomination. I said I would vote for her but no more.

I can't stomach those liars. They are in the same league as the Bush clan. This country deserves what they keep voting for, hatred and division.

As long as Hillary keep playing negative ads, lying and destroying the character of our Democratic Party, I will NOT vote for her in the presidential election. I've never voted Republican, in my life, but she will make me seriously consider it; or not vote at all. I'm not the only person who feels this way, as I discuss this with family, co-workers, and church members.

As similar as their policies may be, I just CAN'T vote for a canidate that pushes for Universal Healthcare. Fact is, it isn't as good an idea as most people would like to believe... Thus my reasoning is, while I hope for Obama -who is looking to reform healthcare rather than entirely rebuild it- I will vote for McCain over Hillary...

No Alex, how about Obama and the media setting this up. Senator Clinton has every right to stay in this race. Obama can not close the deal. At this point, neither one of them have enough delagates to win the nomination. Why does Obama and his fans think he should just be given the nomination? Senator Clinton has as much of a right to stay in the race as Obama. She obviously has many supporters who feel she is the best candidate. Let it play out and see what happens. Obama fans, try to get a grip and face reality. Obama is in a competition and it ain't over.

Obama is the right man for the job the Bush family had the White House for sixteen years and the Clintons for eight. Please don't get me wrong I am a big fan of Bill Clinton, Hillary I am not so sure of.People are looking for a change . I know I am. I would love for a woman to be President of the United States But I just don't think this is the time for a woman President. People are looking for HOPE and CHANGE. A chance for everyone to be able to live the American Dream. When are in a state of emergency .We need someone in office who other people in other countries would be willing to talk too.America is falling second to other countries right now.

Clinton and Obama may have similar policies however they are two very different people.

After suffering through the Dubbya it would be nice to have a President I would be proud to have represent the American Nation i.e. not someone as petty, isolating and nasty as Hillary Clinton. Please America lets use some common sense and elect someone with some common decency!

If the 67% figure is indeed true, then I would expect nothing less than a 67 to 33 win for Obama. So either this poll is inaccurate or there are alot of stupid, foolish people that would vote for her even though they don't trust her. We have a long way to go in election politics.

I have to say that Richard had it all wrong, because of age and race and gender and education for that matter. He stated that you had to be poor and under educated and a black male to vote for Obama. How racist is that? I am sorry to tell him that I am a white 50 year old female, educator and teacher and a well off business owner that is voting for Obama. Never under estimate the power of the Hippy. We all voted for years for Ralph Nader (oh my GOSH) We are still out there voting with our hearts for America. I have been every color of the ballot with parties. I don't have a problem with changing colors to vote for the best canidate. Hillary just is not exceptable and neither is Mc Cain. I love Obama and what he stands for. I hope we have him for eight years for my son who is 12 to grown up. I would hate to have him grow up under the regime of Hillary or Mc Cain, because we will all be seeing our kids go to war. I am anti politics but this is the first election that I cared enough about it to watch the CNN news every minute to see who is in the lead. Go figure. The Old Hippies are still voting Richard.

That's a scary face. Why is she so bitter about everything?

I would not want to vote for anybody that wants to be president so she can get back at those that mistreated her.

Hillary doesn't realize that the people around her are the mirror image of who she is.

If people blame Sen. Clinton for unfair attacks, it's because the news media told them to. Remember Obama's misleading health care ad, the first of such negative attacks?

It's not *Going negative* to run adds pointing out Hillary's healthcare policy differences from Obama's and it's not *Going negative* to respond to Hillary's blatant lies. People, stop using the soundbites you hear or read and pay attention. Throwing out the tired sounbites show that you aren't paying attention. We need voters who educate themselves about the issues. That's why the Obama gets the educated voter's votes.

Economy: She's $10 million in debt on her campaign now.

Foreign Affairs: Remember Bosnia?? Now . . . she wants to nuke Iran

Credibility - 67% of Democrats say she is un-trustworthy.

The attacks began when Obama's campaign made a statement regarding Hillary's credibility/experience back in February of 2007. Anyone care to actually do some research?

Does anyone think that the media may have influenced the public's opinion of Hillary? Not only has the media been against Hillary for years, the majority of the media was out in force last week complaining with Obama on how ABC had been unfair in the debate. I almost gagged, it was so disgusting. Obama and all his choir were crying. Attack ads, glib lines, sarcasm - it's how things are done in politics and Washington. Oh that's right, Obama wants to change it all, doesn't he. (Change, how many times have I heard that in a campaign.) It didn't take Obama long to quit changing and join the fight, did it? How long do you think his change pretense will work on his supporters?

The Senator from NY has traded her respectibility and standing within the Democratic community for her shot at the White House. The former president has damaged his already perilous legacy to join in on what will be remembered as one of the (if not the most) dirtiest primary campaigns in history.

It's hard to imagine what is to come, considering that we are currently fighting among ourselves.

Supporters of both candidates are incredibly and personally vested in their candidate. The DNC says that the party will survive and we will all come together in Denver and sing KUMBAYAH.

When you read the blogs and comments out there . . . you realize . . . THAT'S GONNA BE TOUGH!!

Hillary "believes" and knows she's not going to win, but she will rather drag Obama down with her and give the presidency to McCain rather than to let Obama beat them (Hillary and McCain)... In short she just wants to destroy the democratic party.

Amazingly 67% of the Democrats feel Clinton is dishonest and has started negative attacks but they vote for her none the less. Being a Republican at least I can accept McCain if Clinton somehow steals the nomination. But I would rather vote for the first honest nominee in my lifetime, Obama. You Democrats have managed to take a sure thing and shoot yourselves in the foot.

Look, this is the way the ball bounces. It is interesting though that a man who is supposed to signify change has decided to play politics as usual in the race with his own negative adds. What happened to change anyway? Oh yeah, words and change only matter when his speech writers say they do.

Herman LA, CA (April 22nd, 2008 7:37 pm ET) wrote: "Barack has to walk a fine line because if he went negative on a white woman he would not stand a chance. And that's the truth, she can do it to him and its fine but he can't do it to her. What a shame."

Ding Ding Ding!!! We have a winner!! First person I have witnessed on any blog who actually has figured this out and precisely articulated it. Were he to respond with the same aggression she has shown, he would be both perceived and characterized as the angry black man, and she the lily white damsel in distress. But his approach is not accidental. He is a black man in America and unfortunately, this is the trade off you have to make in order to become successful. Sad indeed.

The difference is that the only negative attacks he makes are on her policies or how she conducts herself in Washington. Her attacks are on him personally as much if not more than on his policies.

CNN always puts the negative spin on Hillary.
Doesn't anyone remember when Obama was saying that Hillary didn't have the judgment to be president because she voted yes on the Iraq resolution? That was his standard stump speech. If you don't think that was a negative attack, get real. Of course, he had to quit saying it when someone finally realized and got through to him that many senators like Kerry and Edwards had voted for it too. (I wouldn't think Edwards would be very happy to support Obama while Obama is saying that he didn't have the judgment to be president. Kerry was already in Obama's grasp because he has a problem with the Clintons.) Although I did hear Obama ramp that up again this last week.

Richard is 100% correct. I am tired of being labeled something I am not because I do not want to fall in behind Obama. My circle of Hillary supporters is well-educated and informed.

I also think it will be a shame when all is said and done to discover that a lot of the youthful Obama supporters are boomerangers still at home allowing thier parents to support them. What they have is time -- time to spend on the net and time to campaign that those of us out in the workforce (and yes, even the parents supporting them) do not have.

Obama has been just as negative and just as "political" as any other candidate. The big difference is he keeps lying and saying he isn't -- and sadly many are caught up in the smoke and mirrors of his candidacy.

Hillary is our best hope for straightening out the mess the Republicans made of our country, and by extendion, the world!

Look at the Columbian money taking woman hillary and see who is actually telling the truth. She has been caught in many lies, snipers, woman and the hospital, nafta and scandles in Arkansas. And then we have CNN who seems to close an eye to her tactics. She attacks to keep people from looking at her lies, so run her out and lets get on with it.

Am I the only one who thinks Hillary is setting things up so no Dem will be elected this year? Gives her another chance if she loses and if she wins, well so be it.

But wow, she's seriously damaged goods at this point. She's hurt Obama in some ways, but I really don't think Clinton supporters see the damage she's done herself. Most of the country does not like her and now she's gone and ensured that will be a HUGE hurdle for her if she were to ever make the general.

I support Obama, but I'd support Hillary if the other choice is McCain. But man, I don't see how any of this helps her at all. She's sinking fast and an adult in the party needs to tell her to put the dogs away for the Republicans. It's sad really. We're witnessing the distinigration of the party in slow motion.

God save us from another moronic Republican.

I'm no math major, but isn't this about even; "Meanwhile, 49 percent of Pennsylvania Democrats said Obama has attacked Clinton unfairly while 48 percent say he has not."? And, yes, it is a job interview. Go Sen. Clinton! You are the best qualified candidate.

It just wouldn't be a news day without a one-sided hate-Hillary article. Are we done for today?

Minor footnote: she is winning PA!

fight the power Hillary!

Cut the crap . . . Let’s get to the really tough policy questions: Do we want our taxes to keep up with inflating gas prices? How exactly will we end this misguided mess in Iraq? Does Obama or Clinton actually have a plan to get Osama bin Laughing? I don’t care about the sexual exploits of our president. I do care a great deal about the level of expertise the president will bring to the cabinet and the court(Harriet Meyers for SJC—was he serious?) and the care and thoughtfulness brought to very complex issues of environmental stability, economic stability, the growing threats of infectious disease, nuclear proliferation, and climate change. All this as China and India awaken their populations to consume more resources in the coming 20 years. I’m disappointed in the democratic party for creating such a nuanced primary process that doesn’t model the general election (state winner take all) and created this blood bath between two formidable intellects – we deserve another 8 years of neo-conservative dogma. Fools all. Break from the past PA and choose Obama (this from a strong supporter of both Clintons) settle this thing and get on with solving real problems!

See what I mean. No Matter WHAT Obama does he is expected to be a nice lil guy and let Hillary walk all over him and not say ANYTHING in return or pay the price.

Reminds me of what it was like being Black in the 60s Not as much has changed as I thought.
