Clinton sees influx of campaign cash

Clinton has seen an influx in campaign cash since winning the Pennsylvania primary.
Clinton has seen an influx in campaign cash since winning the Pennsylvania primary.

NEW YORK (CNN) - Sen. Hillary Clinton's Pennsylvania victory seems to be helping her regain ground financially against rival Barack Obama, who has outraised her by tens of millions of dollars.

The day that followed Clinton's Pennsylvania win was the biggest day in the history of her campaign, according to Terry McAuliffe, her campaign chairman.

The New York senator raised $10 million through the Internet and had 80,000 new donors, he said.

Compare that to two months ago, when Clinton could not afford to pay staffers and even lent her campaign $5 million from her own pocket.

So now she can pay what she owes, or does she continue to stiff those she leaves in her wake?

and that new money is paying for an ad on CNN's main political page. So much for a fair and balanced media. You should be ashamed.

OK, so now she MIGHT be able to pay off SOME of her DEBT and pay for her employees health care.

She is STILL in the financial HOLE.

Come on Indiana, North Carolina, Oregon, et al, give Hillary the break she so desparately needs!

Her Royal Clintoness tires easily, causing her to lie about her name, her daughter and 9/11, Bosnia sniper fire, Rose Law Firm files, opposing the pre-emptive war with Iraq before she voted for the bill, how she made a lot of money on Wall street, her brothers being paid to get pardons, opposing NAFTA, accepting "donations" greater than the legal limit from Peter Paul, …

Giver her a gift – time off!

She needs to take a nice, long vacation and get some rest.

Can we get an independent account? She has been known to lie. Does not matter just less than two weeks.

Cool, she can pay back her vendors, her staffers and whoever else loaned her money.

Funny thing to note... She didn't GIVE her campaign 5 million, she lent her campaign 5 million... She intends to pay herself back.

She can TAKE the money from common Americans but HER money is just a loan.

This new money is going to get her out of debt, but almost zero out...

She can't afford to compete with Obama, because he has more support.

I donated yesterday... We, the over sixty females, are guilty of creating this mess. We went to work to make a better life for ourselves and our children. We worked for less pay than our male counterparts. We saw promotions based on gender rather than ability. We worked 8 or more hours per day and still had all the housework to do. We wanted our own car. We wanted our own money. We wanted to be more than the Mrs. Cleavers of the world. We did it all, and tried to teach our boys that it is ok to help around the house. You are still a man if you change a diaper. You are still a man if you help your wife clean house. The male EGO is very fragile. They have more muscles then we do, but we know how to use what we do have to the best advantage. Physically, they are the stronger of the sexes. The age of modern conviences makes muscle less important then it once was. We are finally at a time when women can do it all with relative ease. The male EGO is still very fragile and makes them resent the success of the female gender. Sorry boys, were here to stay. Hillary all the way….

So is she going to use it to pay off old debts before incurring new ones, or is she writing off all the working Americans who provided her campaign with quality goods and services and continueher starring role in the coast to coast "I'm a Hypocrite!" show?

Yea and 4.5 million of that went straight in the pocket of a very large Washington lobbyist company oh could it be the one that mark Penn worked for Yes it was! and now even with all the extra cash she is still several million in debt! I do not believe the figures she is pushing from her website either! I will when she files the official report with the governement but I think she will not release the results like last month to hide her problems. cover up and deceit that is the Clinton game.

Hope And Change that is the Obama game lets get this done

Go Obama 08 Yes We Can!!

On the one hand I like to see the enthusiasm of Democrats in general. But we shouldn't be wasting the money on this battle which is already over. The battle is in November, let's put the money where it is needed.

Hillary or Obama, '08 and '12!

CNN stop protecting your ever lying Queen. Were is the story about Clinton lying about Newzealand Prime Minister. calling her as former when she is still in office. Isnt that the worst foreign experience some one can have.is that what she has after 35 years, to make matters worse the Newzealand Prime minister responded to clinton lies by telling her that actualy she met former President Bill two weeks ago. What a shame CNN. show show some guts and report fairly had it been Obama who said this it would have been headlines already. SHAME ON YOU CNN

let's see – she raised $10 million, she needs to pay herself the $5 million she lent her campaign, she needs to pay her creditors, what, $2+ million? that leaves her $3 million give or take to use for the may 6 primaries and beyond if she refuse to concede after that date. sounds like a campaign desperately gasping for air that may not be there for much too long.

Put it on a credit card and wait to see if your interest rates sky rocket.
Be Aware... some unscrupulous credit card companies are penalizing their paying customers with higher rates to recoup losses on their default customers.
HILLARY VOTED TO ALLOW C.C. Companies to charge up to 30%.
