Clinton sees influx of campaign cash

Clinton has seen an influx in campaign cash since winning the Pennsylvania primary.
Clinton has seen an influx in campaign cash since winning the Pennsylvania primary.

NEW YORK (CNN) - Sen. Hillary Clinton's Pennsylvania victory seems to be helping her regain ground financially against rival Barack Obama, who has outraised her by tens of millions of dollars.

The day that followed Clinton's Pennsylvania win was the biggest day in the history of her campaign, according to Terry McAuliffe, her campaign chairman.

The New York senator raised $10 million through the Internet and had 80,000 new donors, he said.

Compare that to two months ago, when Clinton could not afford to pay staffers and even lent her campaign $5 million from her own pocket.

When this becomes a contest about who can beg the most. I thought money was not important in all of this.

I say lets get Hillary to run as an independent and then we will see if Obama can win without the core democratic constituency.

Yeah Jim, I'm sure Miss 109 Million Dollar Baby could use your 50. She "loaned" her campaign 5 million and you give away your money, smart.

During this entire campaign and even through their political careers, there is not one thing you could accuse the Clintons of that is not true. Not one thing you could think of or haven't even yet considered.

As Hillary would say to the people of the South "To Hell With Them Bill". Well "To He _ _ with the Clintons!

Americans have a sore throat from spitting Obama out.

Boy the DNC and the party elites and the media are relentless in pushing this guy on us.

We want fair play, equality and justice for ALL Americans.

    We support Hillary Clinton.

She has held up with the deck stacked against her.

Hold on... Does the 10 Mil = Clinton math (i.e. Since she is might not be planning to pay back the 9 mil she owes.. is she counting that as donation)..

Hillary has stooped to asking supporters for as little as $5. She'll do "whatever it takes". What a shame. What a lack of character and self respect.

Obama's minimum is $25, not $5. Also, her maximum is over $2300, Obama's is not.

I am so tired of Obama supporters. You do not practice what you preach. You take any chance to tear down Hillary. This is sad. Do any of you go back and read your Obama post and realize that Obama stands for hope and change, not hate and lies. If your his representative, he would do better without you. None of you know what goes on with the Clinton campaign, you can only speculate on on-line rumors. Its great that Hillary's supporters are backing her. Look at the math, she has just as many as Obama.

Also, wanted to post about the double digit win issue also, but it was closed. Why now is the media being so precise on this number. Would this be an issue if they were not looking for something to cause a stir. Its so small, its not even worth reporting. Fact is she won, she is a fighter, and she very well could be our nominee.

So please Obama supporters, and some Clinton supporters also. Stop the hate. Obama supporters especially. Your comments over the past months are out of line, have little to do with real issues and you need to think before you type.

The $10 million is just enough to pay her debt. There is one thing the Obama's camp managed to do right was to forced Sen. Hillary to spend the money she didn't have in the first place. She has the $10 million now, she has to worry about the money to campaign in Indy and N.C.

    Oh my Charlotte ~
It sounds like you are voting for her just because she is a woman and by god it's time to have a woman president. She is not the right woman! The right one will come, please don't vote for her just because she is a woman.

As Hillary said about the voters in the South "To Hell With Them Bill"...well to He _ _ with the Clintons!

There is not one thing you can accuse them of they have not done. Not one thing you could possibly think of that is low enough or anything we haven't even yet considered that is already in play.

You fools send your money. She will blow it like she did the rest of her funds and still owe small businesses and health insurance on her staffers.

    We love Hillary-
    Our champion.
Vote Hill now or write her in in Nov.

Teach the DNC and the party elites that we do not care for bandwagon politics. We care about the issues- not rock star appeal.

    Down to election fixing.

    No rigged primary will sustain.

Has she denounced the Republican add running in NC yet to support her Democratic rival???McCain did, not that it did anything to stop it, he has no clout in his own party. But Hillary would have been shouting Barack to denounce and reject. Shows you she is only thinking about her egotistical self while ruining the Democratic Party...

I'm going to ask Hillary Clinton supporters again: Why do you support her instead of Barack Obama? I have not yet gotten any answers as to why she's BETTER than him - only why he's WORSE. Criticizing Obama is not a way to play up Clinton's strengths.

Oh, and the "more experience" argument is not legitimate, as John McCain was first elected to federal office in 1982 and Clinton was first elected in 2000.

So tell me, Clinton supporters: What is the great reason we should flock to Mrs. Clinton?

It is sad that we (the US) spend more money just picking our candidates than some small 3rd annual GNP.

What statement are we sending to the world?

I am pretty sure this won't be posted.
