Clinton: I feel like the Goldilocks of this campaign

Clinton campaigned in Indiana Tuesday.

Clinton campaigned in Indiana Tuesday.

BROWNSBURG, Indiana (CNN) - As Hillary Clinton and John McCain’s separate proposals for a summertime elimination of the gas tax continue to be a focus for all three candidates, Clinton said Thursday insisted her plan isn’t a cure-all, but a temporary break for those feeling the pinch of high gas prices.

“Invariably someone will say something along the lines of, "Well, you know, we shouldn’t be doing these short-term fixes, we shouldn’t try to relieve people’s pain at the pump. We should only have long-term plans.’” Clinton told a small gathering outside Indianapolis. “We need both! It is not either/or.”

“Sen. Obama says we shouldn’t do it and it’s a gimmick, and Sen. McCain says we should do it but we shouldn’t pay for it.” She added. “I sometimes feel like the Goldilocks of this campaign. You know, not too much, not too little. Just right.”

“This isn't a real solution. This is a gimmick,” Obama countered. “This is what Washington does whenever there's a big problem. They pretend that they're solving it to try to get though political season but they don't really solve it.

Meanwhile, Clinton strategist Geoff Garin said their polling has shown "working people appreciate the fact that Senator Clinton understands the incredible economic strain they are facing."

CNN IS not saying anything about Peter Paul like ALL OTHER NETWORKS Because Peter Paul is a professional liar who has four separate criminal convictions, two for fraud. His video repackages a series of seven-year-old false claims about Senator Clinton that have already been rejected by the California state courts, the Justice Department, the Federal Election Commission, and the Senate Ethics Committee.

Maybe CNN should talk about Larry Sinclair!!

Why aren't we hearing anything about the Clinton VS Paul trial that's going on in CA.? Is there a media gag?

If this was Obama committing the crimes Hillary is accused of, CNN would have his face blasted all over TV..

Since the media is refusing to reveal/report the Paul vs Clinton fraud case in court right now, we need to create our own movement and flood every blog on CNN and every blogging website on the World Wide Web with information from the case regardless of what the topic is. For those that don't know – Google Paul vs Clinton and hold on to your shirt with what you read!!

Clinton vs Paul – let's hear about it.

If his response is politiians do these gimmicks and not solve the real problem then Mr. Obama what exactly makes you different other then the fact that you say it. I don't hear you doing anything.

This man's lack of real plans (regardless of what the obamabots say) is staggering.....Yes I went to his website to see his plans......and no thanks I create my own hope. I don't need someone to do it for me. I need someone to get to work....

Okay Mrs. Clinton and Mr. McCain, you have 25 days until Memorial Day. How do you plan on enacting this "Gas Holiday" scheme before then? Or could it be you are just pandering (lying) to the American people for votes? We're waiting.

Hillary is so fake! Experience does not mean BETTER, it means you have been through some things. Who needs a liar in Office? For the record Hillary has a SO-CALLED FRIEND who is a known racist, can we put that on CNN? How many times has SHE MISPOKE? Do you notice that when she speaks on shows she struggels to find the right words to say? I'd rather have someone who is being honest with the people and himself and has HEART!

Was this meant for this story or the one about Obama on the Letterman comedy show?

The best way to understand the case against Hillary Clinton- the frauds she directed to win her Senate seat and the obstructions of justice she orchestrated in plain view to keep it- is to read the explanation of the case of Paul v Clinton presented to California’s Court of Appeals late last year.

Peter Paul appealed Hillary Clinton’s purported right to first amendment protection from liability for frauds she directed when she was engaged in illegal campaign fundraising. The allegations of huge tort and election law frauds directed by a President and Senate candidate were corroborated with evidence that speaks for itself in the court pleadings- read the outline and click on the links:

The only judicial panel to ever review Hillary Clinton’s conduct as part of a judicial proceeding (the California Appellate Court) did not deny that Hillary’s conduct in obtaining more than $1.2 million from Paul may have been illegal!

“Even if some aspect of Senator Clinton’s campaign fundraising
unrelated to Paul’s claims… were illegal and that illegality could be imputed to Senator Clinton and Clinton for Senate, these defendants are not barred from obtaining the benefit of section 425.16’s right to an early evaluation of Paul’s claims arising from their constitutionally protected activity. ”

Everyone talks about how dishonest the Clintons are but they don't back it up with an example.
Obama keeps changing his position on Wright until he was backed into a corner.
Obama lack of experience is becoming more apparent as time goes on.
Goldilocks is much better than being a Baby Bear like Obama. He is weak and with this countries troubles we need someone who will not give up but push on to succeed.
    Go Hillary!!!!!

Some "emphasis on some" of you Hillary supporters seem too vindictive. I mean this is what turns a lot of males off of her. If you and Hillary were nuturing and understanding or maybe more humane at least we might think of voting for her. Everyone of us has run into that witchy evil woman at work that steps on everyone to get to the top and when she needs the little people nobody is there for her. Then she cries sexism or foul play. Men also know that sweet yet smart and strong woman that works her way up the latter, eats crow like everyone else, and is respected by all. I was raised around women and know a good woman when I see one. Hillary used to be that, but Washington politics changed her for the worse. Her supporters on here remind me of that everytime I see just evil comments written about Obama. Support your candidate without attacking people and maybe we might pay attention to the points she truly has an advantage over Obama. Just my observation, don't bite my head off about it.
