(I really think they may be under a "Gag" order). However I am sorry to say this, but you are totally wrong. You are obviously misinterpreting whatever you were reading about Paul vs Clinton. The Judge only postponed the date of Hillary's testimony until after the November Election, and boy it sure looks like they have got her this time. I just found out one reason why Hillary's campaign is getting these Polls to read the way they want. These people are willing to throw the U.S.A. under the bus to get Hillary elected!!!!!!!!!

There are a number of "527' organizations phoning and sending out misleading and untrue disgusting information about Barack.

(many of these organizations are headed by Bill Clinton's henchmen).... and now the latest is, Senior Campaign Advisor, Sidney Blumenthal, on a regular basis, has been attacking Barack's character by methodically dispatching misleading information about Barack, to various Influential Opinion Shapers. I am sure this mis-leading info is not fooling the Super Delegates, but what does this say about them being able to bamboozle the voters and thereby manipulate the polls!!!!!!!!!

Paul's attorney, Colette Wilson of the U.S. Justice Foundation, has argued that because Sen. Clinton violated the federal election law in engaging in her protected activity of soliciting contributions and, therefore, according to the law, would not be covered by the anti-SLAPP statute.

Wilson claims that Senator Clinton directly solicited the funds and applied some control over them, in violation of section 441 of the Federal Election Commission code.

TRUST me, I've mentioned the Paul v Clinton case every day since I first heard of it Sunday, & look how well the "media" is covering it! Clinton is STILL connected to that case, hence it's NAME, more so than Obama was tied to Rev. Wright's "sermons" &/or "movements"! I ALSO mention her ex-pastor, Rev. Wm. Procanick who was sentenced in Jan '08 for 3 years for "1st degree sexual abuse & endangering the welfare of a minor child", when he sexually abused a little 7 year old girl in March '07. Why has she not had to answer for THIS like Obama was FORCED to answer for Wright?

Come on, Clinton supporters, you NEED to wake up & get "educated" before it's too late for our Country AND our children!

If you are going to make up your own facts, at least make them plausable, that way people don't think you've lost your minds.

A judge in Los Angeles yesterday allowed Hollywood mogul Peter F. Paul to begin taking sworn testimony in his $17 million fraud suit against former President Bill Clinton, but a technicality delayed establishment of a trial date.

California Superior Court Judge Aurelio N. Munoz ruled Paul's legal team can begin seeking depositions from a host of big names – including Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton – that allegedly were witnesses to an effort by the Clintons and top Democratic leaders to extract millions of dollars from Paul in illegal donations and then cover it up.
