Second former DNC chair backs Obama

(CNN) - Another former Democratic National Committee Chairman is backing Barack Obama. One day after former DNC chair Joe Andrew announced his support for Obama’s presidential bid, Massachusetts superdelegate Paul Kirk, who led the party from 1985-89, will officially endorse the Illinois senator Friday.

Obama can not win in November...he does not even have the support of a majority of self identified democrats anymore...it is over for him and if we want to have real change in this country we have to support Clinton as Pres., Barack as VP and he runs the country in 8 years...by then he will have real gravitas...all the junk will be out and over about wright, rezko etc.

CNN IS not saying anything about Peter Paul like ALL OTHER NETWORKS Because Peter Paul is a professional liar who has four separate criminal convictions, two for fraud. His video repackages a series of seven-year-old false claims about Senator Clinton that have already been rejected by the California state courts, the Justice Department, the Federal Election Commission, and the Senate Ethics Committee.

Maybe CNN should talk about Larry Sinclair

Hillary in not less likely to loose the election. Obama is more likely to win. Wait until November when Obama gets McCain one-on-one and makes him look as old a foolish as the policies he want to continue.

McCain used to be my favorite. Now he is a GOP puppet.

Too bad this is not the year of the flip-flop, 2004 that got Kerry.

McCain, used to champion fiscal responsibility > maybe I can balance the budget in 4 years.

McCain against the Bush tax cuts > now for them. McCain is a flip flopping puppet.

    Independent for Obama.

CNN and the other networks can't put the Paul v Clinton trial on the air, if they did, it would be the end of the Good Senator from New York, the primary would be over, and there would be No More News!

Considering Hillary made the latest in a string of economic and foreign policy blunders.
Iran filed a formal complaint with the United Nations on Hillary's threats to obliterate the Iranian people. They reiterated that they have absolutely no intention of attacking another country and never have.
Economic experts and Newspapers are coming out against Hiilary's small minded "gas tax relief" saying her vote pandering will pad the pockets of the oil companies.
So Hillary's poor judgement once again rears its ugly head, from the vote for the war in Iraq to obliterating an ancient race of humans to making our environment less clean and our oil barons more rich. I guess thats what her campaign means by "testicular fortitude"

Thank you so much Mr. Paul Kirk.

Because of your good decision, Americans will get the best president of the modern era.

We need Obama at this moment. It is good to see that DNC still has sensible people.

Thank you Sir, thank you very much.

Let the flood of Super Delegates start moving towards Barack. They know the stories behind Hillary and Bill – the Clintons are only in it for themselves, she could not even fill her own cup of Frappachino – if that shows she isn't with the "real" americans. They also have to give depositions in their Paul vs. Clintons lawsuit – just one of many things that are swept under the rug by the Clintons and their supporters. It is time that we Americans take back our voice and our Country! Too many years of special interests running our country – time for the Obama Revolution to bring us back to the country we once were.

Anon is a liar... May 2nd, 2008 9:23 am ET

for you Obambi's touting PaulvClinton case…..

you may want to go onto Wikipedia and really learn about this guy….

Peter F. Paul, American businessman, convicted drug dealer and securities felon, controversial political donor….

and then decide whether you really want to be touting his case for really the only reason to help him out…..

Nice try Bob H., but maybe you want to put up a website that's useful to the world.

You say to look him up and post his negatives....help him out? Shouldn't the bigger picture be that the Clintons were in bed him a character like that?

well "anon is a liar" why dont you go to paulvclinton.com and read all the information there....if the Clinton's didn't break FEC laws, which it seems like they did, then at the very least what they did was extraordinarily shady.

Does anyone else think it is pretty sad that the only reason superdelegates are supporting Mr. Obama is because he is CURRENTLY ahead in delegates? Haha. It's kind of...sad.

Major endorsement!!!! This is not one who wah undecided, this was a former Clinton supporter!!! The letter he sent out to the super delegates was awesome. After NC & IN, the remaining super delegates will speak and Senator Obama will be the nominee and we can concentrate on bring the party together and beating McCain in November!!!

I totally agree with anon.We strongly, each one, should take the effort to spread the word about her civil fraud case and her pastor.I am distributing fliers which say a simple message "Google Peter Paul".
Additionally i have put the message out on all the social networks like facebook to spread the word. Please do the same.

My background: I am not a US citizen, so i cannot vote. But i want
people to know the truth and vote for the best and honest candidate.

Comon, give the honest candidate a chance !
