Second former DNC chair backs Obama

(CNN) - Another former Democratic National Committee Chairman is backing Barack Obama. One day after former DNC chair Joe Andrew announced his support for Obama’s presidential bid, Massachusetts superdelegate Paul Kirk, who led the party from 1985-89, will officially endorse the Illinois senator Friday.

Is this an election of the people or the super delegates.
What has happened to the voice of the people. We are losing our right to vote. It's all about what the Super Delegates want.

The Case Management Conference hearing in Paul v Clinton et al on February 21, in Los Angeles Superior Court will finally set a trial date in the long delayed civil fraud case and it will set a schedule for discovery that will include the sworn depositions of the entire Clinton family and the Clinton hierarchy of the Democratic Party.

A trial was set for March 2007, but it was delayed due to an appeal of a lower-court's decision to dismiss Sen. Clinton as a defendant. The California Supreme Court upheld the decision, but Sen. Clinton, nevertheless, will be required to testify under oath along with her husband as material witnesses.

Seven years ago Peter Paul began whistleblowing to the government and alerting the media of numerous illegalities committed by Hillary and Bill Clinton in order to win Hillary’s first election to public office.

The multi-million dollar donor to Hillary’s Senate campaign that caused Hillary’s finance director to be indicted and tried in May, 2005, for hiding his contributions, and whose complaint to the FEC resulted in a finding that Hillary’s campaign broke the law resulting in the only FEC fine imposed against Hillary’s campaign, will begin the discovery process leading to a trial in Los Angeles later this year of the Clintons and others for destroying Paul’s public company.

If you wanted to, you could go on there and "edit" any one of the topics/people on there. So Don't be fooled by Wikipedia. Wikipedia? Come on now...

The Democratic party chose Obama at the convention 4 years ago, to be their golden child. They then changed their own rules to(which they say on their web site) give minority voters more of a say in determining the party's candidate. This is the rule they quote as their reason for disenfranchising the voters inFlorida, Michigan, and the caucus states. They have tried to bully Hillary out of the race, they are telling the super delegates they have to decide in June, when they really are not supposed to play a role until the convention in August. They have done everything to manipulate Obama into office, but the voters have other ideas. Maybe next time they will find a way to leave all of the voters out of the process. Vote Hillary , if their Obama gets in vote Republican.

Moore, we have looked that up. First of all, I think it's a lie. You have so many people trying to bring this man down. It reminds me of how they rejected Christ. While no man or woman can ever compare to Christ, there are times we are treated just like he was.

The Paul vs Clinton case is what many should be concerned about. Do we need a proven criminal in the oval office?

    Obama 08!!!

    Let's compare:

Clinton has said only she and McCain are experienced enough to lead this country.........yet, Obama has more legislative experience than she does (10 yrs to her 8 yrs).

Clinton has never said she wouldn't take lobbyists money........Obama has said he wouldn't and he hasn't

Clinton has "borrowed" McCains ideas – most recently for a gas tax holiday – which no one with any idea about Economics is supporting – and then says "you're either with us or against us" – accusing congress of supporting big oil, when the gas tax has nothing to do with big oil – its government revenue!

Clinton has gone negative every step of the way.......Obama has tried his best, and for the most part, has not stepped into her gutter

And what about the Peter Paul lawsuit that is going to be heard in the CA Supreme Court in the Fall?

This woman has so much dirt on her – the Republicans will have a friggin' field day!

  11. remember her campaign fraud?

and another thing.. people here who say the drive- by -media(Rush Limbaugh's words) wont cover this because Paul is a dirty rotten criminal..yup thats true.. he is.. but they have covered Wright over and over to the point where most people are so used to it and over-saturated by it that it doesnt matter.. We know that the media isnt covering it (PAUL V CLINTON) because if the truth gets out they will be responsible for her ruin-ation! they are afraid of the Clinton-wrath the way many others have for years

    May 2, 2008 09:53 am at 9:53 am |
  12. Never McCain!!!!!

Has anyone noticed how much coverage Rev Wright has received lately. It has been over a month or so. John McCain can seek an endorsement from the devil and nothing. Not necessarily on CNN, but other news sources such as MSNBC. David Gregory has a million different ways of asking the same questions about Rev. Wright and Barack Obama. Let is go already.

The Media is afraid of the Clintons. I firmly believe that. Also, I feel if Rev. Wright had made those remarks about African Americans it would have gotten no play. A lot of people don't care when things affect African Americans. For example...

Just look how much coverage the female group in North Carolina is getting. None at all. You ask, what am I talking about...I understand that Barack Obama is the front runner, but GEEZ Hillary still has things going on. There is no mention of the all female group that supports Hillary trying to disenfranchise African American voters in North Carolina. Not a word. Why is that I ask?

It's good to see Barack Obama received superdelegates that he had to work for. These people were with Hillary because of her husband's relationship with them. You know at one point I didn't like Hillary, but now I'm ok with her. I'm for Obama, but I would vote for Hillary if she won the GE fair and square. Now that's not going to happen, but I'm just saying that I'm a democrat first (like most of us are) before anything.

CNN has a responsibilty of fair reporting for both the Obama and Clinton campaigns. You have a responsibilty to report the Paul v. Clinton court case that is going on in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The judge, on 4/25/08, stated that depositions could be taken from all of the other witnesses in the case against the Clintons (Larry King, Cher, etc.), except Hillary Clinton which can be delayed until after the November elections. Prior to dismissing the parties, the Clinton appointed judge stated, "tell my good friend Bill I said Hello."

Google Paul v. Clinton and access the original petition filed against the Clintons and see You Tube Vide taped conversation of her corruption. BTW, Hillary Clinton was fined by the FEC (this is a fact) for her part in attempting to hide the corruption that followed them from Arkansas all the way to the White House.

(I know that CNN will not post this message due to their contract of protection of the Clintons.)

CNN it appears to you have someone wanting you to a bit more reporting on the Clinton side of things. Seems like a good idea given the number of posts here.

Sen. Obama did not go with what Clinton and McCain thought would be popular with the people on the issue of a gas tax. This once again shows the BAD JUDGEMENT that Sen. Clinton has showned threw out this campaign. We need a leader who will not be afraid to tell the American people the truth, and I believe that person is Sen. Obama. He has sound judgement, and good policies that will strenghten the American economic, and issues dealing with American foreign policy. Sen. Obama is the real deal.

I'm not sure why the CNN refuses to report on Paul vs. Clinton Fraud Case. I sent a couple of posts to AC360 on the blog last night and both were deleted by CNN.

Perhaps they are waiting for Verdict with Dan Abrams or Keith Olbermann's Countdown to break the story. (PS – I sent them links to the story yesterday)

Very Poor CNN. If your the most trusted source on News. All we ask is an answer as to why you wont address this story. Why?
