Barack Obama leads Hillary Clinton in Guam.
Barack Obama leads Hillary Clinton in Guam.

(CNN) — Barack Obama leads Hillary Clinton in Guam's Democratic presidential caucuses with votes from the largest of the island's 19 villages still to be counted, according to a Guam election official.

With 12 out of 19 villages reporting, Obama has 899 votes (53.9 percent) compared to 769 votes (46.1 percent) for Clinton.

The presidential candidates are battling for Guam's four pledged delegate votes. A total of eight delegates will be elected, each with half a vote at the Democratic National Convention in Denver this summer.

Also on the ballot Saturday was the race for chairman and vice chairman of the U.S. territory's Democratic party. The winners of that race will serve as superdelegates. According to the election official, the slate of Pilar Lujan and Jaime Paulino currently leads the slate of Joseph Artero Cameron and Arlen Bordallo. Lujan remains uncommitted in the race for president while running-mate Paulino has endorsed Obama. Both Cameron and Bordallo have endorsed Clinton. Incumbent chairman Tony Charfauros and running-mate Mary Ann Cabrera are currently in third place. Neither has endorsed a presidential candidate.

Although called “caucuses,” Saturday’s event in Guam functions more like a party-run primary. Voters cast secret ballots in polling places, as opposed to publicly aligning themselves in presidential candidate preference groups which occurs in more traditional caucuses, such as in Iowa and Nevada.

Polls closed in Guam at 6am eastern time, and vote-counting is expected to continue well into the afternoon. Guam is 14 hours ahead of eastern time.

obami is only up by 80 votes in quam, and out of over 100,000 population of the island its sad that 65% in less than 2,000 people voted and even sadder is obambies making a big deal out of 80 votes he's ahead…..

and if i see one more comment about the peter paul case PLEASE GO READ ABOUT HIM before you comment. HE IS AN EX-CON DRUG DEALER LOOKING FOR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He also was CONVICTED IN CUBAN EXTORTION deals, so bag it.

OBAMBees, you may not want to write about something that only will fuel Paul's side!!!! i hope….

J.Onofre -CA   May 3rd, 2008 1:23 pm ET

I don't think there could be a more tight knit community as Guam. Guam is the Mayberry of the Pacific. The influece that Obama has in this island is largely understated.

It is evident that Guam has studied the candidates and favoring the best choice.

Bamboo   May 3rd, 2008 1:24 pm ET

As far as Guam goes, you can't take over territories, give them the right to vote and then expect them not to vote against the original establishment that took them over.

Joe Lauscher   May 3rd, 2008 1:24 pm ET

Because of skin color is the only reason why Obama is winning at this point. Everyone knows that Hillary is more qualified for the job. So people wake up. Skin color is not going to staighten this country out. So people for for hillary for a positive change in this nation.

CHAMURROS REPRESENT FOR OBAMA!!

Spectator Consumer   May 3rd, 2008 1:24 pm ET

Obama needs a bump of 3 percent to get to 57 which would net him a delegate vote. 66 looks tough, but who knows how many votes have yet to come in. 66 would net him 2 delegates. It should be noted that there are 5 Guam super delegates, actually more than available to the winner of the caucuses. I don't know how those are doled out.

OBAMA-08!

Jeff, NC   May 3rd, 2008 1:25 pm ET

I hope so much that voters are not as Stupid as Hillary thinks they are!!
There is no expert on earth who supports her gas tax break for the summer:
we would loose approx. 300.000 construction jobs, and maybe the gas price would drop for a week or two, but thats it..and when the tax comes back we will be paying a lot more because of her. (not to mention that it is impossible to get the legislature thru this year)

Either she knows that it is real bad economic politics and hopes voters are too stupid, or she has a reaal bad judgment concerning the economy. Ether way is fatal for the U.S..

Dont let yourself be manipulated….we are better than that…

Shame....   May 3rd, 2008 1:27 pm ET

This is wonderful news for Hillary Clinton.

Now she can tell the world once and for all that the world is against her then throw one of her cying fits right before she tells Obama 'SHAME ON YOU!' for winning Guam because Guam starts with "G" and G's are for girls and girl power!

Then she can tell us of the time when her daddy dug a tunnel to Guam all the way from America to help the citizens access until he was able to have a daughter that will one day be President of the United States then give all the people of Guam full citizenship.

Hillary Clinton, Do and Say Anything '08 !

Indiana and North Carolina voters,

Most Electable?   May 3rd, 2008 1:30 pm ET

HRC is awaiting trail in November against Peter Paul regarding fraud, and illegal donation practices from her 2000 Senate campaign. The case was dismissed by a Bill Clinton appointed judge when the plantiff, Peter Paul's credibility was attacked for having a prior record. If HRC is found guilty, she could be convicted for obstruction of justice. Now…what was that about her General election electability; she might be in jail.

It's really difficult to swallow comments on what is "fake" or "real" from people that are less inclined to understand that political representations of "likeness" are used by everyone. What we should see is a man with a dream for change and all the obstacles he and his family have to face in order to complete with the elite. Go Obama.

Obama will win Guam and NC and probably Indiana as well. That said, it has become painfully obvious that the only people trying to keep the Wright issue alive and are the media "journalists" and right wingers. CNN in particular has recently taken to headlining every show with commentary or footage regarding Wright. The American people, on the other hand, don't get to hear very much about real issues. We get stifled by the old political guard as well as media feeding us dumb dumb comment after dumb dumb comment. Often from "commentators" whose only claim to fame is apparently that they are willing to sell their professional souls for a few minutes of glory on national TV. Please get back to real news from journalists.

Obama has taken over a million dollars in donations from sub-prime lenders. Citigroup,Washington Mutual,Countrywide,Credit Suisse, Centex and Goldman Sachs. He is beholden to them and their tatics. He talks out of both sides of his mouth. He is a typical politician who will say what he thinks you want to hear. Rev. Wright said it all, Obama is a politician who says what a politician needs to say to win."

Roger   May 3rd, 2008 1:36 pm ET

I think that Clinton has ruined the democratic party from all her lieing tactics just to get a vote. All the crap she has started just adds fuel to the republicans.

Eborra   May 3rd, 2008 1:37 pm ET

Obama is going to win in Guam and he is going to win in North Carolina and might win Indiana. This being said is the media going to start calling this race what it really is, meaning Obama is going to be the presidential nominee and stop acting like Hillary Clinton has a real chance of winning this. Also, who ever said that if Hillary Clinton wins the nomination, excuse me falsy wins the nomination that the African American community would fall in line and back her must not be from the African American community. We are not going to vote for her and we will boycott the Democratic party. Make no mistakes about it this is not the 60's and we are not going to let it slide. Another thing Barack has won the most states and is ahead in the delegate count. If she has not won the most states and is not ahead in the delegate count how can she win other than the Democratic party stealing it from Barack.

Joe Reg   May 3rd, 2008 1:38 pm ET

It is 3 or 2 delegates for Obama and 1 or 2 delegates for Hillary.

So nothing changes, no matter what Obama still has the lead.

get it Hillary, you can surrender now.

faye   May 3rd, 2008 1:38 pm ET

This is great for Guam and they know who the winner is or should be. Unlike some of us who holds Obama accountable for someone else's behavior or saying. I see this country USA is still full or racism. What a shame!

Seth (FL)   May 3rd, 2008 1:39 pm ET

It will be nice to see him pick up 3 of the 4 delegates here, then go on to win in North Carolina by about 6-7 points, which would add another 5 or so delegates to his lead. Together, including the super delegate who switched sides, will just about neutralize the delegates Clinton picked up in PA with her 9 point win there. So much for momentum. Unless Clinton beats Obama by 10 points or more in Guam, NC, or IN, how can she talk about "winning" this thing?

I'm saddened to see so many voters get bamboozled by distractions like gas tax (which will never happen, it's just to get votes), Wright, Obama's ethnicity, and anything else the Clinton machine can think of to throw voters off the real issues.

some of you Obama supporters sound puzzled when being accused of hateful speech. It's because you call Hillary and her whole family such terrible things and then go on and call all of her backers racist and stupid. That is hate speech. Obama has only holy intentions while the evil Clinton is power hungry and will do/say anything. And if CNN isn't continually praising Barack, they are obviously bigoted as well. Just like the voters in Penn, Ohio, Texas etc. Again, thats hate speech. Learn to recognise it when it comes out of your own mouth! Thats one of the reasons Clinton supporters will Never vote for Obama. There are many reasons as well.

If all Obama supporters are like the ones that comment here, they seem to be Hillary and/or women bashers and come across with a very negative attitude.

There's absolutely no reason why Hillary deserves this kind of treatment.

You would be complaining if the shoe was on the other foot.

So much for a change, so much for a new kind of politics.

Carry on Obama Supporting Hypocrites.

If you don't believe in what he's saying, this word of "Change" and "equality", then why are you all supporting him?

Unbelievable.

Chris   May 3rd, 2008 1:43 pm ET

I'd like the headline to read, "Poll: Despite Obama's slide, Clinton get absolutely no additional support." and "Why doesn't support for Clinton grow."

Clearly she has all the support she is going to get and 45% (unchanged in the past month) just isn't going to get her the nomination.

sage bill   May 3rd, 2008 1:43 pm ET

Let's get the facts straight. Obama is TRAILING in popular vote. The citizens of Florida and Michigan who voted do count. This is not Algeria where you can dismiss the votes of citizens. The Obama supporters who pollute these web sites are idiots who closely resemble the idiots who scream hysterically at Oprah Winfrey shows. The best thing that could come from a Clinton nomination is the silencing of these morons.

Jason   May 3rd, 2008 1:43 pm ET

faye   May 3rd, 2008 1:44 pm ET

KIM, MAYBE THAT IS WHY THE CLINTONS AND PAUL BECAME CLOSE. YOU THINK

PJ   May 3rd, 2008 1:44 pm ET

The problem with caucus states is that they grant many more delegates per vote than do primary states. for example Obama gets 320 delegates from 390,000 caucus votes (more than 8 delegates per 10,000 votes0 while Clinton (for example , the same applies to Obama) gets 1332 delegates with 14,300,000 votes, about 1 delegate per each 10,000 votes. The problem is that the ratio of 8 to 1 makes the whole thing a joke and illegitimate to a large degree. Both Obama and Clinton have nearly the same number of popular votes with the small differences not justifying the advantage in delegates. Democrats need to clean their act, this is the best way to help Republicans win.

Joe Reg   May 3rd, 2008 1:44 pm ET

It is either 3 delegates for Senator Obama or the best Hillary can do is break even ei; 2 , 2 each, I think she will get 1 out of 4. and it is over.

Nothing about the magnet company that went to China supported by Clintions, nothing about Paul VS Clinton case, nothing about the Clinton Library Archives. Don't worry Hillbots…in Goldilock's alternative universe, Guam doesn't count because its a caucus state AND its small. Never mind that the wholesale disenfranchisement and dismissal of their voices results in the silencing of Military personnel and their families and support people.

Sarah   May 3rd, 2008 1:52 pm ET

I continue to be amazed at how ugly the comments are from Clinton supporteers and how biased the media is against the Obama campaign. Although I admit I have seen a couple of disturbingly angry statements from Obama people, they're not nearly as ugly as the vitriol spewing from the mouths of HRC supporters. It's enough to make an undecided, sane person edge toward Obama. I'd hate to throw my hat in with a bunch of scary people full of hatred.

Obama Girl   May 3rd, 2008 1:55 pm ET

I'm a white working Catholic mom, college educated, raised partly in England, born in Indiana, living in Florida… If you can't see what Obama is trying to do for this country and that Hilary is a pandering, lying politician of the old school who will say, do and be anything to get your vote, you need to go back to school and learn how to use your brain. Who voted for the war in Iraq? McCain and Hillary. Who voted for the short-sighted and ultimately stupid gas tax break? McCain and Hillary. Who pretended she landed in Bosnia under sniper fire? I'll give McCain credit for not being such a big liar.
Get past your prejudices, get past all the media BS, read Obama's autobiography if you are still clueless about what the man in all about, and do what's right for your children. Vote Obama.

Roslyn   May 3rd, 2008 1:55 pm ET

VOTE FOR HILLARY!!!!!! or vote Mccain

Marg in NC   May 3rd, 2008 1:55 pm ET

I've stopped listening to much of the CNN news programming….sensationalism, drama, accusations, efforts to stir conflict……what ever happened to reporting the facts. Obama is winning and will win it all. Face it.

jed   May 3rd, 2008 1:56 pm ET

As to the writer who is upset that Clinton supporters are often labelled as "racist" and "stupid".

Have you thought about why they might do that? Have you looked in the mirror lately?

Copies are at grocery outlets and convient stors nationwide

If the trend continues Hillary is going to win Guam, as the more rural votes come in, she is leading in these areas, and looks to take the lead with the last 6 distritcts… either way, it will be 2-2 for pledged, and the supers will decide who gets more, it looks to me the uncommitted will be going towards the winner, this could be a 4-1 super delegate day for Hillary.. May 1st She took 6 supers to Obamas 2, yesterday she took 1 super he got none, and if this continues she will gain 3 on him today.. If I were an Obama supporter I would be very nervous right now..

Kate   May 3rd, 2008 1:56 pm ET

Obama is who can save America
, Hillary is a lier and do whatever to become president .

Amir, NJ   May 3rd, 2008 1:56 pm ET

Hilary it is time to close the shop, We have made a beautiful sign for you that says GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!. This is a gift to make it easy for you. EVERTHING MUST GO!
All for the change. Go OBAMA!!!!!!!!!

everybody acting like if obama wins his going 2 take them 2 live @ the white house, if he was 2 win he is not going 2 remember anybody that voted 4 him and u know that is antiamerican wife is either. poor supporter that can't wake up 2 realize that he is not strong enough to lead this country. i'm not against him because of his color, but because i know that he won't deliver as he says. i just want our gas 2 go down and a good health insurance. his all talk , but that won't get us poor people anywhere. go hillary….go hillary……

Lorna, NY   May 3rd, 2008 1:57 pm ET

Will Hillary go away now.

Keep it up   May 3rd, 2008 1:57 pm ET

I noticed how excuses are being made for Hillary left and right regarding Peter Paul who both Clintons were involved with - FACT. But Obama couldnt get the same treatment regarding Rev Wright….I have NO SYMPATHY…SHE AND BILL need to be tried and DRAGGED THROUGH THE MEDIA MUD just like Obama. No one cared then, no one should care now. I will HELP the Republicans in that effort any way I can. After all - we seem to LOVE politics as usual. Why stop now?

nooohillary   May 3rd, 2008 1:58 pm ET

LG, maybe your dear sweet HIllary can help you get some education so you can learn grammar/ how to spell…

Flander Annapollis   May 3rd, 2008 1:58 pm ET

Doesn't matter what the results are. The media will report that Rev. Wright was seen at the store and then they will show clips of some of his sermons. Then they will have a poll , asking if you think Rev. Wright is hurting Obama. Meanwhile, in Iraq , April was the bloodiest month for our soldiers since September.

Maj. Ramos (USMC)   May 3rd, 2008 1:58 pm ET

Great ! Let's ship Obama off to Guam!

Sorry folks… Anyone who refuses to show respect to our National Anthem is not fit for the office of President and Commander and Chief of our Armed Forces — Period…

WIth all the seperation and distance that Obama has recently made regarding Pastor Wright, yet his actions a year ago speak volumes of HIS character OR lack thereof.

J. Carson   May 3rd, 2008 1:58 pm ET

For the life of me, I simply can't understand why anyone would vote for anyone for the office of the presidency who is viewed by 31% of the people as being "DISHONEST. " Talk about a continuation of the same old stuff!!!!!!

And furthermore, why would we want to be about the business of building a "dynasty"…Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton? I find it hard to believe that with all of the millions of people in this country we can only find someone from either of these two families qualified (and I use this term loosely) to be President and careful, who will it be next, Chelsea of Jena?

PA Voter 2008   May 3rd, 2008 1:59 pm ET

If nothing else, you Obamabots are entertainment. All of the "woo hoos" and proclamations of momentum and calls for Hillary to drop out….because of Guam?

Buhawahahahahahah!!!!! ROFLMAO

Cheryl   May 3rd, 2008 1:59 pm ET

At least it appears that the people of Guam have not been misled by the actions of Rev. Wright and others. I think it is incredibly sad how many are judging Mr. Obama by his minister while Hiliary Clinton walks around with a smirk on her face. Other white working women may find her the ideal candidate, however I am not fooled, and I find her demeanor appalling. Why can't many see through that exterior? Have we forgotten that she is the candidate that voted for the war and has never apologized? However, I suspect that when one feels they are perfect, it is difficult to admit making a significant mistake that has taken many lives. Where is your fine judgement, Mrs. Clinton. I am also tremendously disappointed in the media, and how they
overdramatized and more importantly fed the action of Rev. Wright.

avez   May 3rd, 2008 1:59 pm ET

Go Guam–good for you for showing the world you don't want a Democratic presidential nominee with fraud charges hanging over her head!! Since the media doesn't seem to be able to be bothered to report on Paul vs Clinton, a person has to wonder if there are any strong-arm tactics going on behind closed doors. People, do your research–don't vote for Hillary Clinton, the most corrupt candidate on the stage these days!

B   May 3rd, 2008 1:59 pm ET

Would the media stop bringing up wright?

Congrats on the win in Guam Obama!!!

Your waking up the superdelegates to yoru Side Obama!!!

Obama Is Racist   May 3rd, 2008 2:00 pm ET

Guam is NOT part of the United States of America and it is an insult to the People of this country that there is even a caucaus there. Oh, and to you Obama supporters who think he is just being blamed for what others have said…. go read HIS book, Obama is one of THE most racist people towards white people.. he even rivals Quanell X. Don't get me wrong, I don't like Clinton either. As it stands whether it's Clinton or Mccain or Obama.. we're still out of luck. I'd just rather not see someone as RACIST as OBAMA in the white house.

Tobias   May 3rd, 2008 2:00 pm ET

Be sure to report any campaign violations by the Obama thugs.

Dylan McLernon.   May 3rd, 2008 2:00 pm ET

Joe Lauscher you are being racist. Obama is winning because he is the better and most honest of the 3 candidates left and easily the more honest of the 2 democrats left. When he wins this primary, I hope there aren't Clinton supporters out there like you, that are simply voting because of skin colour.

Wait wait. You need to tell me what to think. Where is the spin? I need to be fed the usual answers of how this will effect the presidential election. Don't all of the sudden stop helping me. We all depend on the media to tell us how to think…

fred17   May 3rd, 2008 2:01 pm ET

Clinton is a liar. She is manipulative, narcissistic and dishonest to the core.

robin marlow   May 3rd, 2008 2:01 pm ET

It is not only the US territory Guam but whole USA,and aboveall the WHOLE WORLD wants to see Obama as the President of USA.
Not 4 more years of Bush who wants to stay in Iraq for 100 more years and said yesterday the men and women in uniform were sent to Middle east/Iraq war for OIL.Shame on you Mr.McCain.

And Hillary is saying any thing and everything to get the attantion of the Superdelegates, because the math is not on her side.

APPARENTLY THE MEDIA IS CORRECT! ALL UN-EDUCATED PEOPLE ARE SUPPORTERS OF HILLARY CLINTON..AND SHE LOVES IT!! THEY WILL FALL FOR ANYTHING AND THE WORLD LEADS THE USA IN EDUCATION…ESPECIALLY MATH.& SCIENCE.

Carol   May 3rd, 2008 2:03 pm ET

Clinton voters–can you help me? I keep hearing you say Senator Clinton is more qualified than Senator Obama. Can you be more specific? I would love it if some could actually cite accomplishments–other than personal ones–that makes you believe this.

Hillary Clinton Supporter   May 3rd, 2008 2:04 pm ET

Hillary Clinton has no experience or qualifications to be president.

She cant win against McCain, or anyone else.

I am just being honest. I am a Clinton supporter, but we Clinton Supporters all know "The Truth About Hillary".

She cant win and she should drop out.

dmw   May 3rd, 2008 2:04 pm ET

Come on people, its Guam! You Obama supporters make it sound like Obama is winning California or something. He may win in Guam, it may also win in North Carolina, he may get the nomination, but, he will never win in November. Left-wing Liberal Democrats never win the Presidency. Since Obama has been exposed and know he is just a politician like everyone else, he no longer holds the aura of being some super human and people are no longer falling for his BS. So let the Democrats lose in November if the superdelegates decide to give their votes to this loser and liar.

Barbara   May 3rd, 2008 2:05 pm ET

Mrs. Clinton has brought a lot of good to us American Women. Mr. Obama knows first hand about the so called suspension about the gas tax, he tried it and it didn’t work so he is right!! We need to fix our problems not gutter ball them.

Mark F   May 3rd, 2008 2:05 pm ET

I'm glad to see CNN has figured out how rounding works. Interesting that they couldn't apply the same well-known math rules when Hillary won PA by a single digit.

Hypocrites. Especially you, Josh Levs.

chaz   May 3rd, 2008 2:05 pm ET

Anyone heard the Wright NAACP speech ??? Wright is NO anti-american, wright has just won the 26% independent vote obama needs to win the presidency. The indies are not as stupid as the Dubya right

Steven   May 3rd, 2008 2:06 pm ET

Sarah, you really ought to read the dozens of message boards on large democratic sites around the internet. Obama supporters there have driven off thousands (literally) of Clinton supporters with their hate. It's dangerous to split people into good and evil.

GO HILLARY!!!

Anne Armstrong   May 3rd, 2008 2:06 pm ET

If Obama does win the election in November, he will need all of the support he can get to put his visionary ideas into practice. I too believe in bringing the nation together instead of remaining divisive. I too believe that we have more in common than we realize. I too am sick of the gimmicks and games of not only politics, but business etc etc.. Two years ago I wrote Hilliary and asked her to consider running for president. Although neither candidate is perfect, I am now disappointed in Hilliary.
Whatever, I wish both presidential candidates the best. And my goodwill extends to Mr. McCain as well.

Barbara   May 3rd, 2008 2:07 pm ET

gotta love how it is that i cant say anything about the gender issue that Clinton keeps talking about

Randle Bate   May 3rd, 2008 2:07 pm ET

Hillary should tell Bill that should he experience an erection lasting more than three days he should seek immediate medical attention - or call Monica.

LXG   May 3rd, 2008 2:07 pm ET

As goes Guam, so goes the nation! Go Guambama!

Jason   May 3rd, 2008 2:07 pm ET

Voters are not decieved, if people can be held responsible for the actions of they know, then Hillary is unelectable by simply being the wife of Bill Cinton.

Julien Kalubi Lukoji   May 3rd, 2008 2:08 pm ET

For the 1st time America is about to make one of the biggest change the world can expect. Obama is Honestly the man of the situation, and only haters, and people refusing the change can go against the voice of reason. This senator does not even know how big his name is right now, the world is watching the movement, and i'm greatful to be alive and witness it.
The world is behind the voice of reason..Do it hard Senator Barack Obama…""YES WE CAN""

Veronica in CA   May 3rd, 2008 2:08 pm ET

If the Democrats used the Republican primary system, this nomination would have gone to Hillary months ago. According to the most recent analysis, Hillary would beat McCain by 40 electoral votes, whereas Obama would lose by over two dozen. That's a fact.

We need an electable nominee. Obama is a fatally flawed candidate. He hasn't won a primary since February 22.

twoshakes   May 3rd, 2008 2:08 pm ET

She sold her soul to the devil to be in power at any cost. She is even willing to sell American peoples interest just to get elected

Jatovi   May 3rd, 2008 2:10 pm ET

It is still very interesting to me that no coverage was given to the fact that Hilary Clinton said the "US army would oblitirate the Iranian Forces" which cause for the government of Iran to write the UN expressing their displeasure with her comments. The government of Iran also expressed that they would retaliate if they felt they had been attacked.

So why would I vote for someone who is causing even more tension with other countries? Bush anyone?

Sarah   May 3rd, 2008 2:10 pm ET

CNN you are more sensational news than a real news station. I've become increasingly disappointed by your headlines and stories that are not focusing on issues. Enough with Wright…Citizens are worried about gas, groceries, health care and the war.

ENOUGH!

Obama '08

phe   May 3rd, 2008 2:10 pm ET

Please locate this speech, and read it. Sen. Clinton has made references to this speech at some of her rallies.

On the Iraq War…
THREE DAYS BEFORE the vote, on October 2nd, 2002, Illinois State Senator Barack Obama delivered a compelling speech, pleading with the Senate not to make the disastrous decision of letting George W. Bush go to war with Iraq (unfortunately, Sen. Hillary Clinton didn't heed his warning). Being older, for some of us, does not make us wiser, just old.

linda-Texas   May 3rd, 2008 2:11 pm ET

There is no pot of gold at the end of Obama's rainbow.

The reality is a vote for Senator Obama now is a vote for John McCain in November.

GO HILLARY!

I have seen Mrs. Clinton tirade around picking out women even a filly trying to make this campaign about gender and that is where the race card comes in. yes a lot of us seniors are still a little weary about color but it shouldn’t matter

Nat   May 3rd, 2008 2:12 pm ET

Who's the puppet? If anyone is it would be McCain and Hilary. McCain due to his loyalty to Bush and that means big oil, big contracts for his buddies in Iraq and lots of favors owed to special interest.

Hilary, well just on the public records alone, she has been involved in so many shady deals that would have anyone else in jail for decades.

There is one thing that dissapoints me about Obama.. that is he seems not to understand that the federal reserve is a private cartel of banks that prints a dollar bill for about .20 cents and then sells it to the government at $1 dollar plus interest.. and that without the Federal reserve private bank our taxes would be 5% and still cover what it covers now or at least go for real infractructure instead of interest to the feds currently at 48million per hour!!!

I wish Raun Paul would get more airtime.

Obama is the best choice.

ME.

Isn't it is time we have an intellegent person in the White House after 8 years of the worst president ever? That intellegent person is Barack Obama. Hillary is a known big liar. Not only the Bosnia lie, but that her father took her hunting or took her to work in the factory (where are those family pictures?). I can't believe that anyone believes her lies. We are in a war because of lies. Wake up America do we want more liars in power?
Forget about any predjudices you may have and think about your own well being. Please Indiana and North Carolina let's vote Obama so we can get on with healing this country and our credibility abroad.

I pray that my family members in Guam will support Obama. I have tried calling all of my family members, even some that I may not know to let them know that this Chamorru family here in the NC and in KS support OBAMA. We are just tired of all the lies and politcal mess that the Clinton's are doing and saying to sabotage Obama. He is the right person for the job, not McCain or Hillary!!!!! Hafa Adai to all the Chamorru's

Barbara   May 3rd, 2008 2:19 pm ET

all my comments are very well put but cnn refuses to post them Your comment is awaiting moderation.

KPO'M   May 3rd, 2008 2:19 pm ET

Actually, Kim, 3 times as many Guamanians participated in the polls this time as in 2004. Note that it is a closed primary (Democrats only), and many of the "100,000″ are military personnel who vote in their home states, so a turnout of 3,000 is actually a good sign.

Obama's up by about 171 with 14 of 19 villages in. Naturally, if Clinton pulls this out, it will be by about the same margin or less, so it isn't too much either way. However, it is a psychological boost, and clearly both candidates felt it was worth making some effort.

Lori McMaster   May 3rd, 2008 2:20 pm ET

So here we go again. Another rigged caucus. What do the Hawwian people call us Houies, something like that and the Black people hate us so what next. No wonder he has more votes. People better wise up because it is getting pretty apparent how they feel about white people. Mybe it would be good to boycott all ther resorts in these places and see how there ecomony goes down since they hate so much. As far as Obama he is a liar, con, criminal and ya we sure are going to have a change!

OBAMA 4 President   May 3rd, 2008 2:21 pm ET

CNN Get your act together, you're reporting the results incorrectly. Results are as follows on 5/3/08:

OBAMA: 1747 = 1493 pledged delegates + 254 superdelegates.
CLINTON: 1607 = 1333 pledged delegates + 274 superdelegates.

CLINTON IS BEHIND by 140 total dels, GET OVER IT!!!!

OBAMA NEEDS 278 additional dels to win
CLINTON needs 418 additional dels to win

CNN publish this to give the people accurate information to make good decisions.

Mark F   May 3rd, 2008 2:21 pm ET

The reason the Republicans aren't attacking Hillary is because she's doing their work for them. The longer she stays in the race, the better McCain's chances become. As Obama Girl mentioned, she voted with McCain on the Iraq invasion and agrees with McCain on the stupid gas tax plan. Not to mention the fact that she and McCain agree on attacking Iran ("bomb, bomb bomb" for McCain, total obliteration for Hillary). If you Hillary supporters can't see that you're supporting a Republican, I don't know what can be done for you. But please–try to wake up and see what she's doing. She can't beat McCain. All she can do is help McCain beat Obama.

elf   May 3rd, 2008 2:22 pm ET

that said one of Hillary's strong supporters set up the the Conference
with the News Media to have Wright speak. That truly explains why
He came out just before the Indiana & North Carolina Primaries.

The Clintons are just low down and dirty, winning is all that is important. Bill really wants another shot at the White house, and
Hillary thinks she is entitled with her arrogrant self.

And how do you like this one - the only reason Hillary is even in the race is because she was married to Bill Clinton, which means the only reason she'll even be able to finish second is because she's a woman

Ed, Fl   May 3rd, 2008 2:32 pm ET

Good for Him because he has been pounded by the press for the last two weeks. And that includes CNN( Surprising), ABC and FOX news( not surprising).

Nothing to do with Guam , but lots to do with election.

What about info on Hillary's paster that is in jail for child abuse.
Is this info off limits cuz its conected to Hillary?

If this stuff was used against Obama and nobody protested, than it should be posted against Hillary

Shalini   May 3rd, 2008 2:35 pm ET

YEA YEA AND CLINTON TOOK PENNSYLVANIA ONLY BY 9.3% OF THE VOTES. NOT EVEN DOUBLE DIGITS WHEN WHEN SHE HAD A 20 POINT LEAD IN THE BEGINNING.

B-DOGG   May 3rd, 2008 2:37 pm ET

God bless us rich people, huh Hillary, who is the elitist now?????
Hillary is the type of person that would ignore regular folk when she is with her rich friends.

Susan, Seattle WA   May 3rd, 2008 2:37 pm ET

GO HILLARY!
HILLARY CLINTON - THE SMART CHOICE.

DUBY   May 3rd, 2008 2:38 pm ET

Please do not let the 3-Headed Monster(Hilary-Wright-Republicans) dictate to you who Obama really is. Before, during and after all of this Wright crap, we knew who the best candidate will be for the country.

ginny   May 3rd, 2008 2:41 pm ET

Why on earth is CNN still going on and on and on about Reverend Wright, still the page highlight. Enough already.
