"wouldnt you think that people who are educated and intelligent and financial stable should be making the decisions? They have obviously shown they can make the right decisions for their personal lives." - jonny

I hate to disagree with you.
All Americans should have a say in their political choices.

More education only gives us more knowledge, not necessarily more moral values. Look at these politicians we are considering. They all had a pretty good education. Some are good and some are very bad. Telling right from wrong is learned in kindergarten, not in an Ivy League school.

Everyone should have a vote and voice in a healthy democracy. Who is to say who is qualified to vote?

Cnn you have obviously deleted my comments on S.2433:Global Poverty Act of 2007 , a bill Obama introduced in 2007. I believe people should be aware of the context and the humongous amount of revenues it requires.

Vote for Hillary for the betterment of this country.

Holy hell do you people ever care way too much about this. You disagree with eachother on a Democrat elect, you aren't locked in moral combat. The fact that you _hate_ people who disagree with you is why your country is currently laid low. Honestly, disliking someone who disagrees with you is natural, if not healthy, but hating them? Most of you have a lot of growth to do as a person.

CNN polls showed Hillary trouncing Obama in Pa. by at least 20 pt.
They reported her "BIG WIN" when she won the primary at 9 pts..

They reported Guam "only " 7 pts. for Obama while a background of Wright shown in the background.

Their projection in early April was double digits in Indiana for their gal Hil - can't wait to hear their big announcement tonight.

Maybe the reason Clinton won't release the donor list for Clinton Library is that Time-Warner, Turner Broadcasting are the top donors.

David Wilhelm, a former Democratic National Committee chairman who now works as a venture capitalist in Ohio, said Obama's momentum, his message, the quality of his campaign and his potential to command a "broad coalition" as president "that can make change a reality" all contributed to the decision to endorse.

Whosoever believes that the Clintons can bring anything "good" back to the White House must have the brain of a pigeon. The Republicans will Block anything that Hillary will try to do. Half the nation hates Hillary so much there will be no one, but the blind current followers, to blame!!! That is, nothing will get done for the "average Joe."

I will note this in my diary for today.

I hope Senator Clinton is a good loser. She can take the remaining states by 20 points each and receive support from 65% of the remaining superdelegates and still not reach the 2025 delegates needed (2024; based on CNN numbers).

Let there be no surprises in Indiana, I spoke some eager white male voter who have made it their mission to make Hillary Clinton to Win. Giving Senator Obama loss. Hoping to run against Hillary Clinton in the fall and vote in McCain.

So a Vote for Hillary Clinton is a Vote for John McCain....

I hope the voters in NC and Indiana can hear McCains chorus of "Bomb - bomb-bomb-bomb Iran" in their head as they vote. Oh I forgot background vocals were by provided by Hillary Clinton - remember that too and choose wisely!!!

blacks voting for Obama is not a racism. Because people can have their own opinion.
Racism is when ALL blacks voting for Obama because he is half black. Because all people can not have the same opinion. Unless this is a racist opinion.

At one time I was going to support Hillary. But after I saw how dirty she could be I don't like her anymore. She will do anything to win. She is going to mess it up for Dem getting into the White House. We should already be preparing for Nov. But Nooooo if she can't win she don't want Obama to win.

I heard brief mention in the last primary election a couple weeks ago about people having problems voting - machines not working and people not being able to register and such....how come cnn (or anyone else) did not cover that story? I would like to know what regions had the problems. There usually tends to be patterns as to where the problems occur. Not just random faults, like there should be if it happened naturally.

Hello everyone! When God came on earth to set up His Kingdom, He could have chosen the Pharisees and Sadducee's...these guys were priest, they have experience, and they know the law very well. But God wants change so He did not chose people who were corrupted because of experience of the law but some humble fishermen...men who wants change.

Too much whining, too much demeaning words from Obama supporters. Somehow, I'm not surprise with their words, Obama flipped off Hillary, unpresidential in so many ways.

To ALL Republicans and Independent voters who voted for Hillary today, Thank you very much for your vote. Hillary is the REAL CHANGE, she has REAL SOLUTIONS for our problems, not just plain words.

To Obama supporters, thank you very much for your harsh language about Senator Clinton, but WE Clinton supporters will not go down to your level, God bless you guys...and GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!! :-)

Did a person on these blogs really say "Obama brought back racism in America"? Another Clinton supporter claimed that only WHITE people Americans? Seems to me three groups rule here, for Clinton hardcore (man-hating) feminist, and racist white voters, for Obama... young very angry children that might just cut their parents throat for being self-serving abusive parents for the last 20+ years of their childs life.

America really has it's stuff together. A whole lot of angry, hateful, spiteful, ignorant, uneducated morons that if they should NUKE anyone it should be themselves. After all, look in the mirror, not only at yourself, but take a look at your neighbor. How long can Americans blindly wave their red, white, and blue flag until they realize their country is only a empty facade of what it used to be.

Matter of fact, I wonder how many Americans realize that their top 1% (the wealthy) all have homes abroad (someone where other than America). Ya think that might be so they can exit stage left when America falls to it's knees and starts to tear itself apart with it's internal anger?

It just amazes people how lost the country is, arguing over nothing. Sex, Race, Religion... while the rich enslave all of you one day at a time. Amazing Ignorance!

One thing of note on North Carolina's polls. The Zogby poll had Obama leading Clinton by like 14% in NC. Well, this is the same Zogby poll that had Obama up by 13% over Hillary in my state of California the day before the primary! Hillary went on to comfortably win California by 9%.

I truly expect to see the NC vote to be much closer than the Zogby poll suggests. I think if African-American voter turnout is not extremely strong, then the margins could be very small and may even push Hillary to a victory.

For Hillary to win a state where black voters make up over 25% of the Democratic electorate (I believe) would be a STUNNING blow to Obama. The demographics on NC run completely in his favor.

If Obama loses both tonight, then he will have a very hard time convincing Superdelegates that he is more electable.

Hillary '08!

SUSIE: SEN. OBAMA DID NOT BRING RACISM BACK TO OUR COUNTRY! It was the media playing hate-speech 24/7........until SOME people who are in denial got scared ..... or as in your case, believe that someone 'brought racism back'!!!!!!!!

PLEASE if anyone thinks for a second that racism is dead and we are color blind in the USA....... start dancing in the streets! That would be a MIRACLE INDEED!

No, sadly, racism is alive and well. When will we all, just be Americans? And judge a man or woman by whom they are instead of by the color of their skin.........OR what their former pastor said?

I am supporting Sen. Obama NOT BECAUSE OF HIS RACE, BUT BECAUSE OF HIS VISION of a better America. We need Hope, peace and an END TO THIS MADNESS!

THANKS TO HILLARY & MCCAIN, we are nearly bankrupt because of the war with Iraq!

Thanks to Hillary & McCain people are being fooled into thinking that taking a "break from the gas tax" will save them money!

PLEASE INDIANA, THINK FOR YOURSELVES, HELP US TO MOVE FORWARD!

"Heavy Turnout? Or are crossover Republicans coming out to vote for Clinton to prolong Democrat primaries?

How come the media doesn't examine the crossover voting where the Republicans vote in Democrat primaries? These "strategic voters" vote for the weaker Democrat candidate to prolong primaries. In other words, a vote for Clinton in the primaries helps the Republican party. There were 100,000 Republicans who voted for Clinton in Texas. There were also a significant number of crossover voters who voted for Clinton in Ohio. How many crossover voters are going to vote for Clinton in Indiana?

Why does the Democrat party allow open voting and allow Republicans to put a monkey wrench into their primaries?"

It's the democratic way to do it and really resonates with Obama's campaign to unite people across the aisles, it's just a shame that conservative extremists like Limbaugh feel the need to cheat the system. Hey, Rush, NOW who's being unpatriotic?

Had a conversion at a gas pump in Georgia today with a unknown blue collar white male. I am democrat, he is republican. We both hate Hillary. We wish Obama would be more pacific. We don't trust McCain. Thanks to the press, and yes that means you to CNN, the public knows very little about the issues, and so much about the dirt. We wished that Obama would give it to Hillary, split the Democratic vote by becoming a independent this fall and gather all the folks who want change.

Media Blackout May 15.....you must be sitting in a Clinton brain storming session. Don't leak all the ideas they come up with in between the broken record of someone at the table shouting out "Hey, lets make another negative commercial or one that scares the American population into voting for her."

All i have to say about this whole election is that, it's dragging to long. I really don't care who wins the democratic primary, just hurry up with this nonsence. Both canidates are very good people and it's a SHAME the media and other people made this election a racist thing. The Clinton's are not racist for one thing....people seemed to forget this. If Obama hadn't ran for the Presidency, Hillary would have been the elected Democratic President. I know it and the africian american's know it. If he wins I'll vote only for him to not have McCain in there. It would have been a hell of a ticket to have had both of them on that ticket!!.

I don't think I will vote for Candidate just because a group will get pissed off. I have been pissed off since Bush stole the election from Gore in Florida. Grow up, if you can't handle the primary politics, your not ready to take on the Republicans. I know I don't want another 4 years of garbage . Unfortunately the economics of war haven't benefited the bulk of the country. Many honorable men and women have given their bodies and lives for the cause and they need to be taken care of by our Country.... Guess what were voting and were watching very carefully.

The Paul v Clinton case issue is not about the case itself. It is about the fact that all litigants will be deposed under Oath.
This may come back to severly impact the Clintons if they re-attain the Whitehouse!
If re-elected, the Clintons could have a 3rd term marred and mired in 4 years of demands, once again of impeachment!

Kathleen - Professional White Woman:
You are not a racist nor are you offensive, I've been watching your posts and they are just fine. You do need, however, to relax a little. I know you are frustrated, the entire world is, but Obama will win.
To Venus the AA woman: Thank you. To the folks who don't understand why racial identification etc. is acceptable in a post, it is to show solidarity with the AA community and precisely to show that they are not alone and that their choice is a wise one according to very many people!
Obviously, most people don't think all Hillary supporters are racist, that is simply hyperbole, however it is undeniable that 20% of her support is derived from people who have deep seated racial fears either overt or covert and it is easier to indicate a gender bias rather than confront the racial concerns . That's just the nature of civilization.

RE: ILuvObama

This is the States Democratic Party that make the rules for their Primary Election Process.
You have no one to blame but the Democratic Party for their weak rules.
Just another example of poor Democratic Leadership and Governance.

This election will be the most important one in most of our lifetimes. This election the American people must get it right or face the harsh realities that will come which are mostly bad. We have a major problem far more damaging than foreign governments or war or taxes. Rush Limbagh dictating hate, immoral voting laws, operation chaos, drug use and still spitting venom in the name of the devil, that has will cause this country more division. LET THE AMERICAN PEOPLE CHOOSE THEIR LEADER AND QUIT THE HATE AND OUTRIGHT LIES.

Charles the Mad Black - I agree with you 100%.

I am brown and I am for Obama all the way! Nothing at all to do with the color of his skin.

Also, people seem to forget - blacks were pretty EVENLY DIVIDED between Clinton and Obama before SC. Guess as soon as they decided that Obama was a better candidate, they became racists!

So, count me in as a Mad Brown Guy I guess......

Another note about Paul vs Clinton: the Senator is just a witness in the case so jail time is very unlikely. Paul sued Bill Clinton because he was disappointed that Bill didn't work for him and help him make tons of money. It's sour grapes because he expected a big payback for throwing the big celebration party. Paul is a convicted felon. I don't know why you keep holding on to this silly story.

Every Christian minister says that they believe in the entire Bible. I've never heard of anyone denouncing their minister for supporting slavery, the inferiority of women, killing disobedient children, having raped virgins marry their rapist, killing farmers for rotating crops, killing anyone who works on the Sabbath, etc., etc. Why? Hypocrisy.
