Sen. Clinton was expected to win Indiana, where she was ahead the whole time. Even discounting "Operation Chaos," she probably would have won by a slim margin anyway. However, the media still are reporting that she won Texas, when in fact Sen. Obama came away with more delegates from the state (I know, I know -- caucus, but still...). Plus, news anchors/pundits still are saying she "crushed" Obama in Pennsylvania by winning by double digits, which is untrue. First, since when do we round 9.2 up to 10? Second, why is it, then, that he did not "crush" her in all the states he's won by more than a 10-percentage-point lead?

Democrates will come together-and sooner when she decides to do what's best and suspend her campaign. Primary elections do not compute to general elections. Who is she kidding? She wasn't even going to campaign is most of the states because they weren't "important " ones. Now ALL the states are important-----she needs to pay back her loans that's where your donations will go if you send her money now.

"I was never suppossed to win Indiana" ??? I do not recall listening to that expectation. The expectation was that Sen.Clinton wil win big in Indiana and narrow in NC

so now all of a sudden all states are important?? I thought Sen.Clinton was not keen on small states???

These constant changing goal post is making me dizzy.....

Give up Obama --- the republicans have your number -- you will not hoodwink us independents in the general election

Independents for Hillary Clinton

And if not Clinton, then Independents for John McCain

we need a mature experienced person in the White House - we do not need Michelle Obama who will tell Barack what to do each day

These days Hillary Clinton is starting to remind me more and more of Ron Paul.

Partly it's because of the same sort of mindless babble-hype coming from her pathetic groupies, but mostly it's because she honestly hasn't a clue how thoroughly unelectable she is. Watching her operate is like watching the Captain of the Titanic going around planting explosives in the hull below the waterline.

Everytime Hillary is in a State where she expects to win. That becomes a must win State. Yawn, same ol tired song. What is new is Hillary sinking to an all time low, saying that only she can get the white vote. How disgustingly desperate to sink to racial division to scare a handfull of votes her way. It truly is shamefull how Hillary is willing to destroy the Democrats even though she knows the contest is over. One can not help but think Hillary wants McBush to win so that she can run again in 2012. Please West Va and Kentucky. Cut the head off this evil snake.

It's a shame really. If or when Obama whens the nomination, he can't win the general election. The proof is in the pudding. He hasn't won the most important swing or red states. Without being able to win those and without the support of disgruntled Clinton supporters behind him, the general election is out of reach for Obama. Might I also point out that if Obama had the confidence of all America behind him, Clinton would have been out of the race a long, long time ago. She is still giving him such a close run....why, because she is strong and he just can't put her down. If he can't put her down, what other opposition can he not put to rest? It's a shame that we will all have to pay the price of him winning the nomination when he can't take the general election because it means that we will all sit through another 4 years of Bush style agendas, war, bad economy and broken healthcare.

Every HRC supporter needs to avenge her loss by voting McCain. Even if it means war, poverty and the rest of the world afraid and hating us for 4 more years. Even if it means ultra-conservative Supreme Court appointments, Guantanamo staying open and bombing Iran. It's all worth it just to get even with Obama and deny him the presidency. Revenge is very patriotic.

Hillary's comments to USA today: I am getting hard working, blue collar WHITE AMERICAN's votes.

How about the hard working, blue collar “AFRICAN AMERICANS, ASIAN AMERICANS, LATIN AMERICANS, JEWISH AMERICANS & ARABIC AMERICANS.

Is she paranoid, delusional Or RACIST ? Is she going to be a President for only the “WHITE AMERICANS?

Her supporters are just like her: “If Hillary dosen’t get the nomination we are going to vote for McCain”, and their “	BLACK, BLACK, BLACK, BLACK hatered is these blogs makes them CLOSET RACISTS.

States like Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana would be more likely to vote Democratic in November if they hadn't been exposed to Hillary smearing the future Democratic nominee. Hillary painted Obama in a way that makes him less appealing in those states. Her own avarice and ambition has done more to drive those states to McCain than anything Obama did or didn't do.

Obama is such a gracious winner.
What skill he has had throughout this race showing kindness when it was needed and getting tough on the issues when it was needed.
I really admire him for that.

I hope Hillary is able to take a long rest and get back to work in the Senate.

This woman has one thing in common with Bush...they both like changing the rule of the game in the middle of the game when they think they are close to loosing it. The only reason she tolerated Bill’s infidelity is not to be seen as a divorced woman so that people do not question how she can manage a nation if she can not manage a single family. It is her ambition to be President that made her tolerate his unfaithfulness. Otherwise, we all know that she does not take any crap from anybody if there is nothing in it for her. That is why she is coming up with all these weird excuses after every loss. I do not at all mind her fighting all the way but she has to cut out the crap. Just focus on the issue and tell us why you should be the nominee. What you can do better than him or what you can do that he can not do. Then leave the judgement to the people and accept the people’s verdict.

The most important goal is to win the White House in November. I am angry that Hillary won't exit gracefully and let all of us focus on the greater goal. I admire determination, but if she were the leader at this point, she would be "demanding" that Obama step aside. This is becoming a real turn off and I know that she is losing more than gaining at this time with her endless "battles..."

I agree, states that have voted Democratic in the past (like WV) need to vote Democratic in 2008 and I predict that the debacle of the Bush presidency will ensure that those states do. What Senator Clinton needs to do is quit trying to use seating the MI and FL delegates as a wedge issue. She is hurting the party. Nobody in their right mind (and yes, I am implying that Senator Clinton's thinking on this issue is somewhat flawed) believes that you would count the votes from a state where only one candidate's name appeared on the ballot. Also, if she felt so strongly that the delegates from MI and FL should be seated, why did she and her campaign agree to a policy that said that those delegates would not be seated if they moved their primaries ahead. It is a desperate move and it proves her "win at any cost" strategy. Sorry, it's not working.

People need to believe in the integrity of the political process. You can't get a "redo" just because you don't like the results. Again, I feel for the people who voted in the MI and FL, but they have nobody to blame but their own state leaders. Senator Clinton needs to quit trying to transfer that blame onto somebody else -- (in this case, Senator Obama).

The surest way for her to ensure that these votes count is to withdraw from the race and release her delegates to vote for Senator Obama in Denver. If she's so concerned about ensuring that the delegates are seated and that those states vote Democratic in the fall, that's one sure way to make that happen.

So, is this really about the delegates in those states and Democratic party or is it about Hillary Clinton? I think we all know the answer to that question.

Bill in Fla,

Therein lies the problem with her argument. Seating the MI and FL delegates are all important to her now, but were meaningless back in December when she was still the "inevitable" candidate. You say that giving Obama the uncommitted is generous, but do you really think she wins 55% of the vote if both Obama and Edwards are on the ballot. Also, despite being the 8th most populous state in the union, less than 600,000 people voted in the Michigan primary, Ohio has a similar population and well over 2 million people voted. I won't ever dispute that she would have won Florida under any circumstances, but given the overall demographic layout of Michigan, it was anything but a slam dunk in the Clinton column. She probably could have gotten Florida seated in its entirety by now if she didn't insist that Michigan also be seated as is when she was the only candidate on the ballot. The remaining primaries are likely to split evenly between them, so she'll hardly have any arguments on momentum. There's a reason that even given two days, she or none of her surrogates can lay out a realistic path to the nomination. Her only hope is a major gaffe or catastrophe by the Obama campaign.

I think that Hillary is brilliant. Here is why...she knows that she is going to lose the nomination, but as long as she is in the race, the democratic party gets a bunch of free publicity AND more and more people sign up and get involved in the process. This will make sure that we have a democrat in the white house after the GE.

It's a small state, thus by Clinton logic, it's not a "needed" win for Democrats in November.

I make this appeal to the good people of West Virginia to vote with both your heart and with your head. Hillary Clinton is not a quitter! She knows want our country's wants are. Hillary Clinton knows what are our peoples needs are, and she will hit the White House floor a runnin, as she does not need to be tutored as she is experienced in the world of Washington and the world. The People need jobs. Hillary Clinton will work to make the state of our economy, First on the agenda. This will keep roofs over the people's heads and food on their plates. It will also help to restore our Right to Dignity, which comes hand in hand with employment and a paycheck, but mysteriously disappears when the pink slip makes it's dread appearance. Obama can go around in a pair of jeans and make his attempt to make a victory lap around the Senate chambers. The race is not over! The good people of West Virginia can make that upstart eat that pair of jeans, by supporting the experienced candidate, the one who will not forget you after election day, the one who knows what the people need. Jobs, Jobs, Jobs, Now, Now, Now! Give Hillary a chance. Give Hillary your support. Help Hillary to help you! The fight ain't over yet Mr. Obama! The People come first and they deserve a President who has experience solving problems, not creating problems

This note is for the DNC: WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO OUR PARTY? This was our year to win. Everything was going our way until you tried to force Senator Obama on us. I wish that I could wake up from this nightmare. Everyone out there knows that Senator Clinton can beat Senator McCain and that she is the best candidate for the Democratic nomination but everyone is afraid that African Americans will riot if Senator Clinton gets the nomination. If Senator Obama is handed the nomination before this is over, Senator Clinton's supporters are going to be forced to take action. Here is what will happen: We will either vote for Senator McCain or some of us, myself and my family included, will begin a serious write-in campaign for Senator Clinton and against Senator Obama. I want to caution the superdelegates from stating their choice before the June 3rd primaries are over. Senator Clinton's supporters are many and we are angry. We will never vote for Senator Obama. So, do what you must, but Senator Obama will never get our vote and he will never win in the fall.

Am I the only one who thinks Hillary's arguments have gone from annoying to comical? I read them and start laughing. The woman nis desperate now. I would still watch out for her though, desperate people do stupid things that hurt others. I won't be surprised if she pulls some crazy antics. In the meantime, this is Hillarious!!

Hillary will win the rest of the remaining states and be the Nominee. This is good for the Democratic Party and America. As they did in 1990s, Hillary will be able to turn around the economy and make it booming again. She will be able to take control of the spiraling gas price and bring it down to where it used to be in the 1990s. She is also a strong leader. She has more balls than the other two candidates running for President. As a Super Power, America needs a brilliant and strong President.

So HC voters won't vote for Obama - ???
Has Obama brought up any of HC's past, has he mentioned anything to do with her very shady history, all the nonsense that went on at the White House with President Clinton, the fact some people suspect she actually murdered someone, all the "gates" she was involved with, the money she extorted in California in 2000 - the on going court case Peter Paul vs Clinton - has he done anything to 'personally" damage her?
Obama has maintained his dignity, self-respect and honor!

I have the solution. Obama can have the Democratic Nomination, McCain can have the Republican Nomination, Clinton can have the Independent Nomination. Clinton won all the big states you need to be President over Obama. Clinton running as Independent will guarantee her the Presidency. She can wash both men out of her hair permanently since the big states won't vote for Obama or McCain.
