So, let's get this straight. Obama does not have necessary delegates
to secure the nomination and Hillary should just quit because she can't overtake him. If she would do what so many of the Obama crybabies would ask she would do a disservice to all that support her. Obama babies like to whine about the delegates (both pledged and super) should vote what their constitiuents want. But that only applies when the Clinton camp says that each delegate should use independant judgment. The Obama babies certainly don't pipe up and whine when the recieve super delegates froma state Clinton has won. I am a life long Democrat and come from a family of generations of lifelong Democrats and I will never vote for Obama. He is a whiner, he has no backbone, and McCain who I don't like but certainly respect will eat him for lunch. Leave it to us Democrats to screw this 'perfect' election up. No Obama EVER !!!

Why on the same ticket ?What a stupid idea .
Put yourself in Obamas place would you pick Hillary haven't we seen and heard enough of her.
Wouldn't you like Bill in the shadows every time you turn .
He has a world of excellent choices to choose from does he need to pick Hillary to please others .
He needs someone he can work with that benefits him and he chooses .
Very tired even looking at the Clintons /Bushes lets have some new faces /ideas.
Clinton /Bush have dominated the place far to long.

Michelle from Colorado: I thought you said you were not a racist? Read your post again.

Racism is a term that has been thrown around loosely over this last 18 months of this campaign. I have but one question. Have those who are so quick to call any black American racist able to READ and comprehend the definition of a racist ? I dare say you don't and to use the term so loosely against a race of people who have been systematically held down is irresponsible, reckless and tells more about you than you realize. There is more hate on these blogs to fill HELL!

To say that blacks are racists makes the person spewing that garbage from their mouths look stupid and incompetent. When have you EVER been considered 1/5th human? It's a mind set that have been long ingrained in many people that is fundamentally flawed and down right un-Christian like.

I appreciate, any and all AMERICANS, who have the wherewithal to examine things for themselves. I appreciate any AMERICAN who demonstrates the "testicular fortitude" needed to stand up for all people.

How and why would a black who was considered 1/5th human conjure up the ability to think their race is better than the white race when it has been proven time and time again that we don't think we are superior or no less inferior.

Look at yourselves- hard-and realize that superiority is ingrained in your psyche. In your minds, blacks, Latinos, Jews, etc would never be as good as the "poorest gutter trailer park white trash" looking for a $5 trick! The truth hurts- but so did that WHIP!

Get a grip! To call another black racist just "un-masks" how racists some of you really are!

TO the Hanoi Hillary Supporters who have stated they will not vote for Barack, really ask yourselves WHY? If it's on the issues and you can substantively and intelligently express yourself about them-- I may give you credit- but only for a second. Hanoi Hillary and Barack's platforms are more aligned with each other than Johnny McShames.

SO if you truly intend to vote for any one other than Barack- is that logical? Don't cut off the nose to spite your face. You will hurt us all in the long run!

TO the trifling Republicans intent on spreading discourse- be careful. Karma is a B*&ch! No one spreads more hate than you! And the God I serve will sit in judgment of you on judgment day!

TO every logical free thinking American who refuse to jump on the bandwagon with the sheep, and who believe that ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL in every sense of the word-thank you for sticking to your guns- WE MAY JUST HAVE A CHANCE!

It is over!!! Please exit gracefully. Let's heal and concentrate on McBush. I believe we will find a way to seat MI and FL in the convention and that will be discussed end of May so what is the problem......BTW- Why did Billary reject MI's proposal? She wants "more delegates"? Please.............enough!!!!

To all Superdelegates,

Do you remember 1968? 1980? Do you know why the Democratic Party has created superdelegates in the first place? Yes, it was top MAKE SURE that loosing the presidency as in those two years will not happen ever again. Yet, what I see right now is the people who were granted such huge responsibilities are not exercising their duty, which is to vote for the candidate that FOR SURE has the potential of becoming President of the United States. Ask yourself, if it is not to EVEN overturn the will of the majority, HOW is my vote different than the average voter? Be strong, do what is RIGHT, support Hillary Clinton with your vote. BECAUSE IF OBAMA LOOSES, which if highly likely he will, you will have a lot of explaining to do. I might even venture to say that your political career might be affected negatively. People WILL BLAME IT ON THE SUPERDELEGATES.

It is the Hillary supporters who say they will not back Obama if (when) he gets the nomination. That is just plain stupid!!

Help me understand why in the world a Democrat would support McCain's policies when it is just rehashing the past 8 years of Bush?

OMG people, if you think things are bad now and you can't afford to gas up your tank, just wait until the next Republican gets in office! Then, we will have all that and we will be at war with countries around the world for the next 100 years.

If you don't like Obama as a person for whatever reason, that's a personal opinion. But, choosing republican policies just because your candidate didn't get nominated is personally disastrous for us all. Just take a good hard look at just how increasingly difficult it has been over the past 8 years to manage your own finances and household. Well, that's for another 4 years with McCain.

Do the right thing.

I do not understand Sen. Clinton's strategy. She is trying her best to undermine Sen. Obama in the general election. Many says that she is doing this hatchet job on Sen. Obama so that she can run for president in 2012.

Excuse me Sen. Clinton, who do you think is going to vote for you in 2012 after the campaign you are running. You have done your level best to destroy the Democratic Party.

I guess you will be running as an Independent, Green Party, or Liberterian candidate in 2012.

All of you that will vote for McCain instead of Obama, you need to make sure that you can afford the cost.

A war lasting in Iraq for 100 years, I see a military draft. Hope you are secure in your job, because more and more companies will be closing and moving the job overseas. McCain on healthcare, he says you are on your own.

So make sure you can afford the cost of your vote for McCain.

Unfortunately, in spite of all of the Obamunist propaganda, The republicans will win the election in '08. they will smash Obama to sawdust. All those millions of dollars wasted because idealists and elitists chose a wet-behind-the ears politician rather than a tried and true candidate whose been out in the open (sniper fire or not) for 16 years.

Oh well. Four more years - maybe we can get it right then.

I think this is a step in the right direction for Hillary. As all these supers come out for Obama now, it increases the odds that the remainder will be likely be for Hillary. In fact every declaration for Obama likely represents two that will go Clinton's way when she pulls the huge upset and beats the front runner in West Virginia.

...see I could do her campaign manager's job, lol.

Cnn You are biggots. This whole election cycle you have gone negative on all of the Clinton's. How can you be objective when you are openly supporting the other candidate.. Very dissappointed in you guys..If you had treated everything objectively we would definately have had a different turn out to this election on the Dem side....Just admit it Cnn you are biased against the Clinton's, I think you all should be fired and the network shut down..................permanantly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People really need to wake up and realize that in order to save and/or change this country; we need to be united as one. No black, white, Native American, Hispanic, Asian, red states, blue states, gay, straight, young, or old. We are all our brothers and sisters keepers; because we are Americans.

Just like the black, white, Native American, Hispanic, Asian, gay, straight, young, and old Americans; that is over there fighting for us. At the end of the day, the blood that is shed is red. No different color. And the money that is being spent is green.

Hillary and Barack’s race will be forever known as fierce, exciting, competitive, entertaining, disappointing, sad, and most of all historic.

We rise and fall as one nation

Let's unify people.

I love you all!!!!

While I agree a bit with Brian Seattle, I can't say that Hillary supporters are entirely without blame.

Tonny Munu - American people have spoken for Hillary, too. When you use phrases like this, it really sets a tone that the votes for Hillary are some how... not valid, or not American.

There was a superdelegate yesterday on CNN selling his vote for $20,000,000........Where do these "super delegates" come from? Who appoints them?. Is there any criteria or anyone can become one?
What a crock!!!!!!!!!! Inside jobs from insiders...Do his supporters believe Obama is going in the Oval office to fight them all and win? Is he going to bring change by himself?? He owes so much to so many insiders......Change?? Hope?? You believe all those stuffed shirts are carrying him on their shoulders so he can change their way of doing things? If yes, then we need some sort of an IQ testing for all of us before we are allowed in a voting booth.

Turn down Hannity and Limbaugh long enough to hear the revolution in your ears... And you're in luck, this time the revolution is being televised...

Although unspoken, it's quite obvious that Senator Clinton lost her White House bid A LONG TIME AGO! I'm saddened to say it, but Bill Clinton's White House escapades and womanizing is the root cause of his wife's troubles. Too, the war votes she cast were ill-advised and a clear effort on her part to show she was on the right side of the so-called "war on terror". For me, her vote on the 2005 Bankruptcy Act really showed she is truly out-of-touch with real blue-collar workers who actually may need debt relief. I voted twice for Clinton; this time, it's the one person who's head and shoulders above ALL the rest who ran: it's Obama, for sure.

Just read all of these blogs to gain a better understanding about why the democratic party trips, stumbles and falls almost every four years. Unless you're a first time voter and have not experienced a previous democratic primary you should know better. If your a first time voter then welcome to the party, it is, what it is. Don't take it personally. This happens every election term and will continue to happen until you demand something different. Get off of your high horses stop the empty threats, whining, and complaining. If you don't then you have no one to blame but yourselves.

To Hillary's supporters. It is always difficult when the person you think to be best does not win but Obama is a good human being. He did not try to trash her or hurt her in anyway. He did not lie and he did not make things up and in your heart you know that. If experience is really the only thing that you find fault then you can also see that this human being who wants so desparately to unite this country, is good....excellent...at surrounding himself with capable people. He will have the ability to bring the very best and brightest this country has to offer to the table. He is a born leader and he loves this country. Take a good honest look at why you are angry with him. Is he a bad person. Did he trash your grandmother. Is his only fault that he ran against your candidate? Do you fault him for doing well? Make sure your anger is based on something real other than competition.

You know, this is very sad to hear that Hillary's supporters will not vote for Obama. This Election is not about Obama, Clinton or MCCain. We are the Democratic Party and we can'nt stand another Bush Administration because that is what it will be If Mccain wins this election. The people who will not vote for Obama that's fine because what they are saying is we don'nt want to bring this country together and we want to stay divided. To all Obama's supporters let's not worry about who want vote for Obama and let us focus on the one's that will vote for Obama. And there are a lot of new voters that is coming into the process they will vote for Obama. Obama"s supporters we are about bring people together.

Mecklenburg, Wake find vote flaws

[The problem regarding this year’s double counting was narrowed down to an optical scanner machine, which most counties do not use.]
The problem regarding this year’s double counting was narrowed down to an optical scanner machine, which most counties do not use.
MECKLENBURG & WAKE COUNTIES -- Vote tallies are changing in the state’s two largest counties, after certain ballots were counted twice in Mecklenburg and Wake counties.

The mistake didn’t change the outcome of any elections, but it is a cause for concern to election directors. For example, when Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama declared victory Tuesday night in North Carolina’s primary, he was given approximately 15,000 votes more than he should have been. That’s 1 percent of all ballots cast.

In Wake County, early and absentee ballots were counted as part of the individual voters precincts and again as a whole. “So in essence, those voters were recorded double,” said Cherie Poucher of the Wake Co. Board of Elections. It was around 37,000 votes.

Well, I said that I didn't mean to offend anyone, but I guess I did... For the Record 1/2 of my own family is white. Also, I have white friends...(lol) Ok... Seriously, I'm not talking about all white women, but if you're honest with yourself and you've had to work with the public, you know of whom I speak don't you?

Why do you think the term "entitlement" follows Hillary everywhere she goes?

And Lauren, I'm no longer in customer service, but I am a Director of Patient Relations in a very large Hospital in GA. I got there because I know how to handle it when grown spoile women throw temper tantrums...lol

I actually like Hillary, but she was beaten fair and square and just can't see it.

For AZM and Wesley,
I don't think all whites are typical, or all anyone for that matter. Any more that I think all black wear saggy pants and dreadlocks either... But I'm gonna call'em like I see'em...

Wesley, I'd have to ask you why you're offended? Just curious...

I do not understand why all these superdelegates are supporting Obama. I used to have alot of respect for the superdelegates, but now it appears they are easily swayed by an eloquent speaker and they are all pushovers. No matter what he says, Obama has no experience. There have been numerous times when Obama has been asked pertinent questions, and he does not know what to say. Then when he does come up with a response, he flowers his words and makes everyone feel good. He also has no backbone and is weak. He did not stand up to Reverend Wright until he felt the pinch. Obama has alot of skeltons in his closet, and everything is just being swept under the carpet because this man provides alot of lip service. I hope and pray Obama is not the Democratic nominee because it scares me to think this man could be our next president.

In the distance over the Hill I hear a car sputtering. Looks like the car is running out of GAS. With gas prices rising and no relief of the gas tax that car will stop soon.

hilly is working on 'if I can't win, obama shouldn't win either' principle. If McCain win, then it's not because he's better but because democrats have been torn apart by her. Hilly is just the same as Bush - 'mission accomplish' in damaging Obama and no graceful exit strategy because graceful is not in her mean blood. So there you go fellow democrats, go ahead and vote for mcCain and you'll be sorry for your own stupidity and perhaps of your dislike of man of color.

Someone please tell John Edwards to keep tucking his tail and run. It is clear to me now why he and Kerry lost. Edwards is a coward and won't even endorse a candidate. As far as I am concern if I was Hillary or Obama, I would tell him to just keep it. It is worth nothing at this point.

The die is cast, and there is no amount of words, tricks, evilness, and dirty politics that can prevent Obama from locking down the nomination. My advice to Hillary is to pull out gracefully in oder to prevent further damage to her shaking reputation.

God bless Senator Obama!
