(CNN) – Even as she faces pressure from some to call her White House bid quits, Hillary Clinton holds a commanding lead in West Virginia, according to a new poll released Friday.
Clinton has a 43-point advantage over Obama, 66 percent to 23 percent, according to a new survey from the American Research Group.
The poll was conducted entirely after Tuesday's primary results, and carries a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.
The poll suggests Clinton’s white, working class base seems to be holding firm for her - at least in West Virginia, where that demographic makes up a substantial portion of the Democratic electorate.
West Virginia, one of the six contests left in the Democratic presidential race, votes next Tuesday.

It is hard not to succeed when you are running without a real opponent. A win in West Virginia will not change her fate but it could cause more trouble for the democratic party.
I'm so tired of this anti-WV stuff. It's an ignorant perception. Living in NYC I've encountered WAY more racism. And FYI Deliverance wasn't set in WV.
I think she will win the state only with a margin of about 15%...no more, even though Obama has not made any efforts to attend a town hall or rally there, her final margin will still not be bigger!!
Since the Superdelegates have decided to cave under pressure and back the popular candidate rather than the stronger candidate I will just have to write in Hillary's name. I hope other Hillary supporters will do the same. Lets see if he can win the white house with only the votes of the Obamabots

Give the people of West Virginia a little more credit than that. They are not all racists and after listening to both Hillary and Barat they will relize the Barat should be president.
I believe they are not as racist as many people think. However we will see next Tuesday.

All the comments about WV are quite offensive, and I'm from the midwest. To group them all as related or white or bigoted is pretty sad. We could say the same thing about areas heavily populated with blacks and how that turns out for Obama. There is absolutely no comparison, 92% of blacks vote for Obama, now that is racist.

WV matters beyond the primary. Someone above says she'll only get 15 delegates.
Not true, if she gets over 2/3 the vote she gets 2/3 the delegates. That's the dem primary rule.
Above people were saying big deal she was set to win there anyway. But they probably weren't saying big deal about NC since Obama was set to win there.
I've noticed a lot of Obama fans are young idiots or naive professionals out of touch with moderate dems.
Clinton has been getting the Reagan Dems (some do live in WV) all over this primary, and Dems really need that block to be sure to win in November.
