Sorry guys, but the West Virginia and Kentucky primaries are totally irrelevant – those states are going red in the fall anyway no matter who is the Democratic nominee.

West Virginia only has five electoral votes in the general. BFD.

You only have yourself to blame if you vote for McCain and things stay the same or get worse. At what time do you you change jobs because it costs more to get to work then you make? That is what we have to look forward if we keep the status quo.

Obama is the nominee because Florida's and Michigan's voters were disenfranchised. No one in Florida, Democrat or Republican should vote for Barack Obama. He allowed the Democratic process to be subverted in a Democracy. Vote for John McCain or sit home if you have to.

I've always looked deeper for the substance of the person.

Hillary Clinton at 60 is plenty cool for me. And all of the best people know it.

Obama is winning in every category even with FL & MI. How is he STILL not the choice for the Democratic party. The people voted for him.

You say he can't win in GE than how is he winning in every major metric category out there. If only blacks were voting for him than how is he leading in popular vote?

The childish " I will not vote if he wins ", does not wash, period. By the same token, Hillary needs the support of all who supported Edwards, Richardson , Obama etc, if she wins. Grow up!. Another observation; Hillary's campaign finances. She claims the support of so many voters, yet, her campaign finances is suffering. Lending her campaign, on two occasions, a total of $11.4 million, is an ominous sign, of fiscal mis-management, as well as an unwillingness of her supporters to put their money when they endorse her.

Lastly, someone commented about Obama asking Hillary in the future, about running as VP. Well, this was never an issue contemplated by Obama. As a matter of fact, it was Hillary in her arrogance who entertained the idea of a joint ticket, but she would be the presidential candidate. Obama's response to that deliberate attempt to put him in his place, was, " I am not running for VP".

By the way, do you folks realize that Barack is doing almost no campaigning in West Virginia? Do you know why? Could it be that he wants Hillary to win really big in this state (and the same will apply to the remaining states) so that she will be able to stand in the limelight, even if it is just for a little while? But even with this, she has no chance. If Hillary should steal this nomination from Barack, I predict a revolt in the good old USA!

Will these campaign events be open to the general public?
I'm thinking Obama will face some tough questions from the disenfranchised.

I'm sad that he didn't okay Rendell and Crozine's offer to fundraise for re-votes in both states.

Even if he didn't win, he'd still be the nominee. And he'll need happy voters in both states come November.

Obama was running just for visibility and to let voters come to know him. He would then have been the VP choice for Hillary.

But Obama tried to fast track himself and got greedy and went for the gold ring.

He did not care if this hopelessly fractured the democratic party and did not care if that mean't a loss in Nov.

So blame selfish Obama.

Some will not, but I think most realize the stakes, and put that above sour grapes and petty jealousy.

However, most of the folks who keep repeating they won't support Obama on this blog will probably stick to their word.
They can congratulate themselves if Obama loses, and smirk for a bit. They can also pat themselves on the back when the
US troop casualty count comes in each month, and feel proud they help perpetuate that. They can smile to themselves as
the dollar continues to weaken and friends and family can't find blue collar jobs in America, and know they had a hand
it that too. As more conservative judges are appointed to the supreme court, they can laugh to themselves and say "yeah,
but we sure taught the DNC a leason, didn't we?"

So be proud Obama haters, you are the true Americans aren't you?
