What I find amazing is that the Obamabots are the first ones to scream racism at the first hint of anti-Obama comments and yet they find it so easy to ridicule someone for their age. Sorry Obamabots, you're just a bunch of hypocrits.

Antonio, actually, I do find it quite funny. He was joking I'm sure. If Iran is ever truly bombed it would be a tragedy for their people. However, both Clinton and McCain have the right idea. Keep em guessing and on their toes when they're as insane as their president.

Dear Americans:

I am sure you will agree with me this has been an exciting primary election. However, we must never forget the idea of our forefathers “that we the people” and the legacy of a dream “that I have a dream” should not be forgotten. Our differences may be great but let us not forget the American spirit and let us unite. Whoever our nominee, let it be heard and said that we as American’s will support our country and land and that we are one.

Wow! The ability to deliver a joke is the basis for who gets your vote? How sad.

So either nominate Hillary or I will take my toys and vote and go home! And I will hold my nose until I turn Blue1

Abe Lincoln had this to say, probably about McCain: "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power."

Patricia, I don't recall saying who I support. But okay.

My point was that the Obama supporters are insulting to anyone who doesn't support Obama and as a result, McCain will end up clinching the presidency.

Read into that whatever you wish.

I can't think of anything funnier than one of the founding members of the Keating 5 scandal to tell jokes on SNL. Didn't know Lorne was a member of the GOP. Maybe McCain will do a stand up routine where he jokes about why he's continued to vote AGAINST veterans benefits. Oh, and the hilarious one where he thinks it'd be a good thing for us to be at war for 100 years. Whew... laughing so hard my stomach aches. Oh, and then he could tell us how he facilitated questionable land deals with billionaire Mr. Diamond in his home state of Arizona, where John pushed the pentagon for a quick sale of military land. John McCain... what a joke.

tejano- Hillary is one of us?
Are you a multi-millionaire also?
Wow must be great to be you! She is not one of "us" as in working slugs who have no insurance, our pay is stagnant "if" we have a job. My daughter will be in to debt up to her ears to get a biology degree. She won't be able to take a year off work, if I run for dog catcher, because she will be paying for her student loans for 20 years! If your child can get a free college education, and take a year off for "mommy", then you vote for her, b/c she is one of you!
She is nothing like me, she is not like "one of us" where I come from. She has had everything handed to her, and has had to work for nothing! She has lead a privileged life,,,and if you believe any thing different,,,then you believe she really was under sniper fire too!
When I wear $1000. pant suits, don't have to pump gas, let alone buy it, and have my coffee poured into china for me, not pour it myself in a paper cup in a convenience store...THEN I will vote for her! When someone pays for my daughter's education so she doesn't have to work TWO part time jobs at the same time AND try to keep her GPA up, THEN I VOTE FOR HILLARY B/C I will be like HER!
Till that time...I'm voting for the guy that pulled himself up by his boot straps, had to live with racism, and discrimination, PAID his own way to college with loans, AND came out of it all with Ethics, standards and MORALS, to tell the truth...even when the truth is painful!
She does NOT represent ME, and I will NEVER vote for her, not even as the white middle aged woman...I am!

This guy is definitely out of touch. Today he didn't bother to show up at the Senate to vote on an important gas measure that could save Americans a couple of pennys to twenty five cents for a gallon of gas; however he can plan a weekend on the set of Saturday Night Live. Unbelievable!!!. Bush's protege at his finest. Wake up folks!!!

SNL should do a sketch about how CNN continues to discriminate against Hillary Clinton supporters by CENSORING and removing our posts. I pay for my cable TV and for having CNN to watch. I think I should be able to express my opinion here on the Ticker where my posts are frequently removed without any just cause.

Here is some of what I said in a prior post. If there is a problem with it, one would think they would be notified. CNN has posters' e-mail addresses:

The Superdelegates will have to really take pause if Hillary Clinton wins by a fairly wide margin of 20 points or better in West Virginia because West Virginia will be a critical swing state in the November election. Hillary Clinton is no slouch here. She has carried the entire Democratic base in this election and more Democrats have voted for her than Barack Obama in this country. The DNC failed to represent and count the votes of Democratic voters in Florida whose Republican leaders moved the primary up there and Barack Obama reportedly did not approve a re-vote in Florida and Michigan. But, the voters of these two states WILL have their voices heard in the General Election and they are NOT HAPPY with Barack Obama, the DNC, the Rules Committee, or Howard Dean.

There are also a great number of women in this country - baby boomers of an age now who were a part of the Women's Movement of the 1960s who WANT to see Hillary Clinton in the White House. Hillary Clinton is experienced and competent - and she is woman which is a bonus.

The Democratic Party has its work cut out for them - a monster they created for themselves. At this point, I will not be surprised if we end up with McCain in the White House this time around. I think the DNC has worked very well in doing things that have nearly destroyed the Democratic Party in this election. They have a LOT of cleaning up to do.

How is it that the Superdelegates, Guam, and other entities are deciding this race when there are 2.3 million citizen-voters in Florida and Michigan who are being denied their votes and their voices in this election. The DNC made the rules in such a way that neither candidate can reach the finish line without the Superdelegates. I have wondered if this was intentional because it does not make much sense.

I think the Democratic Party could be heading for a split because I do not see we, the Hillary Clinton supporters, turning away from Hillary Clinton. In fact, there is a movement for Hillary Democrats to write-in Hillary Clinton on the General Election ballot if her name is not already on it when we vote. I think there are also Hillary Clinton Democrats who will be voting Republican because many of us believe Hillary Clinton got a raw deal in this election.

There are also a great number of women in this country – baby boomers of an age now who were a part of the Women's Movement of the 1960s who WANT to see Hillary Clinton in the White House. Hillary Clinton is experienced and competent – and she is woman which is a bonus.

The Democratic Party has its work cut out for them – a monster they created for themselves.

He will write or say anything to try and sway people's subconscious thinking, but I think people, other than those in West Virginia and Kentucky, are smarter than that.

We could have predicted 60 years ago how West Virgina would come out today! THE SOUTH WILL RISE AGAIN!

It is clear to me what the difference is, the states West of the Mississippi or more progressive and educated. A lot states on the on the east side of the Mississippi still live in the past never fully understanding those who live around them. They stay locked up in there homes always afraid of those who are different.

Obama will win every state West of the Mississippi with the exception of Arizona McCain’s home state. Obama is well loved out here in the West we always look into a mans heart and see his soul . That is how the West was won we always look ahead. We do not have all the problems you have on the east side of the Mississippi, we always look forward instead of backwards.

The hate and racism you have handed down from generation to generation in the East does play well out hear in Gods Country. We are not perfect out hear butt we will give a man a honest hearing.

This should be good. I wonder if they are going to have his homophobic, anti american John Hageee on the show to accompany him. Such a double standard!! John Hagee can say the same things as Rev. Wright, but no one says anything, McCain doesn't have to denounce him and he is still plays an important role in McCains campaign team as does Bush....I hope this gets added seeing as how i was sencored yesterday...ugghh! media...they only show what they want to prove thier own point/agenda. Has anyone noticed that they haven't done the voter tally at all today like they normaly do? why?

Why are HIllary supporters turning to McCain? Because their loyalty to their country is more important to them than party affiliation. McCain is the better candidate to lead this country, and is far more likely to unite this country across party lines.

Furthermore, the intergrity of a candidate, or lack thereof, is often shown by those who follow and support him. One need only look to the idiotic dialogue and lame jokes that the Obama supporters spew out on these blogs regularly to see how he has scraped the bottom of the barrel for his support, as opposed to the far more articulate McCain and Clinton supporters.

Obama = Carter 2nd Term (higher unemployment, inflation, and interest rates, weakness abroad)

Everyone but the new party members know that Obama is the weaker candidate. Since McCain had the nomination wrapped up,
Repubicans and Independents voted to make him look good, but all the time they wanted him to be the candidate of the leftist. Hillary would have been harder to beat.

We know McCain is not George W. Bush and no matter how you spin it, the American electorate won't buy it. McCain is a Maverick within his own party. He is the best choice for Freedom loving Americans.

This is a fabrication of the media. A ticket Obama/Hillary will not happen. This country does not need Hillary, who pretends to have all the solutions of the world's problems. Scary!!!. Her stupid gasoline tax cut is revealing. Moreover, Hillary said that she will not listen to the economists. Senator Obama has a plethory of candidates to choose from. There is not a shortage of compent VP in this country.

Someone here, named, Fred, said that he is a Hillary' supporter and will not vote Senator Obama.
In November, the choice will be between old and young, between past verus future, between lobbyists and the American people, between corruption/scandals and ehtics, between moving forward and going backward, between war and diplomacy. Fred, make your choice. With McCain, you will elect a corrupt and dishonest man, Have you ever heard Keating??? If not, take some history courses.

I'd like to take this time to thank the following:

Barack Obama--for showing us what true courage is about.
Michelle Obama--for not bending under the heat of the national spotlight. I knew exactly what you meant, and I KNOW you love this country and have been proud of this country for a long time, as we all do.
Ted Kennedy--for supporting Barack very early in the campaign.
Caroline Kennedy--for leaving your home (kids, etc.) to support Barack. And for that opt ed in the Times, wow.
John Kerry--for his kind words about Barack
Oprah Winfrey--for breaking your rule not to support candidates to support Barack.
Hillary Clinton--for showing your true colors.
Gov. Richardson--for supporting Barack.
College Students--for proving the older generation wrong by saying you don't care about your world.
Marie Swartzenegger (?) for supporting Barack even though your husband did not.
George W Bush--for being the worst president in modern history and in so doing opening the door for Barack and Hillary to run.
John McCain--for your service to America, but I will still vote for Barack.
Iowa--for starting the most exciting presidential campaign I've ever seen.
Indiana Barack supporters--for your support for Barack. Even though Hillary won you made your point, loud and clear.
America--for being brave enough to ignore the rambling of Rev. Wright.
America--for knowing that true patriotism isn't wrapped up in a medal pin made in China.
Barack's Mom--for raising a decent, nice guy.
Americans--every American who supported Barack who wasn't expected to support Barack, such as whites, elderly people, Catholics, Latinos, Asians-----thank you.
Obama Girl--for making me laugh my head off, she's too funny.
Soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan, for your bravery in fighting a war that should never have been waged. Hold on, we'll bring you home soon.
Obama Superdelegates--for having the courage to come forward, no matte when.

I LOVE THIS COUNTRY !!! WHOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

So much hate and not enough time. The smart Obama supporters can't even spell, construct a sentence or make coherent comments.
They resort to name calling and finger pointing.
Hillary didn't ruin your guys chance of winning. Obama chose the company he keeps and now has to face the consequences.
We don't like him because of his race, we don't like him because of his ideas and lack of substance.
That is why Hillary is the only one that can beat McCain. She is one of us and will protect American interests in the international community.

Belle ~ you are not a Clinton supporter. It is evident from all your posts that you are a republican and you only post on these tickers to create animosity between the the supporters of the two democrats. You are showing your true colors constantly and I have to admit that I find them offensive. You should apologize to all the true Clinton supporters, as you are giving them a bad name.

White, catholic, and senior lady for Obama!!!!

HILLARY CLINTON IS ALREADY THE TRUE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE!
As much as 30% of Obama's primary, and caucus votes are Republicans trying to choose the weakest democratic candidate for McCain to run against. These Republicans have been gaming the caucuses where it is easier to vote cheat. This is why Obama has not been able to win the BIG! states primaries. Even with Republican vote cheating help.
Hillary Clinton has been out manned, out gunned, and out spent 2 and 3 to 1. Yet Obama has only been able to manage a very tenuous, and questionable tie with Hillary Clinton.
If Obama is the democratic nominee for the national election in November he will be slaughtered. Because the Republican vote cheating help will suddenly evaporate. All of this vote fraud and republican manipulation has made Obama falsely look like a much stronger candidate than he really is. The democratic party needs to fix this outrage. I suggest a Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama ticket. Everyone needs to throw all your support to Hillary Clinton NOW! So you can end this outrage against US the voter, and against democracy.**

Someone asked, "How can Hillary beat McCain if she can't beat Obama?" Because the Democratic primary is a race to the left whereas the General is a race for the center, where Hillary is stronger. Most Americans see themselves as moderates or centrists. MoveOn endorsements get you the Dem nod, but make you a big loser in the General.

Is the country still racist? Simply read the comments my friends.
Shame on you all. Your grandparents were simply ignorant racists.
Your generation is much worse. Youre a much evil form of racists. One who knows better but still does wrong has a special place prepared for them.

Dems:

Pay no attention to the group that is posing as Hillary supporters trying to rally support for McCain or Hillary as an independent candidate. They are just Operation Chaosers trying to stir things up.

Vote Democrat in '08!

I am simply disgusted by the comments of Obama supporters bashing Hillary. I am actually offended by Hillary supporters who would rather vote republican to see Obama go away. As a lifelong democrat, I have never seen this party so divided. I hope all of you will grow a brain, and work for our common goal - elect a democratic president to the white house. This is not about Obama or Hillary. This is about our country, and it's time, you hateful and ignorant commenters come together and support the democratic party, instead of your chosen candidate. Get over it.

Obama and Hillary are both uniquely qualified candidates and both have ran historic campaigns. Now Obama has the lead, and he is probably going to be the nominee. Stop your "Clinton Worshipping" and vote for the party.

As for Obama supporters, stop being nasty to Hillary and her supporters. She is one of the brightest people in the Senate and a lifelong public servant. Show her the respect and your candidate just might get some respect from Hillary supporters too.

People who post that they are Hillary supporters and will vote for McSame in November if she is not the nominee..........

They are REPUBLICANS posing as Democrats under Operation Chaos. Look it up.

Hillary supporters are smart enough to even consider voting for McCrazy, because they know that Hillary and Obama support the same policies.
