They select a good cabinet, and appoint good people to help them with the incredibly difficult job.

This 4 years a great number of supreme court justices are retiring. If McCain is in power, expect us to keep losing rights, and expect us to have roll backs of hard fought women's rights. Vote Democratic! Protect what we've fought for, and protect our rights for the future!

I would encourage HRC supporters to actually READ the words that the candidates are saying, do some research into issues, use the brains you have been blessed with. More often than not, people repeat the rhetoric of the campaign, which differs greatly from real life.

Also......
When was the last time a write in candidate won a general election? HRC supporters should just stay home and not waste their time. Remember, gas is at an all time high and since Billary won't be giving you your 18 cents a gallon "holiday" you may not want to waste the precious gas you have. OR, just vote for McCain, which is what you would be doing anyway, so when thousands more die in Iraq and gas hits $10 a gallon, you can look at yourself in the mirror and say, "I am RESPONSIBLE for this."

I am really surprised by the lack of knowlege regarding the electoral vote as compared to the popular vote in the general election in the fall> The DNC race is not over yet and I would not count HIllary out! She has a plan.

Obama's campaign staff did block the votes from Michigan and Florida because counting them a couple of months ago would have allowed Hillary to be standing here to be the Democratic Presidential Candidate. Because they are shady they refused to count those votes until it benefitted them. I think the votes shouldn't count. I think this should go to the convention! If he thought it was against the rules two months ago to count their votes, he should stand on principles and say that now too. As an Obama supporter, I have no problems with HRC staying in the race as long as she wants, as the first real woman contender for the position, she's earned it. But I have to say, as her campaign got more negative, it was harder to like the person she had become. At this point I think she is running for the VP spot. Clinton supporters that are talking about writing in Clinton amaze me. Just a couple of months ago, they were calling Obama supporters a cult. Now, it looks like the have a cult like following for Senator Clinton. She ran a good campaign. She has said she'll campaign for the nominee, no matter who it is. She has said that to vote for McCain over Obama is a mistake, and the her and Obama's policies are far more similar than hers and McCain's. The Farm Bill was a disaster to the American consumer and responsible to a large degree for the inflation in food staples we now face. Thanks congress, another compromise like that and we can all apply for food stamps.

Some of the "alledged" Hillary fans sound more and more like members of a cult – many seem to see Hillary as the only true savior – "give me Hillary, or give me death." I can only hope Hillary will have some influence on her supporters if / when she does not get the nomination. kingsley- I have to call you on this one. RENDELL may be many things, but he's not a racist.
If you actually read his comments before the PA primary, when Rendell was asked how he thought Obama would do in PA he simply stated the fact that many Pennsylvanians weren't ready for an African American president. This is the same thing that polls told us, and the same thing that actual voting results told us in certain parts of the state. That's an unfortunate fact, but simply stating it does not make a person racist.
RENDELL also said that the former PA Republican gubernatorial candidate Lyn Swann (also African American) should have done better in the last governor's race, but didn't because of racist voters. He actually admitted that part of Swann's poor showing was because of racism. Swann was a former Pittsburg Steeler, and it was a surprise that the Republicans couldn't get out their typical vote in the southwestern area of the state. Again, it is terrible that people would sit home rather than vote for their party's candidate because of race. But I fail to see how RENDELL referring to that situation as an example makes him a racist.

Sorry Joanna, but the name-calling and nastiness happens on both sides of this nomination fight. I suspect that if Hillary hadn't borrowed a few pages from Karl Rove when she was attacking Obama as recently as last week that you'd see a lot less animosity between the two camps that post here. I had been a life long republican until the 2006 mid term elections when I realized how the people I had voted for were in the process of destroying the country – but I digress. I have never liked the Clintons, mostly because of the scandals. Obama need a super major speech about race. this time around warn America to be prepared of REPUBLICANS making this election a racial division to their advantage as bill and hillary attempted but it didn't work until now that its too late.

I always wondered why Obame rejected and defended racial comments towards him like the one from ED RENDELL but it all made sence when I realized the consiquences and how it drove blacks to vote against hillary and vice versa. in this case blacks loses.
