Mcain is such a hypocrite. He offers more of the same. We are tied of the polariztion. Can he explain to us why he has people on his team who have worked to protect the images of the worst dictators like the Myanmar government, Mobuto of Congo. What a shame!

I agree with Clinton supporters that Obama isn't likely to win in November without their support. I just don't see the math working. But Clinton supporters must be retarded if they think Clinton can win in 2012 without Obama supporters. If, on the off chance, you think I will support Clinton in 2012 - after you have supported McCain in 2008 - you are definitely retarded.

I am a lifelong democrat and I remember another great orator, inspirational leader who was inexperienced in foreign affairs. Remember the Bay of Pigs and the nucular stand off with Russia. I do and the liberal will have you believe that Obama did not say HE would sit down with the enemy, Remember the debate Hillary killed him on this issue Now he wants to debate Bush and McCain when he will not debate Clinton.

You Obama supporter cannot see he will never be elected, he is a cry baby when asked the hard questions, gets the answer wrong and he made a mistake or is having to explain himself in a prepared speech with no questions asked. He can only talk, has no ideas, and he is dividing the party.

TAKE ANOTHER LOOK PEOPLE/

Dear McCain Apologists,

Have you watched the video of McCain's interview? What specifically was misleading or distorted? Simply put McCain '06 had a different view of dealing with Hamas than McCain '08. If the two McCains really agreed with each other, then one of them needs to do a much better job of explaining himself. As it stands, McCain is either a very poor communicator or McCain is a "flip-flopper". As I recall, in 2004 "flip-flopping" was the equivalent of a political "capital offense". What's different now?

The republicans are so desperate with these feeble attacks. Bush has no credibility. He lost it a long time ago. McCain is showing his ineptitude more and more each day. He is a hypocrite and does not talk straight. He also has lied about what Obama has actually said about speking with enemies. Obama NEVER said he would NEGOTIATE, but he would speak. There is a big difference. Americans will not buy this trash from the republicans this year. They have finally realized all this negativity does nothing for them. It is unfortunate it took so long. McCain doesn't even realize that his agreement with Bush will cost him dearly. Why vote for someone who doesn't even understand that? Obama has shown he will respond quickly to all of these attacks. The more he responds, the better he comes off as a leader.

Couldn't have put it better myself, E.C. The difference between us is that you seem to see misleading remarks from a politician as a GOOD thing.

To Oh My: We can both make arguments for our respective candidates, but the simple fact that you and other Hillary supporters are going to have to come to terms with is that Obama will soon be the Democratic Nominee. So now the question to you and your's is - are you going to take your own advice and listen to Hillary's latest comments that Obama is the better choice when compared to McCain? I mean, you say we should have been listening to her for the last year or so, so are you going to listen now???

Obama, out of his mixed-up imagination, took offense from Pres Bush's remarks to the Israeli Knesset. Pres Bush was NOT speaking about Obama but out of Obama's guilt thing, his knowing he is an appeaser, he raved and ranted in disagreement with the President's condemnation of what happened just before WW II.

Obama is out of it! President Bush is not running for office this year.

Why do some of you accuse those who will not support Obama as being right-wing blog stooges trying to make Dems look divided?? Republicans don't have to do this - WE ARE DIVIDED AND TERIMINALLY I MIGHT ADD. Yes, we are real dems - many of us life-long dems, who will not vote for an unqualified pup just for what he represents. This is not some bitterness that will wash away as Nov. approaches. We are democrats, fighting for what we feel is best for our country, for our future. By either writing in Senator Clinton (hands-down the most qualified candidate we have seen in generations!!!), or voting McCain, we will see to it that Obama does not win the presidency. And mark my words, he will not make it to the presidency.

To "Obama Supporter" who uses that name tag in sarcasm. That which is in our hearts is what spews from our mouths. You have used the term "Hate" far more than even the most radical Obama supporting blog I've read thus far. I would venture to say that you are projecting your hatred for Obama onto Obama and his supporters.

Huh? Excuse me but are you calling liberals 'dumb'? Perhaps you should repeat elementary school. Oh I am sorry, maybe you are a product of the Republican Education Policy. Looks like you were left way far behind. There are many brillant Rebublicans sir, McCain used to be one of them. Talk about puppet! I can't begin to explain this man over the past few months. "flip Flopper" is an understatement. Your politics is dying and so is your party. It began with Mississippi the other night and you can expect more in the coming election. It's time to do whats right! It's time to be a responsible nation and really fulfill our promise of "good will to all men".

McCain and Bush are two of a kind.

Bush: "As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared, 'Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided,' " Bush said. "We have an obligation to call this what it is -- the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history."

McCain thinks just like Bush. One idiot for 8 years is enough. 98% of the AMerican people are apathetic, lazy, ignorant and will follow the leader and to whatever they are told. Too pathetic to think for themselves. The government is suppose to work for us, not the other way around, that's why thse jokers are elected!

Wake the hell up America!

This is American politics at its best; nothing new or surprising. Republican, Democrat, or otherwise, conveniently changing one's stand on any issue for political expediency is the norm.

I am, however, shocked by some of the reponses. Chris, so much venom, so little literacy!

It amazes me how all of the Clinton supporters are blaming Obama, the DNC and everyone else for HRC losing the Democratic race instead of blaming HRC. It would be good to note that HRC lost the race herself..from her maniacal husband, her entitled attitude which made her not look past Super Tuesday, her horrible management of her compaign finances, her super-shady past and present, to her constant flip-flopping all the time.

Any idiot that decides to vote for McCain out of spite because HRC didn't win HAS TO BE NUTS! McCain is the second coming of Bush and it scares the bejesus out of me to think that people will vote for him just out of spite knowing darn well this man will not properly handle anything that needs to be addressed currently like the economy, astronomical gas and food prices and also Iraq.

Libya, North Korea, Sunni in Iraq were the peace George Bush and Maccain succeeded in bringing peace with.

These people are not win over with war, but with deplomacy.
Bush doesn't want to appeace torrorist ,but gave a lot of money to the Iraqi Sunni.
Bush lifted sansion on Libya, appease North Korea for its to give up it Nuclear weapons, Now Maccain and Bush are criticizing democrats for willing to meet leader we like and leader we don't like with preparations.

Maccain said America ought to negotiate with Hamas for peace. Now he criticized Obama because " Hamas likes Obama because of his policies?"
Washington politice are shameful, say one thing and criticize someone else.

Many times Maccain and Bush have criticized Obama;s policies, but they often turn around to implement Obama ideas. Like action to bomb any Militant activities in Pakistan if the Pakistani government doesn't take action. Bush and Maccain criticized Obama, but went ahead do just what they were criticising.

What will you call that? Hypocrits.

A Non-Voter observing the 08 Elections

Conscience : "The inner sense of what is right or wrong in one's conduct or motives, impelling one toward right action "

John McCain has a good conscience, but he a very bad habit of never following his conscience.

McCain knew in his heart the the Bush Tax cuts where wrong, He voted against it in good conscience, But for political gains he changed his mind and didnt follow through with his conscience.

McCain knew in his heart that we need a comprehensive immigration plan, he sided with Bush to create one, Then he lost contact with his good conscience again, and changed his mind on a comprehensive immgration plan to appeal to conservatives and because it was unpopular.

McCain in good conscience also said previously that sooner or later we would have to talk to Hamas, Now he is bashing Obama and other democrats for saying the same.

Most importantly McCain knew in his heart that the current war in the middle east is a WAR FOR OIL, I believe he spoke from his good conscience recently when he said " we would never again put our troops in harms way for the sake of middle east oil" , But he voted for the war and championed the war.

McCain NEVER FOLLOWS HIS GOOD CONSCIENCE, HE MIGHT AS WELL NOT HAVE ONE.

Those of you who think McCain is a moderate are in for a big surprise. Maybe he was a moderate in 2000 but up until, I'd say 2 years ago he has flip flopped on ever major issue that gave him the persona as a moderate. He's currently a neo-conservative shill and he's walking lockstep with GWB.

So if you like Bush...You gonna love McCain.

I don't think there's a major issue that McCain hasn't flip flopped on. If you don't believe me...just google McCain flip flops.

If you thought Hillary was a moderate than you'd be surpised to know that her Healthcare plan is extremely liberal. Obama's healthcare plan is more moderate. Obama is for a trasparent government and more benefits for Veterans...these issues (for some odd reason) fall under the Liberal category.

Another example of Clinton fighting for the democratic nominee and Obama making a speech. Obama may be the nominee but he absolutely needs Clinton on the ticket to handle the fighting of the election. All Obama ever does is say "it is politics as usual" and "i am presenting a change to a new brand of politics" Apparently he is the only one and if he wants to win in Nov. he needs a fighter and someone who is not afraid to face down negative attacks and to dish them out when necessary. He also needs her because 50% of the democrats in this country support her.

What is the Mc-Flip-Flop camp denying? That the video we are seeing and hearing has been doctored... that they dubbed someone's else voice over his? Or maybe he didn't hear the question correctly and was responding to something else?

How far are these people going to go in thinking we are a bunch of morons? The Republican party needs a quick awakening to the realization that the American public is participating in a new approach to politics where the lies and deception are the old ways and no longer effective on our renewed minds.

We have eyes that now see and ears that now hear.... your forked tongue makes no sound to our new way of being...

I am wondering if Bush had preconditions when he met with Saudi king to beg him to increase oil supply and got rejected. FYI, Osama bin Laden is from Saudi Arabia, as most of 911 hijackers. SA is one of the biggest supporters of extremist islamist groups. Saudis hate Israel as much as Iran does.

I hate to complain about the people in this forum, but I must respond to (chris) the second person to make a comment. I hope that you read this. Get a life and take some courses in grammar and English. Your sentences are running together, you do not have sentences or punctuation marks and your spelling is worse, furthermore, you sound like a racist. America does not only belong to the white people of the world, it is a nation of immigrants and all colors or are you still living in the world of confederacy. I must respond to the people in your forum about Bush and Clinton, they're both white and the first is an idiot by all means possible and the second one is a liar and destroyer of the Democratic Party to achieve her goals. So (chris), if you feel that the U.S. only belongs to white people and if the liberals will burn it down then by all means, do it.

What politics has taught Senator McCain is the art of pandering to the electorate. When he stood for his convictions while running against George W. Bush 8 years ago, he was obliterated by the far right of the Republican party. The same occurs for candidates who pander to the far left of the Democratic party.

Maybe our problem with politics is ourselves. A healthy democracy requires collective intelligence from the voters. With the mainstream dumbing down of society to the least common denominator and our consumer culture of instant ego gratification, we will continue to get what we deserve from our elected officials. George W. did not elect himself into office, therefore maybe we need to blame ourselves also for the war in Iraq, the response to Hurricane Katrina, and the falling dollar.

American culture is in a death spiral. True patriots would care about this. True patriots would rely on their brains a little more and the emotional jingoism a little less.

Barack Obama is 100% correct. John McCain has lost his bearings.
