CJH, don't worry about not voting for Obama and all of you who threaten not to, there will be a republican to take your place. By the way, you were never going to vote for him anyway so please quit with the threats...I guess if McCain wins, then I can blame you for more lives lost because of the war...thanks a lot!

A simple FACT is Ms. Clinton has won MOST of the die-hard Democratic states. That is a fact, now the caveats to the fact, she has not won these states by large margins as she implies, and some of these states (Specifically CA) have said in recent polls (I know Polls mean nothing) that if the vote were held today she would lose by simialr margins to what she won them by. So the point on this first caveat is this these hard Democratic states will go to the democratic candidate in November, meaning, while Mr. Obama may not win them by as large of a margin as Ms. Clinton would (debatable point) he will STILL win them and therefore her elector count is flawed, most superdelegates understand thius which is why this arguemnt has done little to sway them. The second caveat to the fact is simply this, Mr. Obama has won MOST of those states which normally do not vote Democratic AND (here is the important part) the voter turnout in some of those states has been GREATER than in the last presidential election. Meaning what you might ask, meaning this if that many Democrats turn out in this presidential election he will win those states normally granted as Republican strongholds. that is why Mr. obama is more electable than Ms. Clinton. Ms. Clinton might carry more of the "old school" in a primary but these same "old school" dems will follow party line and it will be the "new age" dems that can make the difference and win the election for Mr. Obama.

In with the "new"-- out with the "old." The Clintons are yesterday's news. Obama is fresh, new and progressive. Even the pantsuits Hillary wears is sooooooooooo 1980's. Who wears pantsuits today? Hillary backers, you are in the minority. It's time for a change. A person is really, really out of touch if they want things to stay just the way they are today. I'm a risk taker and it's always paid off for me. I'm on the Obama express to the White House. Bring on the change!!!

OBAMA '08 & '12

Let's get the Democratic Party united to go after the GOP.
Check out OBAMA's response to Bush's and McCain's attack on foreign policy. OBAMA was very sharp... The GOP is trembling

The right candidate has won the Democratic presidential nomination: BARACK OBAMA. He will also win the General Elections

Obama has won this fair and square. Anyone who doesnt think should consider this; If the roles were reversed and Obama was losing on all counts, would you think it fair if the nomination were still given to him? Be honest. You wouldn't. What do we teach our children? In every contest there's a winner and a loser. Its not whether you win or lose it's how you play the game. This just happens to be the year for Obama. So we all need to just move on and get over it and unite behind him. Clinton can try again the next time.

It was a good try. Thanks to Operation Chaos, Hillary was able to stay in the race much longer than she should would have if not for those Rush listeners who crossed over because they wanted the chaos to continue. If the Hillary supporters were honest with themselves they know that she should of been knocked out after Texas and Ohio. Even with Operation Chaos, in the end it will be a decisive victory for Obama for the Democratic nomination. Unfortunately for Rush and Operation Chaos, the unintended effect was for millions of new Democrats added to the ranks because of the prolonged race and the interest that resulted. So for you Hillary supporters, even though some of you have the nerve to say that she won the popular vote when she is down by 700K, Hillary received hundreds of thousands of votes from Republicans who can't stand her, but did what Rush asked them to.

Its funny how people hate on CNN as soon as they have a "non-positive" story about HIllary, then all of a sudden, the whole world is against her.

Win gracefully, lose gracefully. Dont be spiteful and hateful. Deal with it.

Obama is clearely the winner. We don't have time to waste right now.If Hilary loves her party and cares about her country she should not be fighting a fight that she already knows the results. We need to unify our party and concentrate on the upcoming general election.

The polls are reflecting what everyone else already knows! The nomination is over. Then you absolute idiots like Ferraro. She was a real loser when she ran as Veep with Mondale. She is a real loser today saying she is not going to vote for Obama. She keeps trying to throw it all back as Obama's fault for stupid racist remark and then lacks the intelligence and character to omit she was wrong. History will now remember her more for her racist remarks towards Obama and her inabilty to be human or Christian and apologize, than being the first female Veep candidate. What an idiot!

Great news, and a testament to the wide base of support that Senator Obama has gathered. Hopefully he'll pick a VP that will inspire us, too--not Hillary Clinton

Hillary is polling better against McCain because of Rush Limbaugh's Operation Kaoos (or what ever). Its the interference of the Republicans into the Democratics Primary process that has dragged this thing on this long. I think Senator Byrd's endorsement demonstrates that real party members support Obama! Come home yellow dog democrats and welcome newbies to the fold!

Sen. Obama has LESS votes from the people than Sen. Clinton has, and it's not over yet. If the party decides on Obama despite that fact, they cannot expect party unity in November.
Furthermore, the DNC surely better get its act together before another election. There is no logical reason for their ridiculous rules and caususes. Logically, the primaries should be conducted the same way the general election is conducted, and if that had been the case this time, Sen. Clinton would be the clear winner instead of our democratic process being subverted to the will of so-called "superdelegates."

I do have another question, and that is about the "Super delegates" voting. I thought that the "Super Delegates were to vote according to their states popular vote?

Why has not the media said something about both of the WV Senators have endorsed Barack Hussein instead of Hillary Clinton, who by the way beat Barack Hussein by 41 points?

Just goes to show you how partial the media is! Senator Byrd and Senator Rockefeller should be ashamed and should change their vote to represent the will of the people!

Hillary Clinton should receive both Senator's of WV votes, and again, be nominated to become the nominee of the Democrat Party. Hillary Clinton has beat Barack Hussein in the popular vote as well.

Finally! Now can we put the nail in the coffin of all these bitter, hysterical, Clinton supporters (yes, I said Bitter). The histironics are best directed at their unfortunate spouses. not at other voters who might disagree with them. Just like the south lost the war, this battle has concluded! Get over it, already.

These polls are all over the place.

The Democrats need to reach Hillary's supporters. It will be interesting to see what they have in mind.

I'm a Barack supporter and I can't help but give her credit for putting up a hard fight. It's supposed to be competitive. She just followed the will of her supporters by not giving up. You have to admire that, everyone!

CJH-

Then vote for him in bad conscience.
I was for Edwards- - -Then Hillary
I WILL vote for OBama

For any true Democrat you cannot do less

I want us out of Iraq. It will take time but we have to start and we will
when obama takes office

We should have a national holiday to party when bush slinks into the sunset.

I hope Obama forms A committee to charge bush, cheney, rice & rumsfield for not upholding their oaths of office and war crimes

Jim T, her followers are bigots? Would you vote for Condoleeza Rice if she ran for the GOP? Wouldn't that make you a bigot too? Let's face it, a lot of Obama's ideas are radical...and not in a good way. He may represent a vocal minority, but he does not represent what is American.

I just read the Washington Post article mentioned on the CNN Political Ticker Page. The article is about Hillary Clinton's avoidance of discussing her 1960's - 1970's employment("internship) with a group of attorneys in San Francisco, who represented Communist organizations and people tied to the then Weather Underground.
A successful attorney(s) in the Washington Post article called her a hypocrite for attacking Obama for the fact that he had and Wm. Ayers, a now board member of a charity in Chicago where Obama also sat as a member. The Clintons have a very, very shady past, so shady he shouldn't have ever been elected to begin with.

This is why Clinton needs to get out of the race. She is watching what she is saying about Obama now, somewhat, however, her attacks have contributed to damaging the party. Obama has been a straight up guy. He is the winner and she needs to get out of the picture entirely so we can win in November.

CNN you can delete all the negative posts about Obama you want.

Come November, millions of us Democrrats are going to knock you out when we vote for McCain.

You have been biased for Obama from day one, why I don't know. Can't wait to sock it to ya, for deleting all of my posts though, that is gonna make me so happy.

I thought I was the only one who noticed that CNN showed ONLY Obama addressing "a crowdless crowd" in Oregon yesterday.
Had I not read the Huff Post I would have thought he was speaking to his wife and two daughters and NOT 75,000 good souls!
Way to go future U.S,.A President!

Never in my life have I heard or seen more cruelty, viciousness and mean-spirited commentary. I doubt very much that Hillary Clinton has done anything to any of you except to fight for the America she knows we can be. Regardless of who you support, being a patriot and caring about the issues we face in this country should be the priority. This is not a personality contest - it's about who has what it takes to clean up the mess left behind by eight years of GW and his cronies. These blogs seem to be a contest to see who can write the nastiest comments in print without anyone knowing who they are!

I have to laugh at these so called "more educated" yet very niave obama supporters. Where do these choices for vp come from...the bottom of the barrel? Sebielus who....a nobody....Jim Web...give me a break, he won a small victory and is another newbie, Ted Strickland might be good....Bill Richardson? are you kidding, that man has less traction with the electorate than a summer tire on an icy road in alaska....the vp choice must be either Hillary or someone from a highly contested swing state that obama obviously lost in the primary. The election lies in the swing states people wake up!!! It doesn't lie in Kansas and Virginia!!
