Now, I can see clearly how this all played out -- and what a wonderful and appropriate legacy his act will make. Both his brothers fought valiantly for the civil rights causes of this country's African Americans, so it is right and just that he has bestowed his support upon an African American candidate for the presidency. And hopefully, at the same time, this act will go a long way toward putting a Democrat in the White House again. Good luck and God blessings go to you, Senator Kennedy, and to your family members. It worked; it's still working, and let us hope that Obama's victory today can carry that deeply needed banner forth.
