Well folks, it's official! I am DONE with HRC supporters. I could care less if they vote in November or not. After the pathetic display of people like Geraldine Ferraro in the last few days, I am not interested in having their support.

I hope that they all stay home in November. Go ahead and do it. As a member of NARAL, I dare them to STAY HOME and watch McCain repeal Roe v. Wade. Go ahead, make my day.

I am tired of Obama supporters having to tip toe around as though we should be ASHAMED that our candidate WON fair and square. No more for me. I am going to GLOAT and BE THRILLED.

Those former HRC supporters who want to jump on the O train, welcome. To the others, feel free to stay home in November. Your children and grandchildren will thank you for contributing to the fall of a great power by electing McCain.

I agree with President Carter. The Republicans would have that Obama/Clinton for lunch... because they would come out in droves to defeat Hillary Clinton. They want her on this ticket and are licking their chops right now.

If Hillary's smart, she wouldn't accept the VP offer if Obama made it. The reason? If he lost the general, the Hillary-bashing chatterati would--erroneously-- blame her presence on the ticket for the loss.

And if he won with her as his Vice President, what then? John Nance Garner was right when he said being VP wasn't worth a bucket of warm spit. Hillary would do better to remain in the Senate where she can get things done and not have to play second fiddle to an overhyped Chief Executive likely to fall flat on his face whenever the chips are down.

What is the big deal?

This is not about popularity contest. This is about the future of our nation.

I think Obama has good wishes, is a dreamer, has hope of change, is too young for this... but He can actually do a pretty good job... the only thing I am worried about is that he will let all the middle easterns come our way easily.

Hillary has made mistakes but has proven and has worked hard for this country. She made a mistake with the war in Irak.... but I think she will stand in a best position for our country... why people do not want to elect her? simply because she is a woman... no matter what they say...

Finnaly, let's look at real issues.... and let's make up our minds....

Sorry Matt, I am calling BS on that. weary and frustrated? please. no.

proObama? - 2008? - yes I am!

but to his active supporters - stop trying to intimidate and threaten and bash. get it together. So HRC supporters will vote for McCain if things dont go their way. But what are you 'yes we can' people going to do if things dont go your way - riot? Represent Obama for God's sake. Exemplify the dignity of the man. Emulate - dont spread hate!

I read all these comments .. its too bad that hillary supporters wont vote for barack due to the comments made by barack supporters. Look at the man himself, and what he stands for, not what other ppl that support him think. Its the principle behind barack that we should focus on. He is a legitimate person, who is different from past politicians.

This is a man who came from nothing to something, a man who handily beat the clintons, a powerhouse political family. To vote for mccain, who represents a 3rd bush term - even more radical on foreign policy then bush - would be a disaster.

Take a look at barack, hes a good man, that will put the US back on the world map and fix this crippled economy.

I am SO sure Senator Obama would not even dream of offering the VP spot to a woman who has lied, cried and is somewhat delusional! I agree she is making strides for women , however she is NOT the first woman to run for this office & will not be the last.

Hilary & her husband had their turn in the White House...I say let the remaining states vote, then they can take their toys and go home. Hilary has been planting this seed of being president since the day they left the White House, but its OBVIOUS it is NOT her time!!

As far as her winning KY...there were tons of Blacks & Whites that voted for Obama. She went up in those cricks & hollers were all those inbred, possum eating, illiterates live. The only Black person most of them know is Michael Jordan.

Obama would not get the vote in those places even if he put Hilary AND Bill on the ticket. I am a Black woman from Louisville, KY and racism there is STRONG!! I KNOW what I am talking about!

I am proud of the Blacks AND Whites that did go out to vote for the next president of the United States of America...Barack Obama!!!

OBAMA 08-12!

We're close to the finish line in the primaries, and CNN, your campaign news reports, Political Ticker notably, have been many times so inaccurate and biased that I chuckle at everything. And, the same people with the same venom keep attacking Senator Clinton and her supporters to death. You and them make me feel ashamed and apprehensive to join in to support Senator Obama all the way. It shows that the Obama camp wants to win the primaries at all cost but I doubt that he will succeed at the general election without the votes from Senator Clinton's supporters.
Be kinder and wiser, people.

The Clinton Family will do just about anything to save their face in their predicament. If HRC does not get the nomination to Obama, Bill and Hillary will lose their political clout in the US and around the world. Bill will get less speaking engagements, less donation to his foundations, less money from lobbyists, etc. etc. Hillary probably will not get re-elected as a NY senator since she only used NY as a convenient stepping stone to prepare for her presidential ambition. Bill and Hillary are probably preparing to make Chelsea the first woman president that Hillary wanted to be but could not be. The Clinton Family is all about making a legacy for themselves.

It makes one wonder what Hillary Clinton has on her mind. She continues to run despite her mathematical odds against gaining the nomination. She is in red ink with respect to her campaign payment obligations. It appears to be all over until she tosses in the towel. And yet this woman continues to politic. What is she "lobbying for"?

Obama supporters need to realize we democrats that vote for the candidate rather then just whatever the party throws at, us are not happy with Obamas' far left ideas. We will not support him just because he is the nominee. We are often referred to as Reagan Democrats. We do not blindly follow anybody. We may not like McCain but we will weigh the options. I, for one of at least thirty I know of, will write Hillary Clinton on our ballots in November.

When you have campaigned saying that Clinton is representative of the Washington establishment and then pick her as a running mate the message is you'll do anything to win. That will further divide the party and will likely set the stage for loosing the General as well. If indeed he is the nominee he would be better of picking a prominent Democrat who hasn't been connected with the Washington establishment. Maybe a woman but whom ever it is I just hope this person has been well vetted.

That the Obama/Clinton is a DREAM ticket for the REPUBLICANS. Their party is floundering and the one person who can unify them the most is Hillary Clinton. If she's on the November ticket, expect record Republican turnout.

I wish Carter would stick to building houses. He's the worst president in US history and has been wrong on every single foreign policy issue...Iran in the 70s, North Korea ("I can't believe Kim Jong Il lied"), to Hamas.

Take note people...Obama has the same ideas that Carter did!!!

Who cares what this person said.
What the people care is who will/can win in Nov, Who can save American? Only choice is either Hillary or John.
Looks like Democratic Party will be gone because their so-called leaders deceived their loyal democrats and gave up the strong candidate.

Clinton is ruining the Democractic run by staying in. Her inability to see the big picturs is breathtaking. She is everything Obama is not. She is old,tragic,self-centered,mean. Her vision is so distorted and out of focus it is frightening. She needs therapy not a VP slot.

Clinton would be a nightmare VP. She would undermine Obama, and take credit for any accomplishments. I know it's unprecedented, but I could see her challenging him again in 2012 even as his VP. She would capitalize on Obama's naivete and lack of experience to bolster her standing with voters.

I really think Obama should take a closer look at Kathleen Sibelius. I know she's one that's already on his short list and he should really move her up on that list for a much closer look at being his running mate. She's done some amazing things in Kansas and would help toward gaining some of the female supporters that so strongly support Hillary.

If Sibelius served as VP in 2008 and 2012, with positive improvements in the country, I would without a doubt vote for her as president 2016. Her record/history is very strong and I think she brings much more honor, respect, and positive movement to the country then Hillary has shown in the last year. I have more respect for her right now then I've ever had for Hillary.

I'm an Obama supporter, if Hillary gets the nomination fair and square I'll vote for her over McSame any day.

Look, Divide & Conquer is right out of the republican play book from the Feds to the Locals; therefore, if you want to play into that game then keep your mouth shut when John McSame wins the general election. Otherwise be happy that the Dems have the upper hand right now, because another 4 years of McSame is going to put a serious dent in all of your pay-checks. You think it's bad now…go ahead an let your ignorant opinions put him in the White House and see what

... Mccain ia a hell of a lot better than King obama

Carter should keep his opinions to himself. This whole process needs to run it's course without the input of politicians who think they know what is best.
Carter was not a good president so what does he know.

Jimmy is the man! However, it's time to be done with the Clintons. Obama needs someone with military experience and Hillary's little jaunt to Bosnia just isn't enough. I don't see how Hillary could take the V.P. job ... she is clearly so self-serving and self-centered that even if elected as the V.P. I think she would try and act like she was the President.

Enough dynasties in America ... it's time to move on.

All of the Obama supporter's on here who don't want Hillary on the ticket are morons. Obama's ONLY chance of winning the White House is with Hillary Clinton on the ticket.

Another thing, I cannot believe that a large percentage of the Obama supporter's believe that he can win without her supporter's. It just makes me wonder how stupid some of you really are.

Also, how can Obama be 'ahead' of McCain in national polls if the Democratic party is still so HUGELY divided (exit polls in primaries are still showing that)?

Please do not offer her the VP slot. The last thing we need is the Clintons back in the White House.

We believe Hillary will end up winning the democratic nomination. So, if she does, she might pick Obama.

Hillary Clinton for President!!!!!!!!!!

An Obama-Clinton ticket is HIGHLY unlikely, given Clinton's divisive and destructive tactics. Thanks Hillary, for running a broken campaign... you've nearly destroyed our party. Thanks!

How is Hillary Clinton going to win the Black vote???

NO DEMOCRAT HAS WON THE WHITE HOUSE IN THE LAST 40 YEARS WITHOUT THE BLACK VOTE.

Those so-called Blue Collar White voters usually go back home to the Republican party during general elections.

DEMOCRATS HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO WIN 30% OF THEM IN THE HIGH COUNT...IT THE AFRICAN AMERICAN VOTE THAT HISTORICALLY PUTS THEM OVER!

Hillary has driven a racial wedge between herself and African Americans who for the first time have a candidate that could win the nomination, and the White House.
HE IS LEADING IN PLEDGED DELEGATES, POPULAR VOTES, STATES WON, SUPER DELEGATES, AND MONEY.

IF HILLARY GETS THE NOMINATION, SHE WILL LOSE THE GENERAL ELECTION BECAUSE THE MOST RELIABLE MEMBERS OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, AFRICAN AMERICAN, WILL NEVER VOTE FOR HER!

MOST WILL NOT VOTE AT ALL.
