'Leaving it where it is' would disenfranchise democratic voters in 2 states. If this is what the dems want, fine, but they can't win the general election that way. The blame if any should be placed on Dr. Dean who continued to repeat "the rules, the rules" like a robot. Hillary is trying so hard to restore some common sense to this process, but I fear her efforts are wasted. They often steal her ideas, while criticizing her and putting her down, for no other reason than she is a woman. Anyone who has ever worked with males recognizes this scenario. Remember when obama said 'she's likeable enough' -imagine if she had said that about him.. oh, no she had to say she had the utmost respect for him.. I hope she turns down VP, takes a nice vacation, writes another book, and continues to lead and guide this country from the senate floor, where she no doubt will accomplish more than whoever is the new president. She will be the next Ted kennedy , a 'lion' in the senate, long after the '08 president is forgotten.

I would still vote for Hillary just because she is a woman. She may not be the best canaditate for President but I think we should have a woman President regardless.

It would also give Bill the opportunity to go back to the White House for another 8 years. He could help her if she doesn't know what to do.

He would be like the Vice President. In fact she could make him Vice President.

Hold ON Hillary don't give up just because you losing. Fight on even if you damage the party. We can still have another 4 years of MaCain. He seems alot like President Bush.

I believe that most everyone wants to allow the Michigan and Florida delegations to participate at the convention. However, it is pretty obvious that the goal of the Clinton supporters is to win the nomination, and this is an avenue toward that end. The solution must not unfairly advantage either candidate.

How do we know how many people would have come out and voted if they knew the results would be counted? What would the results have been had there been campaigning (Obama has closed gaps in every state he campaigned in)? How would Michigan have turned out if Obama's and Edwards' names were on the ballot (and don't say they pulled their names off – Hillary was supposed to and reneged on her pledge)? You can't use the votes as is – simply not a fair solution.

Florida and Michigan voters, you should know who stripped your delegates. The 29 – 1 vote included 12 key Clinton supporters, including Harold Ickes. The lone dissenting vote – by an Obama supporter.

Terry McAuliffe to Carl Levin when Levin said that Michigan was going to violate the DNC rules and move its convention. Levin had said, "You won't deny us seats at the convention."

McAuliffe, "Carl, take it to the bank. The will not get a credential. The closest they'll get will be watching it on television. I will not let you break this entire nominating process for one state. The rules are the rules. If you want to call my bluff, Carl, you go ahead and do it."

Hillary is just plain wrong for insisting on seating the delegates in Florida and Michigan. Both states clearly knew what was at stake if they chose to conduct their primaries early, and yet they did so anyway. It is blatantly unfair to now seek to change the rules, in effect saying, "Now that I'm losing, I want to count the votes and delegates of those states after all." This shows a clear lack of integrity on her part, as well as selfishness. In continuing to beat this drum, she is showing her true colors. She purports to champion "change" but her actions show just how slippery she really is. I wouldn't want her in the White House.

Why are people so dead set against having the people in Michigan and Florida get to vote? The people voting aren't the ones that made the decision to change the date. People call Hillary desperate, but at least she is "desperate" on the side of counting everyone's vote; it seems that Obama has been desperate not to count everyone's vote. You people quote the arbitrary rules like this is a game and all that matters is who wins and who loses. God forbid the goal be to serve the good of the people by following their will.

We will soon see that the DNC will uphold their decision...they MUST; otherwide, what does their leadership and decision-making abilities mean?

The DNC should carefully look at ANY support given to HRC presently or in the future. She's not only taking on Barack Obama now, but is leading the opposition against the party...where is her loyalty and respect?

I think we should all count ourselves very very lucky that this woman did not get further than what she did in this contest. Clearly, it's "me, me, me" and nothing else in her eyes...simply because she thinks she's better and deserves it. Very sad and sick and even dangerous.

Many of her campaign staff were a part of the decision to ignore MI and FL. I really think you are smart enough to know that this was not Obama's decision. Patterson, a Democratic superdelegate, said he disagreed with the party's initial decision to penalize the states, but added he thought the party should now "leave it where it is."

I am so tired of hearing bad comments about Hillary Clinton. From day one she has insisted that Michigan and Florida should be seated. Obama even agree's. She has not broke any rules. The so-called rules you all refer to were not to campaign in those states. There was no rule about name's on ballots.

Hillary should be our nominee, the media and an organized effort by the Obama camp have distorted her message. It will take a Clinton to get a democrat in the White House. Obama can not win without Hillary. The DNC will not offend AA's by giving the nomination to the person who actually can win. Not one delegate has voted yet. The convention is in August. FL and MI should have been counted. Everyone in those states were told their vote wouldn't matter. The problem is that they turned out in record numbers. The other problem is that we need these two states to win the White House. No worries. It's Clinton or it is nothing.

I just came back from a parallel universe where Hillary was in the lead and laughing at the notion of allowing FL & MI.

She kept on saying, my opponent is desperate. He wants to change the rules AGAIN. How can we now change the rules at this late stage in the game? My opponent agreed to these rules in 2007. We need a president that abides by the rules.

The point is, would Hillary fight this hard if FL & MI would benefit Obama?

Can we call this more SNIPER FIRE and call it a day?
