Then what's he going to do? Have a party for all his you know whats! It's really sad what this Country has gone to for even suggesting someone such as obama be President of the United States of America. Over half of his voters are first time, uneducated, incompitent, unemployed, lazy people who are voting just because he is black. Face the facts America!!!!

Hillary had so much support why is her campaign in the red? The only people I REQUIRE to serve in the military are warmongers which makes McCain a smidge better than Bush in that regard. Convenient how the RNC and McCain have forgotten the 'war experience' of 2 of the last sitting Republican Presidents [we all know what they think of Bill].

We have Dub who went AWOL, Cheney who dodged, and Reagan who confused making war movies, documentaries, and instructional films as being in uniform.

Yep. Names the RNC speak in hushed tones, and not a one has ever gone in harm's way, yet Obama isn't qualified.

Obama is qualified to help war veterans. You do not have to be a war veteran to help war veterans. His plan is benefiting the veterans more than McCain's proposal. McCain is old and if he thinks he can justify giving less to our veterans because he is one, then he needs to get another opinion on his mental state. Barack Obama and the Commander of Military are in agreement. He said that more has to be done for our veterans and that is exactly what Obama is proposing. McCain is old and out of touch. He may not need more benefits, but all are not in his or his wife's financial position. McCain has no experience as president or leading the military. He is expert and he does not represent the views of the veterans or their families. They need more benefits and education and they deserve it. He cannot relate mentally or financially.

Belle ~ you need only look in the mirror to see hatred and animosity. Today I was proudly out shopping wearing my Obama t-shirt and some woman came up to me and spewed anger and hatred to me because of it. No wonder the rest of the world calls us "ugly Americans" I am guessing that this woman has never heard of freedom of speech and was carefully taught by her parents to hate and fear that which is different. By the way we are both white females over 50. However, I was taught that you do not judge a person by their skin color but rather by the person that they are within. To all the Hillary backers, first I hear all this experience the Senator has and all I see is she married the right Guy who ran for President and won. The record in the Senate was a follower nothing great that shows leadership. The team she put together for campaign ran up bills and she did not control spending had the largest war chest and still blew it. The poor planning led to Her downfall. The idea that you sign a contact not to count something (i.e.Fla and Mich.) at the beginning and when things turn bad You change the rules. Just stop and think that is why you only won 18 states that is not even half the nation. To hear your campaign tell it that is all you need to run the country. Just maybe if you had run in all the states you might have been in a better light at this point in time. Just maybe the Senator would not have to come up with the different ways she should be the nominee.

John McCain never marched into battle either. His time in the service was a little over a month as a fighter pilot and 5 and 1/2 years in prison. Look it up. He never had to look someone in the eye and shoot them. He never walked over the bodies and women and children. He never witnessed the long term consequences to the innocent people who live in these countries. He was in the air, dropping bombs and then having his brain twisted by his captors.

How can he know what war is like? He has barely been in the senate long enough to know what it is to be a senator.

Obama keeps promising change. Perhaps if he had been involved with national politics as a senator for more than just a couple of years, he would know that he can make all of the empty promises he wants. A President need to work with both houses of Congress to make change. A President can only make recommendations; it takes a member of Congress to introduce legislation. Otherwise, he is just making empty promises. Perhaps he should learn a little bit more before he starts making a bunch of promises he can't keep. The more Obama talks, the more he shows his ignorance. Do you honestly believe that a Southern white senator with three years of experience would have gone this far?
