Shawn:

My point was not based on how Obama and Hillary did against each other in the swing states, it is based on the latest polling data as to how Hillary vs. Obama does against McCain in those states. The current data has Hillary winning against McCain vs. Obama losing against McCain in Florida, Michigan and Ohio with PA too close to call.

Again, Hillary's argument out the window and totally baseless. Primary results and current "polls" reflect nothing upon the general election. Look how many contests McSham lost to Huckabee in the south after he was the "presumptive" nominee.

And this woman thinks she can unite the country. What a joke! When Obama got the majority of the pledged delegates, she should have left graciously -- a word she does not know obviously. She is as stubborn and more arrogant than President Bush -- quite an achievement!

OBAMA WILL LOOSE AGAINST MCCAIN WITHOUT HRC. THAT IS THE FACTS. THE HATE THAT HIS SUPPORTERS HAVE DID TO THE CLINTONS AND HER SUPPORTERS ARE GOING TO HAUNT THEM IN NOV. IAM PRAYING THAT HRC GOES INDEPENDANT AND SAYS THE HELL WITH HELPING O.B. O.B. HAS BEEN GIVEN THIS NOMINATION BY THE MEDIA, DNC, AND SUPER DELIGATES. ITS BEEN A FIXED RACE AGAINST HRC. SHE WINS A STATE AND THE SUPER DELIGATES GO TO HIM. HOW FIXED CAN YOU BE. IF O.B. DOSN'T PICK HRC FOR VP. IF HE IS NOMINATED ,BECAUSE OF HIS HATING SUPPORTERS, HE WILL LOOSE IN NOV. MCCAIN IS MORE QUALIFIED TO BE OUR LEADER. US CLINTON SUPPORTERS WILL MAKE SURE HE WINS."
========================================================

See, this is the kind of uneducated backwoods idiot that Hillary attracts, fools like "gary" here who post in all caps cause he doesn't know how to turn CAPS LOCK off and then spouts brainless crap like an outhouse-born retard. Is saying Barack Obama's name as "O.B." supposed to be some sort of slander against him because it's lost on us educated types like myself. Hillary will NOT go independant because it will effectively end her political career when she does and Bill will not let her do that. You are as ignorant as Hillary hopes you and millions of other easily led sheep are and you fit her demographics perfectly. You and all those idiots who keep threatening to vote for McCain against Barack Obama better remember one thing, if you do that to him now, we WILL do the SAME THING TO HILLARY in 2012. You better think hard if you have half a brain because turnabout IS fair play.

Hillary loses some of the states that Obama wins based upon current polls. Obama also wins most of the big traditionally blue states. My state is filled with idiots, so it goes red in November. Clinton's claim that she is more electable is ludicrous--if she manages to steal the nomination as she plans, she has zero chance against McCain in the fall.

Someone better tell this to Clinton because yet again at another Rally she is still smoking the Wacky Tacky saying that sources shows that she is the stronger candidate. I am still searching polls to find out where is she looking.

Hey Reggie

If Obama steals the nomination McCain will get over 10 Million of Clinton votes.

And we will never ever support Barack H. Obama that is for sure.

You Obama supporters, just do not seem to understand for all of your pseudo-intellect (LOL) we will never get in line.

We will all become Independents and vote for McCain, better a strong senior man than a weak younger person such as Obama.

Hillary only shows strength in how ridiculous she can be. She's giving the Dem. party a bad name. This, "I can't quit" or "fighter" mentality of her's only works with Bill because the public is ready for this to end. She isn't looking at her actions realistically. She would like to say that people want her to continue her fisght and thats only because she's staying away from the news. She should accept that she has lost and stop shaming herself , have some pride. The public has a long memory, she may forget but we won't.

Julie said: "What about taking a poll of my vote. It's for McCain if Obama gets the Democratic nomination. If Hillary gets it, I vote for her. So add one more count for Hillary.
---------------

Got it, jot one more down in the Moron column. Julie, we dont care anymore, you are just a statistic now.
Vote how ever you want. Dont care.

Obama's success is bringing out two things, racially, in this country:
1. It shows how far we have come in the last few decades, but
2. It is also bringing out the nasty racial prejudice and bigotry that still exists. Here in Nebraska, I have overheard someone making disparaging racial comments about having an African-American president.

Obama is not only inspiring and very intelligent, but he is "tested" and "ready" -- just as much as HRC, really. Race and gender should have nothing to do with it, but I guess they still do for a lot of ignorant Americans.

YOU CAN'T POLL POLLS!!!!! ANY scientific poll must have a margin of error. You are once again misleading the public!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Though it is true the "Poll of Polls" has to have a margin of error, the error applies to all three candidates. It doesn't subtract (for arguments sake) 3 from Obama and add three to Clinton... although I am sure that is how Clinton would "calculate" it...

There is no doubt in my mind that Hillary will reject any resolution proposed by the DNC on May 31, 2008. Bill and Hillary will not only reject the resolution but also seek court intervention. Therefore, the only way to prevent the total destruction of our party is for the undeclared superdelegates to end Hillary's blind ambition for her.

Senator Obama played by the rules and won this race fair and square. He won more state elections and most importantly more pledged delegates than Hillary.

Obama needs to reach the current 2025 or 2026 number of delegates needed to secure the nomination before Bill and Hillary Clinton file their legal challenges in court and/or Hillary executes her planned nuclear option. You can't wait. Democratic Party leader and undeclared superdelegates must pledge their support for Senator Obama before May 31, 2008.

Senator Reid, Representatives Nancy Pelosi, and Shelia Jackson-Lee, Governor Edward G. Rendell, President Carter, and Al Gore PLEASE endorse Senator Obama today and unite this party. The urgency is now. Again, I say you can’t wait until May 31, 2008.

Democratic Party leaders please don't wait until May 31, 2008, or for the primaries to end on June 3, 2008, to declare that Senator Barack Obama is the Democratic Presidential nominee. The urgency is right now!!!!!!!

3 Days until the FL/Mi outcome prevents a path to the nom for Hillary
3 Days until the HRC campaign goes nuclear, taking it to convention
6 Days to nomination of BArack Obama when he wins SD, Montana
6 Days to watch the Clinton Supporters twist in the wind in denial
6 more days of McCauliffe pulling imaginary rabbitts out of a hat
6 more days of dwindling arguments for why she should stay in
7 Days until the Superdelagates come out for Obama and end this
7 Days until Hillary decides to go to the convention and destroy the dem party

Hillary Clinton recently called this a 'historic election.' Its only historic to her because she's in it. She states she cannot understand all the pressure to quit when even least politically savvy can see its really hurting the dems chances in November. She says she's more electable and yet this poll and several others show both she and Obama beating John McCain. She says the math is on her side when the average fourth grader could tell you differently and be correct. And now when even her closest supporters cannot make any of their so-called facts (fabrications) add up to her nomination, they announce its all a conspiracy against her.

Time for a reality check. Not for her, for us. I think we've had enough of a President who cannot accept the truth when it does not suit their agenda. We've had enough of fuzzy math and false reports whose only purpose is to hide the truth. And I think we've had plenty enough of a President who only surrounds themselves with advisors who ardently support such policies regardless of the facts and whom only say to the President what the President wants to believe. Lets turn the page on these administrations. Its time for us to move on with our common agendas and put all of these divisions behind the American people. We owe it to ourselves.

Hillary may be a good candidate, but she's a lousy campaigner. She had a lead in all the polls last year, and she lost it to Obama. The Superdelegates will make a big mistake if they give her the nomination based on 'electability'. She may be leading McCain in some polls now, but based on her 'experience' as a campagner, she's liable to blow that lead too.

National polls are meaningless...... "IT's THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE, stupid!"

Obama will not beat John McCain b/c of Ohio, PA, and Florida where the demographics (including 1/2 of DEMOCRATS) rejected Obama

These polls are pointless. The popular vote doesn't win the general election, the electoral votes do! Although undemocratic (as our nomination process is), that's how the system works! A new Gallup poll shows Hillary performing better in the crucial battleground states. Hopefully the super delegates will see this, and act accordingly, lest we endure 4 more years of President McBush.

Hillary '08 & '12

"It took a Clinton to clean up after the first Bush, and it'll take a Clinton to clean up after this one!"

Folks. We need a join ticket. I am an Obama supporter. You guys aren't thinking clearly. The party is split 50/50, neither has a majority. Imagine what we can do together. This country is in deep deep trouble. All of this talk about voting for McCain if Obama or Clinton do not win is absolute nuttiness. Think about it. You can kiss abortion rights good bye, gay marriage? What's that? 4 more years of war, gas prices, home foreclosures, food cost increases, how many republican administrations does it take for America to get a clue? OBAMA CLINTON '08. Let's heal. Lincoln brought on his rivals. I know Obama can do the same. They both want great things for this Country and love this Country. I KNOW for a fact I am right about this. This is a split electorate. Like it or not, we need a dual ticket. We don't just need to win this election, we need a landslide, largest in history to show the Republicans that what happened the past 8 years is NOT Ok.

He would have achieved what only a few people have and he has raised hundreds of million of dollars. He doesn't have to worry about sending his kids to college, paying his mortgage or getting an abortion. So go ahead and vote for McSame all you won't.......I bet you will feel the results before he does!!!!!!!!!!!!

Party Divided, sad!!! She will take it to the convention, lose, and run as an independant. She is not planning her Primary exit stratedgy, she is planning her Party exit stratedgy. Seriously think about it, if President Clinton is accusing the idea of a Cover Up, to go as far as to hurt the party. I used to preface all my blogs with a "I will vote for Hillary if not Barack," but I can't do that anymore, you all make me sick, both sides of the house, I will never vote for so and so or I will stay home or I will write in or I will vote McCain. You people are ridiculous, this is the biggest election of our lifetime and to think Clinton is at this point driving it apart. She doesn't have to get out but at least try to play fair, which is a stretch. Some of her recent days say to me, she will go for the White House, Democrat or not. I am frustrated and dare I say becoming disenfrachised, again. All you negative, nasty bloggers, grow up or live with the consequences!

I just want to know what polls Clinton is looking at. She said Obama is more likely to lose vs. McCain. Is she polling her rallies? Quit trying to ruin him. You said, Senator, you will support the Democratic candidate, do it. I will say it and won't go back on it, You are looking desperate.

John May 28th, 2008 4:42 pm ET

The Obama supporters and pundits should not hang on blaming everyone, inorder for Obama to win the nomination. It is true both contenders are doing everything to win. That is typical presidential election process. It is unfair when one contender who has been given a easy ride, turns around to blame the opponent of doing everything to win.

I agree except you have one tiny little word wrong in your tirade it SHOULD read " The CLINTON supporters and pundits should not hang on blaming everyine, in order for Clinton to win the nomination..." hey but other than that it looks okay.

I honestly thought I was going to vote for a democrat no matter what this year, but If Clinton ends up with the nomination based on Florida and Michigan, I just can't bring myself to do it. It is dishonest and unethical for those votes to count when everyone had agreed that they would not early in the election. More Clinton dirty politics.

Of course it's unlikely that Clinton will get the nomination, you sexist elitist pigs running the Democratic Party will see to that. What would be the reaction if we had racist remarks at the level we get the sexist crap? What if someone referred to Barack's organs or put out a tap dancing doll? I bet you boys would be all over it. I'm voting McCain because he hasn't yet revealed anything like the misogynistic views of Democrat "king" makers. If he turns out to be a woman hater, I'll vote for Nader, or I won't vote at all. I don't give a flying one what happens to the Supreme Court, Iraq or the economy. I've lived through these things for most of my life, and I'll just keep on going.

The fact that the polls are so close given the negatives that the Republicans have brought to this election cycle is not a good sign in a year that the polls should be showing the Democratic challenger up by at least 20 points. But that's okay. Let's disenfranchise FL and MI and then let's be condescending to Hillary's supporters because they'll all come around and vote Democratic because they are Democrats. Keep dreaming. Give us issues with specifics and substance instead of mirrors and illusion. Give us respect as voters that quite possibly we are doing a little of our own research and haven't sipped the kool-aid. November may be very interesting.

Obama Will Smith Lose May 28th, 2008 4:32 pm ET

If Obama wins the Dem Nomination:

All of the uneduacated simple white Democrats that you, Howard Dean took for granted, will be voting for John McCain for President.

While that might be true if Hilldog steals this selection from the one who has played fair and won it despite all the racist moronic sexist attacts against him by shillaries campaign all us educted, reasonable, thoughtful independants, who KNOW that the prosperity (good times for you clintonistas) of the Clinton years had less to do with Bill clinton than they had to do with Bill Gates will vote for Mre. McCain, even though we do not like his policies we trust him, somehting we cannot say for mrs pantsuits, and we will trust in our government of checks and balances to keep him in line. So we will vote for Jonny boy and a democratic legislature. no way will we allow this lying b**ch of a monster into our whitehouse!

So much for Clintons argument eh??

She is out of this conversation and has been for weeks. Obama and McCain are running against eachother and she is attacking Obama. Hillary is over and yelling like a child at two people in a fight and she is on the sidelines calling names.

They say that Senator Obama can't beat McCain in November how about those sweet apples he is now leading in the poll of polls McCain only staggering defense against Senator Obama is he is not experience to handle Iraq. He is more than have the expertise to handle all of the Commander In Chief job. If McCain is so experience why did he support the Iraq decention in the first place. Former Bush PRESS spokeman Scott McCelland has now spilled the beans and they are scrambling on how to make it go away. I don't think it will. This news will most likely call for an investigation and the truth will come out. Those democrats would be direlict of duties if they didn't investigate. It has got to be more truth than not I don't believe he would write a book like that if he could not back it up. The GATES OF BUSHGATE IS NOW OPEN an is now on the table..

To all the "fed up Dems" and "white women for McCain" Not a chance do we believe a word that comes out of you! Obviously you’re a ploy by the right wing nut jobs to suggest the Dems offer something other than a positive change for this country!
