My point was not based on how Obama and Hillary did against each other in the swing states, it is based on the latest polling data as to how Hillary vs. Obama does against McCain in those states. The current data has Hillary winning against McCain vs. Obama losing against McCain in Florida, Michigan and Ohio with PA too close to call.

Obama's success is bringing out two things, racially, in this country:
1. It shows how far we have come in the last few decades, but
2. It is also bringing out the nasty racial prejudice and bigotry that still exists. Here in Nebraska, I have overheard someone making disparaging racial comments about having an African-American president.

Obama is not only inspiring and very intelligent, but he is "tested" and "ready" - just as much as HRC, really. Race and gender should have nothing to do with it, but I guess they still do for a lot of ignorant Americans.

There is no doubt in my mind that Hillary will reject any resolution proposed by the DNC on May 31, 2008. Bill and Hillary will not only reject the resolution but also seek court intervention. Therefore, the only way to prevent the total destruction of our party is for the undeclared superdelegates to end Hillary's blind ambition for her.

Senator Obama played by the rules and won this race fair and square. He won more state elections and most importantly more pledged delegates than Hillary.

Obama needs to reach the current 2025 or 2026 number of delegates needed to secure the nomination before Bill and Hillary Clinton file their legal challenges in court and/or Hillary executes her planned nuclear option. You can't wait. Democratic Party leader and undeclared superdelegates must pledge their support for Senator Obama before May 31, 2008.

Senator Reid, Representatives Nancy Pelosi, and Shelia Jackson-Lee, Governor Edward G. Rendell, President Carter, and Al Gore PLEASE endorse Senator Obama today and unite this party. The urgency is now. Again, I say you can’t wait until May 31, 2008.

Democratic Party leaders please don't wait until May 31, 2008, or for the primaries to end on June 3, 2008, to declare that Senator Barack Obama is the Democratic Presidential nominee. The urgency is right now!!!!!!!

Hillary Clinton recently called this a 'historic election.' Its only historic to her because she's in it. She states she cannot understand all the pressure to quit when even least politically savvy can see its really hurting the dems chances in November. She says she's more electable and yet this poll and several others show both she and Obama beating John McCain. She says the math is on her side when the average fourth grader could tell you differently and be correct. And now when even her closest supporters cannot make any of their so-called facts (fabrications) add up to her nomination, they announce its all a conspiracy against her. Time for a reality check. Not for her, for us. I think we've had enough of a President who cannot accept the truth when it does not suit their agenda. We've had enough of fuzzy math and false reports whose only purpose is to hide the truth. And I think we've had plenty enough of a President who only surrounds themselves with advisors who ardently support such policies regardless of the facts and whom only say to the President what the President wants to believe. Lets turn the page on these administrations. Its time for us to move on with our common agendas and put all of these divisions behind the American people. We owe it to ourselves.

The fact that the polls are so close given the negatives that the Republicans have brought to this election cycle is not a good sign in a year that the polls should be showing the Democratic challenger up by at least 20 points.
