SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (CNN) - Sen. Hillary Clinton is spending her second straight weekend campaigning in Puerto Rico before the island territory's June 1 primary. It could be one of her last chances to boost her popular vote total.
For Clinton, it's a family affair - with both husband Bill and daughter Chelsea making the rounds.
"Chelsea and I and Hillary have now been to 42 of Puerto Rico's municipalities campaigning for the votes of the people of Puerto Rico," Bill Clinton said Thursday.
"She represents more Puerto Ricans than anyone in the world except someone who is elected here. Send the message back to the mainland on Sunday that Puerto Rico deserves to be considered and its potential is unlimited if only you had a genuine partner in the White House," he added.
She's counting on a strong showing on Sunday. With 55 delegates up for grabs Tuesday, it's the last big prize before the primaries end.

PR delegation is strange. They can vote in the primaries but not in the general election. Primaries and caucasus are not governed by the Voting Rights Acts per see. Each party can say whose votes counts and whose vote does not, and no one is considered disenfrancised. In the Gerneral Election every vote must count. When it was ruled that Fla and Mich votes would not count
because they violated the rules, this was not in violation of the VRA. That's why the Federal Court threw the law suit out. Why should the violator of the rules be rewarded? It's in writing. If Dean had some backbone he'd enforce his ruling. The Delegates are hollowing because they want to go to the big hoopla (National Convention), more so than keeping the rules that were agreed upon by all the then candidates. What a misscarriage of justice is to be done Saturday on Obama.

What is the educational and leiteracy leval in Puerto Rico. If the voters are educated well read and make informed decisions, it will favour Obama. If on the other hand they are like those of West Virginia – just think of P.T. Barnum talking about fools – they will buy whatever pandering promises Clinton can come up with.
