Will Nancy "my face doesn't move" Pelosi push HIllary out? Stayed tuned.

Watch the Dems endorse Obama and blow the election.

McCain will win, especially with Jindal or Romney on the ticket.
Obama cannot hold a candle to Jindal.

CNN, Please post this one comment.

This is a step in the right direction. They should make it so shortly after the June 3rd primary, someone should get the necessary number of delegates. And not get dragged on til the convention.

The funniest thing I find about this whole situation is how much Hillary and her supporters (even those posting on these comment sections) can't seem to accept the reality that she is most likely not going to get the nomination... despite all the "fuzzy" math being used when counting MI and FL... pushing to have MI counted as-is even though one of the candidates wasn't even on the ballot? How does someone rationalization something like that? How do any of you rabid-Clinton supporters see that as fair in any way?

And all you, "if my candidate doesn't get the nomination, I'm gonna vote for McCain" people, don't let the door hit you on the way out. I'd rather want people that can think a bit rationally in the party...

Jane L,

So Hillary wants every state to vote and every vote to count? Then please explain why she wants the nomination to be based on the popular vote knowing full well that means that 4 caucus states will not be considered.

Oh right, because those states voted overwhelmingly for Obama.

Why can't everybody stop trying to end the process before it has time to run its course. Democrates created the rules and Democrates should follow their own rules. Anything less is hypocritcal and unethical

I love the people that think Hillary will 'win' if she goes independent. She'd effectively split the vote with Obama and not take anything away from McCain and that would be your winner.

As bad as it's been, I really doubt the Clintons would rather have another Republican warmonger than a democrat. They'll be pushing hard for VP if anything.

It's not the super's faults. Clinton should have left the race with a shred of dignity long ago. Now she's 20 million in debt, telling everyone she's the most electable.

The most electable person to me is the one who spent their money the wisest. We don't need more debt.

For those that are unaware of the facts and the rules that have been around for many elections, it is not popular vote that wins or decides this election or the general election. Delegates and eventually electoral votes are the deciding factor.

By the way: Hillary was instrumental in destroying herself and her campaign all by herself. Not the media, not Obama, and not the Obama supporters could have come up with the deception, lies, and constant arrogance that this “woman” did. I also believe that they should have kicked her out of the race after she accumulated a $10M debt, now what is it over $20M. She will be great for the economy.

The process is at an end and one is ahead in pledged delegates - that person should be the nominee, period.

If you want another means to decide the nominee, then change the process during the next 4 years.

Obama MUST be the nominee for democracy to stand any chance (that is one person one vote). Supers must reflect this.

Yes! Yes! It is time for this nomination process to come to a peaceful conclusion. After the Democratic presidential nominee has been offically announced, we must come together as Democracts to form a united force againt the Republican spin machines. We must not be seen by the Republicans as being divided. Karl Rove is waiting for the go ahead in tihe wings to begin his dirty work. Mark my words.

Our nation would be greatly weakened by the continuation of the Bush administration in the person of John McCain. We must forgive each other and work together for the sake of our children, future generations, and ourselves. The world is watching and waiting to see what we will do and how we do it.

Margaret, I don't know how to explain this to you, but I'll try:

A. The nominee is picked by delegates to the convention, not popular
     vote

B. Hillary Clinton's initial strategy was to win the nomination by winning the pledged delegates. When that option was lost because of Obamas victories she said superdelegates should decide.

C. Now that she is behind in the super delegate category she is saying that despite the nominating rules, the popular vote is the only measure that matters.

D. Even if you give her all the votes cast for her in Florida and Michigan, (even though Obama was not on the ballot in Michigan) she still hasn't the popular vote lead in primary states without including votes to be cast in Puerto Rico. Please remember that Puerto Rico is not a state and none from P.R. will be able to vote in Nov.

E. Obama has won nearly all the caucus states, some which have large populations. Conveniently, the Clinton camp is not too worried about disenfranchising those millions of voters living in caucus states.

This sense of entitlement by Clinton and many of her supporters is offensive. They are acting and talking like the nomination was somehow stolen from them. The reality is that Obama ran a vastly superior campaign and will win the nomination as he deserves to under the rules.

This is very very simple.
1. BOTH candidates signed papers proclaiming neither would campaign there and the MI and FL votes WOULD NOT count.
2. You cannot count votes that were not supposed to count.

I am a DEMOCRAT pure and simple, Obama or Hillary but the fact is any human being using rational thought can see that Obama is the nominee. That being said, Hillary supporters who say they will vote McCain - What are you thinking?
McCain is totally opposite of Hillary so how could you ever vote for him?
Please vote rationally and don't get sucked in by all this hype.

Here we go again with the King and Queen of hypocrisy. All these Obamists want is to hand him the nomination no matter the opinion of the American voters. Voters should demand respect and remember when it comes time for them to be re-elected.

Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy, Kerry, Richardson, etc., etc., etc., have no shame.

Stay tuned and alert!

There is no reasonable explanation for uncommitted super-delegates to remain so ... leaving only one other reason for not committing and that to play politics! If they don't know by now ... they should never have been entrusted with the responsibility in the first place! It's time for the Clintons to also face reality ... they are not the future of the Democratic Party and there is a good number of people who simply do not like them.

this election was always hilliary's to lose and she did exactly that. she and her husband thought that the american people were going to give this to them no questions asked. you can see these people think they are entitled to get to the whitehouse without having to work for it. it just so happened that some young bi-racial guy decided that this was his time and now look what we are going through because the clinton's say it is her turn. this is so sad. and we all know that the democrats do not want to cross them. i guess we should just shut up and wait until they can work out a deal or they decide they have no power left. so sad.

I THINK IT ABOUT TIME THE DNC NEED TO CHANGE THE WAY THEY SELECT THE NOMINEE PROCESS.

1. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THE CAUCUS,SO EVERYBODY CAN VOTE BY THE MAIL OR BY THE POLLING PLACE.
2. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THE SUPERDELEGATE AND LET THE VOTER HAVE THE FINAL SAY. NOT BY SOMEONE THAT MOST PEOPLE NEVER HEARD OF.
3. THEY NEED TO BOUNDLE UP THE PRIMARY,LET SAY 10 STATES FOR EACH CONTEST FOR 5 MONTH PERIOD RIGHT NEXT TO 1 ANOTHER. NOT 1 OR 2 PRIMARY AT 2000 MILES APART SO EACH CANDIDATE CAN SAVE TIME AND MONEY AT THE SAME TIME.
4. THEY NEED TO GIVE A WINNER AT LEAST 65% OF THE DELEGATE SO WE DON'T NEVER AND EVER HAVE THIS KIND OF MESS THAT WE'RE HAVING RIGHTNOW.

VOTE HILLARY OR MCCAIN ONLY FOLK! NO OBAMA PERIOD!

Obama lost me so long ago...let me count the ways:

playing the race card again and again.

cheating at caucus

falsely claiming himself a uniter- as he divided the democrats.

falsely claiming he could win back the Clinton supporters, but not vice versa. So arrogant.

Mocking and jeering Hillary with the Annie Oakley comments.

Brushing Hillary and her supporters right off his shoulder with his cocky, silly boastful arrogance.

Getting the superdelegates to abandon their job and role and support him. Oh, wait...that is playing the race card again.

I remember the promise in 2000 from Bush1T.

"I want an armed forces that will fight and win wars. Not this peace keeping mission that is detrimental to moral."

Bush has not been able to do either.

And the list of unfulfilled promises goes on and on and on... anyone that votes republican has rocks in the head.

One thing is for darn sure.
Hillary ain't winnin' it!
Sweet!

It's obvious Pelosi has had enough of Camp Shillary, and the wheels of Justice have begun to turn.

Losers exit, stage right.

But first, can she get President Obama a nice hot cup of coffee? Two sugars. Too sweet!

There is a significant difference between Obama's so-called hard-ball politics in Chicago and what Hillary is doing now. Obama called for a STRICT ENFORCEMENT of petition rules, to the detriment of candidates who had gathered their signatures incorrectly, whereas Hillary & Co. are FLAGRANTLY DISREGARDING the very DNC rules she signed off on. Obama will try to strike a generous compromise on Saturday in order to move the process forward, but Hillary will want to take her fantasy about leading in the popular vote all the way to the convention. It really is up to the superdelegates to let us get on with beating McCain. Do it NOW, please.

Well, if all he's going to do is follow McCain's suggestions, why do we need Obamus?????

They are the two most worthless do-nothings in the ultimate do-nothing congress. The wimps can't get any other thing done, but they can meddle in this pathetic train-wreck of a primary. They and Dean are hopeless!

A QUESTION THE CLINTON SUPPORTERS SHOULD ASK

THEMSELVES, WHY THE CLINTONS DID NOT COME TO

THE AID OF OUR PARTY DURING THE CHADD COUNTS?

WE SHOULD NOT BE SCARED OR FOOLED INTO A VOTE.

BILL & HILLI HAVE NEVER HAD THE PARTY OR COUNTRY

BEST INTEREST AT HEART. THEIR MANY SLEAZY ACTS ARE

POSITIVE PROOF.

I love how the Billary supporters are now trying to undermine Pelosi as they know when the majority of Superdelegates pick Obama Hillary won't have a leg to stand on - STOP LOOKING FOR EXCUSES!

Look Hillary tried to black mail Pelosi saying her big fundraisers wouldn't support the DNC unless Hillary was picked - so don't get upset about this move!

It's over, you're living in a Hillary wonder land if you think she should have the nominee - she lies - spins and i'm sick of it -

Bring on Wednesday and the start of the General election -

Nancy does not control the election - the PEOPLE DO - AND looks like Hillary has the Popular VOTE - you know the Will of the People!
OBama BLOCKED REVOTES in FL & MI - BUT the obama group does NOT want to talk about this FACT - only the "rules"!

Take this ALL the way to the convention! OR sadly the Dems will have lost - again!

If Reid and Pelosi are so determined to end this why don't they declare their candidate before Saturday's debacle at the Rule Committee meeting.
