Making fun of people is not exactly the way to get them to back you up. Unless you don't want or need their support.
Senator Obama supporters, of which I'm strongly one, let's not add fuel to the fire.
Yes, she teared up and in conjunction with what seemed like a gang up by Edwards and Obama, Senator Clinton won New Hampshire.
So, while politics is a contact sport, let's not further alienate people who already have bruised feelings for feeling like their aonited one was somehow abused or done wrong.

Clinton supporters, the facts are:
more money, superior name recognition, more infrastructure to begin with, and more backing by the party (started off with a HUGE lead among Superdelegates) and she pulled and Al Gore. That is, she came from ahead to get far enough behind that it seems inevitable that she'll lose.

My opinion, which we're all entiteld to have one (as long as it's reasonably logical) is this:
Sen. Clinton's future political fate is tied to Obama whether anyone, include President Clitnon and Sen. Clinton, want to admit it or not.
IF Senator McCain wins in Nov., he'll be able to dictate terms on a wide range of things also along with veto power.
And while you may say we'll let him win and she'll get it in 2012, well I say not so fast my friend. MANY Dems will lok back at this election cycel and realize that (currently) more than 75% of the people in this country disapporve of President Bush and want a change. And at the same time, more than 60% view, and have viewed for some time now, like 8-10 months or longer, that this country is on the wrong track.
So, with that background, someone is going to ask, how did McCain win when he was championing many of the same policies that Bush has with such poor ratings?
They will look and see how Sen Clinton had virtually no chance to get the nomination, but continued to attack Sen Obama and also not help to unify the party. And for that,
1) 2 – 3 SC judges appointed by McCain (say goodbye to woman's rights, specifically reproductive rights)
2) continued war(s) in middle east (say hello to more soldiers coming home maimed or dead for uneccessary war(s)
3) Economy still bad. I guess $4+/gallon gas wasn't enough for some of us, we should spending $5 or 6. Oh, and more jobs going overseas never to come back.

Clinton supports, I'm simply saying that it ain't just the next 4 yrs. Choosing wrong in Nov between McCain and Obama will have consequences for the next 20-30 years. As one who gave the current admin every chance to be right, we need complete CHANGE.

I'm glad the Preist came out and apologized to Hiliary for his far-fetched sermon. What I find interesting is that it seems the right-wing are trying to find anything to slow down Obama.

If the voters and super delegates have a brain that functions, Obama should be not only in deep trouble in his campaign, but impeached as a Senator. He is obviously connected to a lot of unsavory people.

This also brings up the role the church plays in our politics. They want us to stay out of their business, they should stay out of politics. The Catholic church should lose it's tax exempt status.

It is unfortunate for the American public that the only true Independents on CNN are Lou Dobbs and Jack Cafferty. Cafferty's book should be required reading for voters.

Hillary brought this ridiculing on herself. She is the candidate who is quick to reinforce stereotypes and the perception that she is the "white" candidate because of her wins in Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennslyvania.

If you look at the McCain and Obama campaigns up to this point, neither one has used the issue of race and gender to divide the electorate to the degree that Hillary's campaign has.

I saw the YOUTUBE video and of course it's a 3 minute breakdown of a 20 minute sermon. But I did find it humorous and fairly accurate.

In one corner, the Republican Religious Right. In the other corner, the dirty little secret of the Democratic Party, Rev. Wright, Pfleger, and the other racist men of the cloth. While one cannot blame Obama for everything a preacher says in Obama's church, we see a pattern developing, and there are other, "less political" churches in Chicago. The hatemongering that comes from these Democratic preachers is amazing, and is starting to drown out Obama's message of moving forward out of the past. The question that we'll see answered as we approach the general election is whether the preachers of hate and divisiveness will drag Obama into a backward looking defensive mode, or whether the hatemongers will allow Obama to campaign on a message of hope and moving forward.

I hate to say it but the Priest told the truth as he and many others saw it. Mrs. Clinton thought she had the Presidency in the bag, this is why her campaign ran so poorly, she never thought Obama would out wit, out play, or out last her. She feels a sense of entitlement, and as long as she keeps beating a dead horse everyone will see that Father Pfleger was correct. If she does steal this nomination her legacy will be as disgraceful as her Husband's.

See the whole sermon. Take a look at what Father Pfleger has done for Chicago. This was probably not the right place to say what he said and he appologized but it is what an awful lot of people are thinking!
The news media is at fault here for even airing anything like this. After McClennon book and what the news media should have been confronting Washington with, don't you think its time we payed attention to more important things like getting the troops out of Iraq–NOW! Building bridges, roads and bringing back jobs to America. This is snippy and tabloid reporting!!! I'm getting a little sick of it!!

The real problem with this video is not the mocking of Hillary Clinton – it is the rest of the speech where this priest spews hatred for all white people and the parishoners stand up and cheer. This is the church that Senator Obama says is "christian" which he claims led him to Jesus. These are the same people Sen. Obama reached out to in order to launch his political career. It is time for him to withdraw from this election before we have to endure any more of this. By staying in this race he is dividing the country in ways never imagined. He is bringing shame to all the people of this country, and most importantly to the majority of African-Americans who are honest, hard-working, loving people.

Pfleger is a truly digusting so called Rev. I would like to see any white Rev. say this about Obama. Why the whole black community would come down around that Rev. or Preacher.
