Puerto Rico deserves to be a state. As a conservative Republican I understand it may very well add 2 US Senators who will be Democrats but regardless of ANY political asides such as that they deserve statehood. It is the right thing to do if the people of PR want it.

Hi ! This poll need to take in consideration the people who stay home because will be improper for them to influence in the politics of other nation. That 72% for statehood in Hilaries voters respond to a PNP (pro statehood party) and some PPD (commonwelth party). In the 57% most of the Obamas supporters are PPD and some other are PNP. Within the Commonwealth party exist a more liberal sector that will be staying home because that will a "anexation action".

I used to have a great deal of respect for Wolfe but I think due to the long primaries, lack of sleep or may be allegiance to the Clintons Wolfe is so delusional. There he is going against his best political team as he calls his panelists and encouraging Hillary's claim for superdelegates to overturn BO pledged delegates and recognize her popular votes for the nominee.

It proves Clintons are divisive. Clinton promised to give PR a statehood within her first term but I didn't hear people asking for it recently.

Where ever they go, they divide

They divided people on race and sex, then bluecollar and white collar..

If Clinton gets the nomination which I doubt and if she wins again I doubt, at the end of her term, dems won't get back to GOP for next many yeras. That's what happened after Bill Clinton's so called legacy.
