Has it ever occurred to you people who say "Obama will lose" that IF he loses, it won't be because he's a "weaker" candidate but because you have voted AGAINST your interests (since Obama and Clinton have similar policies) and for a man that is total opposite, out of mere spite?

I am a 41year old black women living in north carolina and I was going to vote surport hillary in the beginning until I seen Barack Obama that's when heard barack one of his speeches. I change my mine because i just know that he would be the nominee of my party first of all it was where he stood on the issues and then second it was that he was africa america this has been along road for both parties hillary and barack my point is that I was perpared to vote hillary if she was the nominee but the way some of surporters show out at the DNC conference the other day it showed me that either they didn't wont a black man to be the nominee just that bad, or they are just that uneducated where they could not know that it was not all that serious where they were crying and about to go into cardiac arrest is just not worth my health or anything else for that fact but it made me feel so kind of good to walk into my polling place to cast my vote for africa america a opportunity that this country has never had in this america history I'm ready to turn the page and be part of writeing the next chapter in america history ...

Not sure if this is the right choice for Mr. McCain, I would think he needs someone with a bit more "flair" who is well known for domestic issues to counter-balance Mr. McCain's belief that he is strong on foreign issues.

However, since it appears (and has appeared for a while) that Mr. Obama will finally wrap up the Democratic Nomination tomorrow. I personally do not care who Mr. McCain brings in as his VP (I would not be surprised if it were Lieberman actually). I will be supporting and voting for Mr. Obama come November.

I remember as a kid how I supported the Vietnam war. This was because my leaders instilled fear in me that if we retreated from Vietnam, all of Asia would be over run by Communism. The magnitude doesn't matter, if you win by a single vote/delegate you still win.

People, quit worrying that Hillary has "something up her sleeve." The party chooses the nominee, not Hillary. There isn't anything she can do, she can't "sue" to win the race. The courts have already ruled that they have no jurisdiction in how primaries pick their candidates, it's up to the party. And we can tell which way they are leaning.

At this point, the only likely reason she is still running is to repay her campaign loans from herself.

If she is dissatisfied with the Democrat party, she needs to leave it.
She should've left at the start of the race however, if that was her intention. Complaining about the rules only once its clear that they do not favor you is very, very poor sportsmanship.

I hope everyone realizes that Clinton wants Obama to lose and that she is doing this on purpose... The longer she stays in and splits the party, the easier it will be for McCain... Sanford is non-factor in South Carolina. His main goal was to bring School-Choice to SC, but the people of SC voted in a Democrat as Superintendent to stop him from doing it. Thats right, the only Democrat elected to a South Carolina state office in 2006 was Jim Rex, and only because he was against Sanfords inane silly idea.
If SC would actually wake up and listen, they would see as a state we are closer to the Democrats than Republicans. However, most don't vote because they think the Southern Baptist own the state. However, they don't, and it is a shame we let them pretend they do.
