McCain may have made many trips to Iraq, on the taxpayer's dime and a waste of huge amounts of jet fuel, but he didn't seem to learn much – or is he just another old man, forgetful and full of crochets: remembering how it used to be ... when he was a maverick, before Bush stole the election of 2000 ...

When he gets into office you should hold on to your wallet because whatever you have left after paying for food and gas, he will be taking to give free health care, free housing, and free food to those who don't work, won't work, and would not work if you made them president of General Motors. On top of that every radical muslim in the world will be trying him on for size since they know he will never commit troops against them. Obama is correct. The US did Iran a favor by getting rid of Saddam, a sunni, who fought Iran to a draw 20 years ago. Iran has far greater influence and power in that region now that Saddam is gone.

I don't care anymore - being Democratic it's humiliating that we have a presidential nominee who is nothing more than a privilaged individual who is wet behind the ears and will probably have to be trained on the job. What a choice we have, someone who could possibly run this country on trial and error - oh, well! All I know is that I'm one of those millions of voters whose vote apparently didn't count. But, if it's possible for me to write in the name of Hillary Clinton in November, that's what I'll do, so hopefully, she won't agree to any "dream" ticket with Obama. If THAT happens, it's McCain who'll get the vote!

I think, in my opinion, the word "flimsy" would be more accurate to use Sen. Lieberman. I just cannot picture that candidate doing anything to help Israel. I just have to look at all of the baggage.
