McCain set a new personal fundraising record.
McCain set a new personal fundraising record.

(CNN) — John McCain raised $21.5 million in May, according to his campaign — his best fundraising month to date.

The Arizona senator's previous one-month best was $18 million in April. McCain spokesman Brian Rogers says the campaign currently has $31.5 million cash on hand.

McCain still lags far behind Democrat Barack Obama’s one-month record: in February, the Illinois senator raised $55 million.

GIve it a rest, so you would rather vote for someone who has "experience" doing things that are not in line with your candidate, than vote for the candidate who wants to end the war, truly help the economy, bring about universal healthcare, and truly do things to help the many Americans who are not rich? If you answer, yes, May God help you.

Lets have no more talk of Hillary. She has dishonored herself, her party, and her supporters by not conceding and falling into the ranks as did Edwards Et Al. She used the kitchen sink, reckless statements, and pouting to no avail. Now she wants to demand the VP position. From now on lets speak only of the issues:
· End the War
· Universal Healthcare
· Turn the Economy Around
· Fight the Greenhouse Effect
· Ensure a Women’s Right to Choose: Thanks leapfrog
Vote Obama

PS:
Dear “Voter”: Fact is, she got more votes than any primary candidate in US history, including BO.

And what good did it do her? Taking a popular vote to a delegate fight is like taking a knife to a gunfight.

Charlotte   June 5th, 2008 1:24 pm ET

It is most likely due to the Clinton supporters who are very disappointed with the DNC. I am not one that will go that far, at least not yet..Obama must find weaker person then himself to be a running mate. Good luck with that prospect. I am a democrat, I am not a Republican. I have voted for Republicans in the past because the Democratic Party chose the wrong person in my opinion. It was also the opinion of a lot of other democratcs who crossed over to vote for Reagan. I do not believe Obama is the best person for the job. The DNC has been trying to force Hillary out of the race for along time. That is what I find objectionable. The media has given Obama a free ride. The Wright issue came out because they finally had no choice but to air it. I am not happy my candidate lost, that is true. Once again I am forced to choose an alternative to the nominee. I choose to write in Hillary Clinton. If McCain can get Colin Powell as a running mate I might crossover instead of a write-in for Hillary.

Tonya, Richmond, VA   June 5th, 2008 1:24 pm ET

Oh and for the people who are saying they are voting for McCain if their candidate Hillary isn't on the ticket are obviously mad and bitter.

McCain and Hillary do not have the same ideas when it comes to the important issues at hand. They are like day and night.

So how can you go from one end of the spectrum to the other? Makes no sense and shows the bitterness.

The Nation of Islam
In the early 1930s, a man named Fard Mohammed founded the Nation of Islam (NOI), an organization that expanded under the leadership of Elijah Mohammed and is today led by Minister Louis Farrakhan. It was the NOI that Malcolm X first joined but later left to enter mainstream Sunni Islam, just as did Warith Mohammed, son of Elijah Mohammed, upon the death of his father.

The Nation of Islam therefore became a major gateway into orthodox Sunni Islam for African Americans, whose descendants generally are referred to as “indigenous Muslims.” At the same time, many African Americans have remained in the Nation of Islam. NOI supporters claim membership of between 50,000 and 100,000. Their detractors say they number around 20,000.

The majority of Muslims in the United States, however, are immigrants and their descendants. The 1965 relaxation in U.S. immigration laws increased the inflow, which continues to this day. In Yvonne Haddad’s book The Muslims of America, Carol Stone used 1980 census data to demonstrate that the numbers of Muslims were highest in California, New York and Illinois. At that time, 400,000 Muslims lived in New York, 180,000 in Illinois and some 30 percent of America’s Muslims lived in California. Today those numbers have more than doubled, and large numbers of Muslims are found in New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, Arizona and Michigan. A sizeable concentration also is found around the U.S. national capital in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Look where obama got his votes from.

If John McCain appears a bit “stiff” to you, rather than “bouncy” like Senator Obama, here’s why:

• In 1967 McCain escaped from his burning jet during the USS Forrestal fire. While helping another pilot escape, exploded bomb fragments struck him in the legs and chest.
• Later that year, his Skyhawk was shot down over Hanoi.
• McCain fractured both arms and a leg, and then nearly drowned, when he parachuted into a lake.
• After he regained consciousness, a crowd attacked him, crushed his shoulder with a rifle butt, and bayoneted him.
• He was transported to Hoa Lo Prison, the "Hanoi Hilton."
• Now having lost 50 pounds, in a chest cast, and with his hair turned white, a program of severe torture began on McCain.
• He was subjected to 2-3 beatings per week, as well as rope bindings.
• His injuries left him permanently incapable of raising his arms above his head.
• McCain was put into solitary confinement for 2 years.
• Altogether, John McCain was held as a prisoner of war in North Vietnam for 5-1/2 years.

Kevin   June 5th, 2008 1:25 pm ET

Fact is McCain has not needed to have alot of money because his primary has been done for awhile. So while Obama and all his robot supporters waste money on their primary and will have less to give during the general election, McCain's supporters will be able to continue to support him.
As far as the world thinking America dumb if McCain wins, the view of America has only been formed by the Democrats continually rooting for America to fail in their blind ambition for power.

The best politcal polls are how much cash can you raise and how many people go out of their way to show up to see and hear you speak.

These polls show "Proactiveness" and count more than answering questions from a phone call.

These "Proactive" polls means theres a greater chance that you'll show up to vote.

christi   June 5th, 2008 1:26 pm ET

Lynn:

I find it difficult to believe that you along with many others constantly throw out the threat of "taking my toys from the sandbox if I can't play" type of scenario. I think Clinton ran a campaign filled with tenacity and spirit, but because her campaign managers made some vital mistakes, it put her behind. It did not help that she was constantly on the attack-which only gives fodder to the Republican to use in the General Election. Perhaps not everyone's candidate was nominated, but for the good of the country, I think it might be a good idea to take the candidate who has won and try to make sure he is elected . By giving your money, time, and vote to McCain, you are agreeing with his philosophy against Roe vs. Wade, the war in Iraq, and tax cuts for the wealthiest. If you are indeed a Democrat, I just don't understand how you could switch that easily in all of these areas.

To "The rest of the world": Go ahead and save for that trip. The whole idea of McCain being a 'third Bush term' is an insane political catch phrase. Look at the voting records before actually spouting off as if you know something. Also, gas prices, the economy, and healthcare are not the exclussive fault of this President. I'm not a huge fan of Bush or McCain honestly, but both of them recieve far too much bashing than they deserve…all from people who read a headline or three and think that they understand everything about amazingly complex situations. FYI, I'm not a fanatic supporter of anyone at this point. My candidate did not make it onto the ballot.

'Lynn' are you serious? Considering how opposite Sen. McCain's policies are in contrast to Sen. Clinton's - your not voting for Sen. Obama does not make sense.

You are not sticking it to Sen. Obama by voting for McCain/McSame. Further, who are we to decide who Sen. Obama chooses as a running mate? With Caroline Kennedy on the vice-president search committee, Sen. Clinton can kiss that opportunity goodbye. And why choose someone that thinks you are not qualified to be President? Not to mention the baggage of former President Clinton. That choice is more headache than its worth. Its clear he does not need her to win.

What other nominee in history has been strong armed this way? Let's see, none….

The money will now start to come in for the Republicans. Until now, its all gone to the Democrats to feed the destruction of both Clinton and Obuma. Although I was supporting Obama, if Clinton had won the nomination I would have voted for her. Anything to get the type of administration that we currently have out of there. They have harmed this country in so many ways that it might take many years for things to be righted again. The Republicans DREAM of the divisiveness that most certainly is trying to engulf the Democratic party at this time. In order to win in November and set the country on a better course, we have to try to unite everyone. Of course, that's just my opinion.

CitizenAJ   June 5th, 2008 1:31 pm ET

Yeah, this is about as good as it gets for McCain. His stance on issues is so backward, so out of touch and he has the audacity to come on national T.V. the night that Senator Obama won the number of delegates to be the democratic nominee and make comments like he is the right change. Get real, he makes me sick! O.k. Mr. Right Change, why don't you support the new GI Bill? As a former service member and a person with common sense (I hope), I am for it and cannot see how providing better benefits for THOSE WHO PUT THEIR LIFE ON THE LINE FOR THE DEMOCRACY YOU SWEAR YOU WILL DEFEND, will cause a max exodous. If anything, good GI Bills created more enlistments. How do I know, because most of the young men I join the service with, joined to take advantage of the BENEFITS! Out of touch! That is what you are voting for if you support John McCain. Ask him if he even talked to the men and women the new GI Bill will affect to get their perspective or young men and women who could potentially join the service? Guarantee you he did not.

McCain will do fine in fundraising. Obama will need to get much more specific in his talks and stop so much sloganizing if he will continue to grow his coalition of small donors. I support Obama, but BIG MONEY will make their voice heard and Obama will need to broaden to address this.

I refuse to worry about bitter Clinton supporters who are willing to vote against their interest because they are hurt and disappointed. That's childish behavior in the face of such monumental challenges faced by this country. If they like McCain and his policies, fine. But a protest vote is a right that is only exercised at their own peril.

Thank you to the rest of the world. I truly hope that the democrats will unite with or without Hillary on the ticket. We all must understand that nothing will change if McCain is elected. We will all CONTINUE TO SUFFER. We were blessed to have 2 excellent democrats enter this contest. With either one of them elected we would have drastic positvie changes. Democrats voting for McCain is obsurd, you will only hurt yourselves in the long run. If you trully support Hillary you will follow her lead and unite the democrats with Obama and put a democrat in office.

Caryn, WDC   June 5th, 2008 1:33 pm ET

Hillary supporters…

Hillary is going to endorse Obama on Saturday, why can't you get behind the Democratic nominee?

Why are you making the rest of us suffer for transgressions that were committed by the media and whoever else.

Obama ran his campaign and Hillary ran hers. Only one person can win. If Hillary can be gracious and support the Democratic nominee, you should really all think very long and hard about what your true motives are.

Karen from Charlottesville   June 5th, 2008 1:33 pm ET

I'm looking forward to an exciting, substantive race. The candidates are very different, and each one has strengths and weaknesses. From the beginning, I have hoped for a matchup between two individuals with integrity and now we have it. I am really stoked about the town hall meetings - as Americans, we deserve to seen a campaign that is both civil and intelligent. We;ve seen far too little of that in the last 18 years. I hope the worst of it is behind us and I urge McCain to make sure the arguments are about policy rather than about swift boats and ministers.

Still for Hill   June 5th, 2008 1:34 pm ET

I will vote for the very best choice

That is Hillary Clinton.

And… I will say clearly to the DNC and the democratic party- do not fix elections. I want fair play, fair elections, no hatred against fellow democrats.

Hillary will unite the entire country.

Write in Hill for a Nov win

Randy M   June 5th, 2008 1:34 pm ET

SHAME ON ALL who will cast a protest vote for McCain. If you hate Obama that much then do the right thing and STAY HOME. DON'T destroy our already tattered nation out of spite.

Look in the mirror and ask yourself if you honestly think McCain would be better? Putting MCain in the White House will not bring Hillary back. You think that she'll win in 2012 if McCain wins now? She will be destroyed as a power because she couldn't deliver you back to the Dem. Party. If you think she got a raw deal this time, try your little stunt and see what she AND you get. Heck, there won't be a country to be President of in 2012 if we stay on this road. Think before you vote, people!!!!!

Jason-NoVA   June 5th, 2008 1:34 pm ET

This won't matter. The brand is worthless and people know it.

You can't revive a brand that has been so thoroughly damaged in 5 months. People will always be far too suspicious to give it another try… This coming from a branding consultant.

Unfortunatley for Republicans, this was over the moment Barack Obama won the Democratic nomination.

I can't stand these Clinton supporters.

They aren't voting for McCain because they don't like the democratic nominee, it is out of spite because the Democratic party didn't throw the election results out the window and nominate Clinton.

Your candidate lost, don't be a sore loser.

It is pathetic.

It's like "You had better give the nominee to Clinton, regardless of the fact that she lost… OR ELSE!!!"

It is ridiculous and you only represent a small number of Clinton supporters, don't think you represent any high proportion of her 18 million voters.

Most of them aren't as simple as you are.

virginia nielsen   June 5th, 2008 1:34 pm ET

Dale in WV   June 5th, 2008 1:35 pm ET

Obama will get another $500 from me! Ownership of this campaign is exciting. I'm so happy Barack asked the DNC to refuse money from PAC and corporations.

Kaye- Jacksonville FL   June 5th, 2008 1:35 pm ET

Hmmmm - could his closed-door, invitation only fund-raiser with Georgy Pordgy Bush have made the difference?? It's a bit amusing and pathetic, don't you think?? He can't raise enough money to sputter along with Bush's big-wigs.

Kudos to Obama for declining lobbyist and PAC money and louder kudos for insisting that the DNC do the same!

We're smarter than you think, Senator McCain…get ready for a new kind of political battle.

Nicosia, Petersburg,Va   June 5th, 2008 1:35 pm ET

Wow some people will never learn. Voting for a man b/c your candidate lost. The last time I checked the legal voting age is 18 and over so let us all act like adults and vote not based off emotions(hurt feelings, bruised egos,) but off of rational logical reasoning. Otherwise we will continue this vicious cycle of regretting your decision 1 yr into office.

To all those Hillary supporters that are going to vote for McCain…….if you are truly Democrats and truly believe in America as a whole, you will do the right thing and vote Democrat. If you are so angry that Hillary is not the nominee and you are going to vote McCain - it says one of two things 1) you really are not a Democrat and 2) you are a "professional feminist" and gender is all that matters to you, not policies, issues, or intelligence, just plain gender. That makes you an ignorant voter and for that matter an ignorant person

The US needs a royal leader so we can improve our standing in the world! Barack is bigger then being President of the United States. He's President of the entire WORLD! All the accomplishments in his life shows he's the man that can unite the universe! Barack will take the wealth of the US and distribute it to all the needy people of the world. We all will have to work harder, pay more taxes, and have less freedom, but it will be worth it.

Obama will be a disaster. Guaranteed.

Mark   June 5th, 2008 1:37 pm ET

It's about time we stop this talk about a "Bush third term". It's convenient rhetoric but anyone who sees and listens to McCain knows it's fiction. The fact that he can talk to Bush, the very man who personally attacked his family in 2000 and the fact that he speaks highly of Hillary shows you he's not afraid to reach out and bridge. This is a mark of true leader. Americans need a dose of reality and not hot air. These are difficult times that require tried and tested leaders.

I am not interested in McCain period. I do want to comment on Obama, the Democratic nominee since I am a democrat. I have a question and I hope someone can answer me today.

Hillary is "suspending" her campaign - what does that mean exactly????? Why not "END" her campaign???? And I heard on Fox news of all places to turn to, that it meant she was holding her delegates and that she may want a place on the nominating ticket - is that at Convenion or on the ballot????? I am confused only because I know how divisive and dishonest Clintons are.

CAN ANYONE OUT THERE EXPLAIN IT TO ME????

Like many Clinton supporters, I don't like Obama … I can not longer recognize, nor do I like the Democratic party anymore … therefore, I wish Hillary would run as an Independent. I actually liked McCain before he began his pandering. I had hoped it would come down to Obama and McCain. Now McCain has flip flopped so incredibly. One being the tax cuts for the wealthy. He was against it at first, but realized he has to appeal to the wealthy Republicans to have a chance. Shame on you John.

christi   June 5th, 2008 1:39 pm ET

Anna:

You may think it silly to compare Obama and McCain, but a recent Time article compared historic figures in regards to experience vs. inexperience, and experience did not win every time. Think about Buchanan and Lincoln. President Lincoln had no experience at all and neither did Kennedy. Unfortunately, our current President didn't have any experience either. Obviously, he did not surround himself with good people who were actually working for the good of the country. I would think that if a candidate is intelligent enough to do this, he might stand a chance. Besides, how do you actually have experience being the President if you have never been the President?

Adam in NJ   June 5th, 2008 1:39 pm ET

"Experience" gave us Vietnam and, now, Iraq. It will most likely give us more Iraq and, in addition, Iran. And more power to the corporations and more neglect of US and World Poverty and more weapons and more destruction of the environment, etc. "

The only upside of "Experience' is that it might, just might, make us realize that it is TIME FOR CHANGE: talk with "enemies", build consensus for Peace and a good life for all.

DO NOT WASTE MORE MONEY ON "EXPERIENCE". GIVE IT TO CHANGE

Well I guess you're glad we "nervy" Clinton supporters are finally backing down. No point in having us cluttering up the landscape when you've got WORK to do!!!

Why is it up to Hillary to "unite the party?" She lost. You ran her out. Remember? She, and be extension her supporters, owe you NADA. I love that myself. She's a monster, power hungry, lying, nasty, ambitious! CLINTON! BAD! Go away. And take your 18 million votes with you! Have I got it right? Who wants a Clinton around anyway? I pray she won't give in & take the VP slot - nobody needs to be connected to a LOSER!

I'll vote for McCain because he's an honorable man, has huge experience and is willing to cross the aisle even you people are on the other side in order to find solutions that benefit everyone, even you! As an old Washington hand, McCain understands that's how things really get done. Don't play the race card with Hillary supporters voting for McCain? How could we not, it is the inevitable conclusion that you are a racist if you vote for McCain instead of Obama and were previously a Hillary supporter. Either that or so stupid that you don't understand that this is bigger than your petty vendetta against the person who beat your beloved Clinton.

Mark   June 5th, 2008 1:43 pm ET

Amazed and apalled that people or so called democrats can be so selfish that they would forget what McCain stands for and would consider voting for this killer of young adults. I fought in the first Gulf War. I also fought for the US in Somalia. In total I spent 8 years in the military and under no circumstances would I ever, ever vote for a person that looks at war and conflict as a means to an end.

Real soldiers never want to earn their checks. This person(McCain) can not wait to send the youth of our great country to their deaths in this trumped up war. For all the mistakes made in politics and to not learn anything from 7.5 years of strife under the Bush regime makes me sad to call any of you that support this would be murderer my countrymen.

Get over the loss. Hillary knew this would be rough. Hillary knew the stakes when she put her pantsuit in the ring. She gave as good as she got and there is NO SHAME in her failing to get the nomination. She is a fantastic person and leader and the party is lucky to have her. But, Hillary and the Clinton's have done enough for this country. 20 years is long enough to serve. It is time to take the next step forward. Not 4 steps back.
Obama 08

Less, Austin Tx   June 5th, 2008 1:43 pm ET

This man can't even barely handle a speech -and to withstand the stress of the presidency… the answer is no.

MoveOn   June 5th, 2008 1:44 pm ET

It's a good start.

We'll have rational people voting in November and they will look for Trust, Honesty and Experience.

The oratorical façade of Obama, a smooth-talking, accomplishments-bare, fist banging liberal naïveté will have faded by then and he will be seen for the inexperienced person he is.

Obama shows well, but lacks substance. An empty suit.

McCain '08

Julia   June 5th, 2008 1:44 pm ET

He has my full support now since Senator Clinton is not the nominee.

McCain in 2008!!!!

Proud American   June 5th, 2008 1:44 pm ET

McCain can raise all he wants. It will never be enough to erase the very bad taste Americans have in their mouths about Republicans.

william spivey of FL   June 5th, 2008 1:44 pm ET

Lynn you are going to sorely disappointed come November. Either you will be an outcast by your own doing or crying about four more years of Bush and his puppy McSame. Nice doggy John/John

FORMER DEMOCRAT
you were never a democrat if you turn against your party because he is a black man and let us all face it - that would be the reason - have the guts to say so OK.
But if you want us to stay in this war and continue as we have for next maybe 4 years - go ahead your choice. That is the beauty of being in AMerica and an American - choices.

And if you are turning against your party because Hillary did not get it, well that is worse since we had two outstanding candidates with basically the same stance on issues……it does not make sense. But I guess your issues are not important unless Hillary tells you so.
Oh well, good luck new republican or independent or whatever you are now.
Me I am a democrat first so I say GO OBAMA

Chi4Obama   June 5th, 2008 1:44 pm ET

I am a lifelong Democrat. And have never agreed with many of the policies of the GOP.

However, I do credit the Republicans for one thing. They are definately wise enough to UNITE behind a single candidate. You don't here former Huckabee and Romney supporters complaining about the "rules", and their candidate should not have been "pushed out". At the end of the day, they are still all Republicans regardless of the nominee.

Too bad many of us (Democrats) don't share the same sentiments. It's not just about BARACK OR HILLARY at this point. We are all one.
Please put this foolishness behind us, and let the healing begin.

OBACK / CLINTON = UNITY.

Floridian   June 5th, 2008 1:44 pm ET

Anna you are sad go ahead and send you money to Mccain. That old geeser don't even know what day it is let alone how much money he has until somebody tells him. Obama is going to mop the floor with this old bird, and you would have wasted you money. You are right about one thing, it ridiculous to compare Obama to grandpa, Obama is much more intellegent and loveable than that dinosour.

FLORIDA Voter for Barack Obama   June 5th, 2008 1:44 pm ET

To Anna & Lynn

WERE YOU RAISED WITH A SILVER SPOON IN YOUR MOUTH? DO YOU HAVE KIDS? CONCERNED WITH THE FUTURE ANY? EVER EXPERIENCED POVERTY, LIMITED HOPE, LIMITED OPPORTUNITY?

Those are the reasons it's so easy for you to f–k over the rest of the country that is SUFFERING.

You joke.

unions are not stupid   June 5th, 2008 1:45 pm ET

all these so called Hillary supporters that will vote Mc Cain. Good!

You never were Hillary supporter to begin with you are lier's!

John Mc Cain would set back the womens movement 3 decades! Sen Clinton and Obama agree on 98% of all policy issues as stated by both of them. For you to vote for Mc Cain means you had no respect or admiration for Hillary Clinton or here values. Much like her all you people care about is yourselves!

As to money Obama has the capacity to raise an estimated 2.3 Billion dollars for his GE campaign Mc Cain will have around 78 million the DNC has been running a 50 state strategy since the last election cycle and now Sen Obama has his own 50 team working in concert with them in places the DNC has never even bothered to Campaign. This is going to be a walk away election! Largest landslide victory in US history. Final total Obama 72% Mc Cain 28%. Watch and see American people everywhere are standing up and getting in this process and it is time to make some real lasting change.

free thinker   June 5th, 2008 1:45 pm ET

Party or principles… that is the question.

This lifelong was turned off by the new democrats- the hate, vulgarity, attacks, cheating, name-calling hypocrisy.

I will leave my party and join the Republicans.

But THIS Nov- I will still vote for the very best candidate. That is Hillary Clinton.

Stand-up, be counted, make real change, make history.

Enlightened Voter - No hillary for VP   June 5th, 2008 1:45 pm ET

Believe me when I tell ya it's all from lobbyists. I don't think anyone in their right mind could donate to the repubs. I don't know how any enlightened person could ever vote repub in clear conscience. And Mark, cut the crap, we know you're working for his campaign.

Tannim   June 5th, 2008 1:45 pm ET

How much of that will be for his legal defense fund for his three lawsuits, two over his Panamanian birth and the third over his FEC violations?

Barr or nothing in 2008, or America will collapse on itself from the combination of big government and voter stupidity.

Bob, San Francisco, CA   June 5th, 2008 1:45 pm ET

I bet most of that money is from major industry and oil lobbies who want to preserve their welfare and right to pollute.

And those who claim that all Obama supporters are clones or uneducated display their ignorance with their own words. How ignorant and absolutist can one get?

Democrats for a better America in '08!

A Democrat No More   June 5th, 2008 1:45 pm ET

McCain is not the same as Bush. Those that believe McCain is simply a Bush spinoff clearly ignore his record. He is a moderate but has to play the conservative game to get elected.

Becky in Indiana   June 5th, 2008 1:45 pm ET

Obama gets my money and my vote. McCain can retire with Bush. They are one in the same! Obama is the first Democrat that will get my vote.

"…with all the Gas Profit their making" - Florida voters who didn't Vote, 1:14

Their profit margin is virtually unchanged from the days of cheap gas. It's the volume they're selling. Thousands of businesses are screwing you (John Q. Public) harder. If you don't like them making money, quit buying it.

Cort   June 5th, 2008 1:46 pm ET

Ima send Obama my $$$, can't let McCain think he is getting any type of legs. And to Hillary supporters who actually are considering McCain: don't u know that Hillary beleives in the same policies as Obama.

Don't vote against your economic interest, don't vote aginst Roe vs Wade, don't vote against Social Security, don't vote against Universal Healthcare. Let's bring our loved ones home…let's not continue to justify an unjustifiable war!

Preston   June 5th, 2008 1:46 pm ET

I'm getting sick of the Hillary supporters who claim to vote McCain.

YOU will be voting AGAINST everything she stood for.
YOU will be voting AGAINST women's rights.
YOU will be voting AGAINST independence from foreign oil.
YOU will be voting AGAINST universal healtcare.
YOU will be voting AGAINST moving forward.
YOU will be voting AGAINST the will of the people based upon some idea of revenge.

Review policies and standing, and voting records and you will see the sharp contrast between Obama and McCain as opposed to the slight contrast between Clinton and Obama.

As an Obama supporter, if Hillary had WON the primary I would vote for her. Because I know although my candidate didn't win the primary, she was the next best choice of what's available.

Please think about what you are doing.

If you truly want to vote for Hillary do what she says this weekend. If you believe in her candidacy you will vote for Obama.

Chi4Obama   June 5th, 2008 1:46 pm ET

MCCAIN = BUSH; BUSH = MCCAIN.

That's a fact, anyway you try to spin it.

Did anyone notice that McCain looks like an alien in that picture?
