Not sure if I would vote for Obama even if he selected Hillary as his VP. As a woman, it is hard to swallow a man taking the credit for a woman's ideas and solutions. Per the media, Hillary and Barack have the same ideas; however, they were all originally Hillary's.

There is more than just race in this election, but sexism. I am so disenchanted with the democratic process and I do not see a light at the end of either McCain or Obama's tunnel...what is the point of being a part of the process when outside forces make the ultimate decision.

You can't take one sentence and accurately understand what he is talking about. Barry should pick Mark Warner, former Governor of Virginia and current Senate candidate.

He must pick someone much more moderate than he is; picking a liberal will certainly be poison to his chances in November. Warner brings that moderation as he is esteemed by Republicans and Democrats alike in Virginia.

Choosing Warner may leave that Senate seat in the hands of the GOP, but it will give the Democrat Party what they truly desire: control of the White House.

Clinton's campaign is still going on. The goal now is to be VP and evenetually President. McCain has gone 4 months now without a VP but Obama should get one immediately? I don't think so. I agree with Carter that Clinton as VP would be the worst mistake he could make.

oh people won't be staying at home. They will be voting for John McCain in droves as will I. Even if obama puts hillary on the ticket many of us could not vote for him. He would still be the president , not if my vote can help it. obama supporters better realize they have republicans to thank for him getting the nomination. They knew early on who their nominee was and went out and voted for obama in the primaries. Why do that you ask? So that they did not have to face Clinton in the GE, without all those votes he got in the primaries he cannot win. They expected obama to be easier to beat and he will be .

McCain if elected will attempt to throw Russia and China out of the G8, now while some of you may think that is cool, it is not, we are alienating two of the largest and most powerful counties in the world. I have said it before, all of you who are all wrapped up in your hurt feelings and anger had better take a step back and start looking at the issues. This is not some grade school game, McCain is talking about something that could be very detrimental to the interest of the United States, this is tantamount to starting another cold war.

Please note, for those of your who think we Hillary supporters are voting for McCain because Hillary Clinton lost the primary, you are sadly misinformed.

We are voting for McCain because we know our vote will count for the person who was ELECTED by his party.

Hillary Clinton did not lose the primary. Hillary Clinton has served the democratic party loyally for years, and this year the DNC decided to use her as a foil for Obama. This year, the nomination was obviously decided by the DNC, the powers that be and the MSM long before the voting started. The wheels were put into motion.

Not all of the Hillary Clinton supporters are uneducated, low-income, blue-collar, rural, racist voters. As a matter of fact, I don't think any of her supporters fall under those definitions.

We are simply Americans. People who chose their candidates for a myriad of reasons....some not as noble as others...but that can be said for all citizens.

We were under the illusion that the democratic party stood for democracy...majority rules, every vote counts, blah, blah, blah.
