Sorry Ern, but I'm a copywright lawyer and I believe YOU are the one that needs to do a little research on trademarks. King's Burger, down the street from where I work isn't infringing on Burger King anymore than this is. Ern wrote-""Generation Joshua" IS a registered trademark. The fact that the title of Obama's initiative is substantialy similar and is dealing with the same type of activity (encouraging Christian youths to vote) could pose a problem. Adding the word "project" to it doesn't really do anything because it's simply descriptive. Some of you really need to do a little reading about trademarks before saying how stupid it is."

Originality is for the unoriginal. To borrow someone's ideas and/or words at the same time giving them credit...that's a sign of honoring someone and show's the utmost reverence. That is called a tribute! I hope Obama wins the presidency because he shows insight into many concerns facing people today...economic, health care, environmental, education, and social dilemmas i.e. sexism, racism, ageism. Hillary Clinton was and is a person to admire for her tenacity and thoughtfulness. McCain is a Vietnam Veteran who should be admired for his service to his country. We are all great "Americans" and should be honored to have the ability to vote for the candidate of our choosing. I hope that we each stop pandering and start discussing the many issues facing us today and in the future!

I am a Christian and it kills me to see these self righteous conservative groups preach about politics and Christian values. When in actuality- Obama is more aligned with Christian values than Mike Huckabee or McCain.
There are MULTIPLE scriptures in the Bible that tell us to take care of the poor, love each other, look after one other, don't judge, be generous and not greedy. Where's the obedience in following those scriptures?

Obvious you so called OBAMA educated don't know that the legal standard is whether the offending name is likely to cause confusion in the mind of the receiver. Yes, flipping the order of the words generally may very well do that, so I doubt you could use "KIng Burger" w/o Burger King being all over your case.

To Indiana Democrat.

Obama did not win the minimum number of pledged delegates to WIN the nomination. Hence he was selected.

The superdelegates DO the selection when BOTH candidates fail to reach the minimum number of pledged delegates. But they are free to vote for either candidate based on WHO is more qualified. This time they appeased the Obama people and just went with who was ahead in pledged delegates.

Since this race was SO close. Every vote literally mattered. But Obama agains was selected by the way the Fl and Mi votes were divided.

Finally... the superdelegates SHOULD NOT HAVE WEIGHED IN UNTIL THE CONVENTION IN DENVER IN AUG. HRC had the RIGHT TO TAKE IT TO THE CONVENTION. Just like all the white male candidates before her. SO The fact that she was PRESSURED OUT SOONER also indicates that HE was selected.
