Veteran For Obama:

Dude, you really need to come up with a better name than 'Clintonites'. LOL

Obamabot was very original and true.

It's like something out of a horror flick...zombies walking with their hands out saying over and over "Yes we can".

What if?:

Your racist comment is pathetic. The 90% of the black vote went to Obama - are they racist because the didn't vote Hillary? I don't think so...but when the roles are reversed you play that card.

Obama attended a radical anti-white church for 20 years. It didn't affect his zombie base one bit. Now, if Hillary attended a KKK church (god forbid) for 20 years, then said she didn't realize it's message was a negative one, she would be been pulled over the coals - no excuse would be acceptable and I would be one not to accept it. There would be riots on the streets. Believe me.

Racism is a part of this race but you need to point your finger in another direction.

Why is it that Obama can get bashed by Hillary and McCain supporters simultaneously and incessantly ...... But when we Obama supporters fight BACK... (the key word being.... BACK)...

Obama defenders are the ones labled (by these same attackers)...

as bashing their candidate.... or nasty... or whatever....

I just thought every once-in-a-while, a RATIONAL question out to be thrown in the mix of all of this non-stop hating...

Can't wait to see and hear him talk with the real folks that matter. This is a person with all that experience gain over the years, you know, has a lot of explaining to do. Because a lot of what we are experiencing right now, was on his watch as a senator. McCain needs to be held accountable for his 95% of the time voting against some of the same issues, you folks are upset with and he says he is for. We need an explanation.

Obama is promising us things he doesn’t have, or can’t control. He sounds so ridiculous talking, that many people are turning off the TV saying, “You got to be kidding”.
Obama turned election campaign in a comedy. The day of voting I have two options.
Vote for John McCain, or
Go Fishing.

Anyone else here ever watch those treasure hunter shows?
Obama is like a flashy new gift box in the store window that contains nothing but worthless trinkets.
McCain is more like the weather worn trunk in the attic which contains treasure.

So he wants to run a country, but he is no good on the big stage...hmmmm, I gotta think that being able to speak correctly and intelligently to lots of people on tv and around the world is a pretty big part of being President.

So, McCain puts people to sleep, eh?

How asleep will you Democrats be when these leftists in our Congress raise your taxes to the point where you can't save, can't invest, and can't afford the things you do today?

How asleep will you be when the press will be forced to do what they did with the Clintons; expose all of their shady friends; watch as current and former administration officials get marched off to jail; and expose the ruse that they've been covering up just so you lemmings would continue to remain liberal and vote Democrat?

Sleep now, clowns; pay for it later.

I actually agree with you regarding those issues: I am anti-gay marriage and anti-abortion. However, timing is everything. We need a Democrat in the White House at this time. It's crucial.

So he's supposed to inspire confidence in the American people at State of the Union addresses? Or how about when speaking at the UN? That speech wasn't at a pressing time and was more frivolity than anything else and he's nervous then? There were less people at that event than at most town hall meetings!! He's not presidential and will never inspire the nation and the world to want to make the changes needed to move us in a new and better direction. Demeanor and delivery and inspiration have a great deal to do with being president.

PLEASE, DON'T VETO MY GUINESS STOUT OR HEINEKEN.

AMAZING, THIS GUY CANNOT CONNECT TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, AND THE ONLY WAY HE KNOW HOW IS BY GIVING SPEECHES TO TOWN HALL MEETINGS.

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE IN ALL LEVELS TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, AND WE GOT THAT SOMEBODY ALREADY.

WELCOME FELLOW AMERICANS, THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

He can not make 60,6% of his voting calls in the Senate. How can he get up at 3:00 in the morning to handle an emergency. If you do not believe the 60.6 figure check his voting record.

The problem is not the stage set-up or the teleprompter, it is the CANDIDATE! One only needs to look at how George W. Bush aged from 2000 to 2004. Once a candidate becomes President, it is almost like they age in dog years, one presidential year equals seven dog years. At 73 years of age, McCain will look "weak" and "feeble" as president.

No policy details worthy of mentioning seems to come out of McCain's town hall meetings. Only gaffes and anti-war protests, seem worthy of reporting on!

I am so tired of hearing disgruntled women say that they will vote for McCain instead of Obama. My words to are this: please go ahead and in your anger vote for a party that will continue to send our children to Iraq, a party that wants to overturn a women's right to choose and finally a party that has left this country in a economical mess that will take generations to recover from. Yes, in your infinite wisdom go ahead and vote McCain and live with the consequences. Hillary lost and it is unfortunate, but we must make our decision on who to vote for based on who will be better for our country at this critical moment. I really don't think a man who wants to continue the failed policies of the Bush Admin is a wise choice. ( I am a 42 yr old woman who supported Hillary)

MD (above)

Angst against Bush as rationale to move to Obama. Let's break that down:

Gas in 2000 when bush took office $1.40
Major Terrorist attacks on US soil before Bush 0

Before McCain gets away from speeches that are written for him and has to speak for himself, he needs to work with Lieberman to learn the difference between Sunnis and Shias and figure out how many troops we have in Iraq.

Yep, gotta say along with many others that last Tuesday's speech by McCain was about the worst I've ever heard. The green background did him absolutely no favors. His smile seemed forced, and he would make a statement and wait for applause that did not come, LOL.

Focus on that for a minute... and we have the answer as to why you are son angry...

Even Fox news cannot spin this one Mccain's way. Mccain is more confortable yelling at comrades in the back office. Imagine what the foreign community will think of us if our leader cannot explain himself in a written speech.

You will soon run out of those Quarky jobs, then what.

Did anyone see McCain's interview on the Today Show this morning?

Discussing the surge, Matt Lauer asked McCain, "If it's working, Senator, do you now have a better estimate of when American forces can come home from Iraq?"

McCain replied, "No, but that's not too important."

Bad PRESS- for someone? DON'T NEED TO READ MORE. I already know it must be the OTHER candidate....after all, Obama has told the press that HE will not allow any bad press of himself or his wife.

Obama asked the press to move on, past ALL his issues and they obeyed.

Obama made two or three speeches and admonished us all to NOT parse his words... and now he will be perfect.

Poor McCain he don't stand a chance against the CHOSEN ONE

And yet,
McCain still wants to debate Obama live on national tv?

This may be political suicide for him. Barack may be a "nice guy".
But he is still a product of "Chicago Politics". And he will eat McCain alive in a head on debate.

To those angry Democrats and Republicans posing as Democrat who keep telling us they are going to vote for McCain if Hillary is not VP. We heard you the first 300 times. If you are expecting a call from Obama to change your mind, you will corner the market on roll-over minutes and that large inhospitable piece of real estate will freeze over. Obama will not submit to political blackmail. Either you get on the train or vote for McCain. We don’t care which. I am 99.99% sure Hillary will not be on the ticket. So get over yourself. It's not her message, it’s the messenger. Hillary has too much baggage. Republicans want Hillary because she is an easy target with Whitewater, Paul vs. Clinton, Bill’s recent infidelity accusations, etc. If you think McCain will continue Hillary’s mission, then knock yourself out. We all know McCain gives anemic speeches. He does well in town hall meetings. Now he wants the entire campaign in town hall meeting format—Ten to be exact. That should bring all us to our knees. I can’t believe Obama agreed to make McCain look presidential.

It is pitiful that some of you can't think you way out of a paper bag. John McCain will continue Bush failed economic and foreign policies. If you like Bush policies then please vote for John McCain. If you think we are better off since Bush took office then please vote John McCain.

I think John McCain is suffering from the first stage of "Dementia" and it is showing. I know I wouldn't want a president who has that illness. No one wants to admit that something is seriously wrong with John McCain. The republican has chosen a candidate who is suffering from "Dementia" and he is going to lose based on the continue gaffes on a daily basis. If the republicans are smart then would chose another candidate fast. John McCain suppose to have all this foreign policy experience but every time he is making all kind of mistakes and gaffes when he is discussing foreign policy. John McCain is not looking good and everybody knows it. Only the one who hate Barack Obama would want a president who seem to have a problem with "Dementia". I guess they want to see America good name go from bad to worse with John McCain. Now that is kind of stupid since Bush has done such a bad number that it is going to take years to un-do the damage he has done to us all over the world.

The press have already anointed Obama as the second coming. They didn't give Senator Clinton a break and they sure won’t give Senator McCain a break. The democratic leadership along with the press has been attempting to influence this election since Obama first announced his candidacy. This has not been an election cycle to be proud of for the democrats. I have not supported a republican for any office in 30 years, but I will either support McCain this election cycle or stay at home. I refuse to have a candidate I do not believe in shoved down my throat. Obama will be a disaster.

Everyone knows that McCane has speech impairment. He also has issues controling his temper. I think McCane should use his surrogates, and stay home and rest. He will be 72 if and when he starts as president (SHUDDER).

I watched the speech in its entirety; McCain will need to get more substance on the issues, he is as vague as obama when talking about the details of his policies.

The lack of energy in McCain's presence may seem to be a superficial matter but imagine about that voter waiting for hours at polls to vote for a candidate which they are not all the excited about, McCain's team should very concerned.

How is this man going to be president if he can't deliver a speech? Is it going to be this painful to watch his State of the Union addresses? Presidents have to give speeches ALL THE TIME! People need to realize that just because someone is as old as dirt, does not mean they are ENTITLED to the presidency. We have had presidents in the past with little experience (Kennedy) and presidents with more experience (Bush). We see where the "more experience" got us!

And how stupid are you women who supported Hillary to not only vote for a man who is against your interests, but a man who left his loyal wife and kids after his wife was crippled only to have affairs and marry a millionaire blond half his age? Yeah vote for Bush 3! That's really sticking to Obama for daring to beat your "Queen" fair and square. What a bunch of losers.

NO McCain aka McShame aka McBush!

Mcsame has no problem reading the teleprompter.

He simply start losing his bearing, thus think the audience can see through him every time he read a LIE from the teleprompter.

"My friend, the US economy is strong."
and he goes
"OOPS, did i just say that?"

So what? He had a problem coordinating his pace and delivery with the scroll of the teleprompter…why is this news?

I have seen many professional TV anchors have the same problem. They stumble over their words, pronounce words wrong, get tongue tied, and then to recover they ask for a commercial break to get things in order. Heck I have even seen/heard them deliver comments on video tapes that were about completely different topics.

Let's remember folks that he can't move because the Viet Cong broke his shoulders. He cannot raise his arms above his head.

I am not going to vote for him but I respect him as being a braver man than me.

Well for years the media has been covering for this man's incompetent gaffes and bizarre political claims, its about time he comes under scrutiny. And I don't know what 'town-halls' would do for him, without an actual economic and political message for the American people that sounds achievable and not the usual Republican out of touch mantra.

In February 1991, the Senate Ethics Committee found McCain and Glenn to be the least blameworthy of the five senators. (McCain and Glenn attended the meetings but did nothing else to influence the regulators.) McCain was guilty of nothing more than "poor judgment," the committee said, and declared his actions were not "improper nor attended with gross negligence." McCain considered the committee's judgment to be "full exoneration," and he contributed $112,000 (the amount raised for him by Keating) to the U.S. Treasury.

All you need to do is look up Keating 5 on the internet and it bring up the end results as shown above.

Okay McCain showed some "poor judgment" but Obama has had his moments of "poor judgment" too! So I don't think that something that happened 20 years ago should keep someone from moving on with their lives. (By the way the other 4 senators including John Glenn of Ohio were all dems)

So, just think twice before smearing someone....when smears can go both ways!

"Please post my comment CNN"
