Look people grow-up. We all get one vote. If you dont want to vote for him just dont vote for him. But in the mean time get over yourselves, and stop trying to change the minds of the other 18+ million that voted for him. We have a right to be represented too. Not that that has happen in the past 7 years.

Smart man! I agree! I can't endorse Obama either. As a centrist and moderate Democrat, I find Obama to be so far into the radical Far Left lunatic fringe that he is about to topple right over the edge and out of reality.

I supported Hillary....she was more toward the center.

Now I support McCain.....a centrist and a moderate with, I might add, a LONG and distinguished track record.

As for party unity.....never. Obama is too far left, and most folks in both parties are like me.....moderates and centrists. We don't like the far extremes.....like Obama and George Bush.

Hillary don’t have to worry about this debt, she has her riches, her husbands and those Democratic Senators strong supporters, her committed superdelegates and her 18 + million supporters to pay this tab (excluding the republicans who voted for her the last few times, but will vote for McCain in November, of course those are included in 18+ millions). I voted for Obama, but If Clinton would have won, I would have voted for her without the drama that has been displayed toward Obama by his fellow Senator Democrats.

If Hillary would have won the nominee, the entire Senator party would have united and rallied around her like she was a God. Do you honestly think Clinton would have had to watch and hear those pathetic excuses from her fellow comrades, that Obama had to hear? Hang in their Obama, God knows that prejudice comes in all shapes and sizes.

Obama you are to nice to those who think they are better then you.

For all those Clinton supporters: She announced on Saturday that she's throwing her full weight behind Obama. Will you not follow? If she, your preferred candidate, finally acknowledges that Obama is the nominee and that she's behind him, behind the Democratic party, will you not do the same? And if not, why not? Are you saying that what Hillary acknowledged in her speech is not true? That she wasn't sincere? That she lied? There's a saying in the military - Salute the rank, not the man. In this case, all the democratic nominees were fighting for the beliefs of the Democratic party. Each would have represented the ideals and beliefs of the Democratic party. Each would work with the former candidates to ensure that all ideas are taking into consideration. Obama is doing this now. He's meeting and taking into consideration not only former nominee's ideas, but party leaders as well. To think that this process operates in a vacuum is quite misguided. This may have happened under the Bush regime, but neither Obama nor any other Democrat can afford to operate that way. If any of you are truly going to vote McCain because Clinton lost, then does that mean you're for overturning Roe v. Wade? Does that mean you're for contributing to our present economic situation by paying trillions for a questionable war at the expense of our own domestic necessities? Don't you realize that the difference between Clinton and Obama's plans are minimal and more alike than compared to the differences between Clinton and McCain? It's funny, and by funny I mean sad, that how, after all our unity these past 7.5 years, the Clinton supporters are adopting a well known infamous mantra - 'If you're not with us, you're against us."

If your candidate is so wonderful, why do you need to masquerade as Democrats?

Maybe you think that's the only way McCain can win? Or maybe its just easier than trying to explain why:

1. McCain has flip-flopped on every position he ever held (google "the real McCain" or "McCain's YouTube Problem"–its great)

2) McCain had people on his campaign staff who supported Hezbollah (financially and in other ways), who lobbied for the military Junta in Myanmar, and who lobbied for the Saudis–yeah, his first interest is our security

3) If McCain is such a standup guy, he left his first wife (who was disabled) for a much richer, much younger woman (Cindy)

4) If McCain is such a great choice for women, why he called Cindy a name I can't even post here in public

Forget it. We're on to you and your candidate.
