This is so sad :"( May his soul rest in peace
All my thought and prayers to your family sir! You will be missed!
My thoughts are prayers are with his family. I watched MTP on a regular basis and will miss his frame of mind. Sundays will never be the same.....
That's something...always thought he was more of a straight shooter than some/most of his cohorts in the MSM. Sympathy to his family.
I absolutely loved this guy, he was one of the best commentators
on tv, the most honest, and the most fair. A pleasure to listen to.
The world suffered a great loss today.
RIP.
You were one of the few newsmen I respected for being fair and objective.
Rest in Peace Tim. We'll miss you.
This is so sad, especially on Father's Day weekend. My thoughts go to his father, wife, and son.
This is a very sad day ... Mr. Russert was a remarkable man and he will be missed by millions of viewers around the world. His shoes will not be easy to fill.
That's a shock.
Rest in peace Tim.

RIP Tim and you were and will always be a GREAT in the News business and will be missed very much. :,-(
This saddens me. This election cycle, I've become a news junkie and Tim Russert was one of my favorites. Always politically astute and a gentleman. No one knew Washington like you.
You will be missed.
How sad.
With all the right wing commentors on cable news nowadays, he was a breath of fresh air. He will be missed.
I wonder what right wing commentor they will try to put down our throat.
My heart is broken..................
Condolences to his family.
Tim Russert was an amazing journalists who asked the hard questions with style and grace. He made sure that they were answered and knew how to get the job done. I started taping his shows just to make sure that I could watch. The world and this nation has lost a powerful voice that made people answer.
My heart goes out to his family at their time of grief. I, too, lost my parent (my mother) a few years ago. You are in my prayers.
Gob Bless the Russert family in their time of need. The world lost a great man...
RIP. Great Man, loved his show. He will be missed.
This is just an absolute travesty...He was a credit to his profession and a standard bearer for the entire field of journalism.
You will be missed Tim...
I am so sorry to hear this. Tim was one of my favorite political pundits. My heart and prayers go out to the Russert family. He will be missed.
Rest in Peace Tim
Oh My GOD!!! He was awesome. I will certainly miss him on Sunday mornings. It is my prayer that God will bless them in this sad time.
A Faithful Fan
What a shame. He was one of the few TV journalists that had a backbone and asked tough questions of substance to politicians.
Sad...sad news.
farewell Tim.
May you find peace and tranquility in your new journey.
Blessed be.
