Yes, you could talk about medical achievements over the last 50 years, and pension reform took place for the president and their families around the turn of the 20th century, but I still go back to how the Presidency ages you: Go back 8 years and take a look at Bush 2 and you will hardly recognise the brown hair that he lost. Clinton was a ladies man when he took office, by the end he could hardly get a WH intern. Now I might be going a little overboard, but then again, if anyone wants further proof that age MIGHT actually matter, go back and study the election of William Henry Harrison. At the time he was the oldest man to take office. When he was running, many attacked his age, and yet he was still elected. He died a month after taking office and the country was left in political turmoil. At the very least, look long and hard at the VP, because that might be who you are really voting for. Anyone want to describe McSame as young and vigorous? I'm not saying don't vote for McCain because of his age, I'm saying that it is wholesale naivete to not consider age when voting for President.
