Well, Obama fan's can see he is weak and all they can do is cry about Hillary. Get over it Obama fan's, we all know he is going to have problems with McCain. Women make up 60% of the Dems vote and the DNC sold them and FL & MI out. Obama wants half my vote in Florida, but McCain wants all of it. I'll be happy to give it to McCain.

What is it about Senator Clinton supporters many people don't understand? We older women said we would not support Senator Obama if she did not get the nomination. Nothing that I know of has changed our minds. One thing I'd really like to know though. What's with getting Patti Solis on board. Nowhere does this act translate into change.

To all the woman who are refusing to vote for Obama because they wanted a woman to be president need to get a life. You are degrading womanhood by being so shallow and vindictive. Everyone else that claims that Hillary one the popular vote needs to go back to school because you apparently do not know how to add or lack comprehensive reading skills. Michigan and Florida do not count because they didn't count before Hillary tried to make up her own rules when she discovered she was loosing! Plus, if the turnout at Obama's rally in Detriot and Grand Rapids are any indication to his current popularity in Michigan today, I don't think Hillary would have a chance in a fair revote or perhaps I should say a vote that she did not try to cheat her way out of!

I am completely disgusted, confused, and have reached the final straw with our government. They are nothing but liars, cheats, theives and a power-hungry anarchy. Has NO ONE seen the 2006 HBO documentary, "Hacking Democracy"?!? It is on HBO on demand as I write this. What on EARTH is going on here? Bush/Diebold/Republicans/mob/etc, etc. stole the election in 2004. Why is NO ONE in power (only people who can accomplish anything in this nation) doing anything about this????? Why have the 'news' networks kept quiet about this? Why is this not one of the major issues of this campaign mess? Who will win this election? The candidate who's party/people/big businesses elect by way way of fraud, that's who.

That is the effect of prolonged primary. Hillary tried to win people by going very negative on Obama and people who voted her because they beleived what she said about him. Now just by telling them to support him wouldn't work. Above all republicans are using her in their adds. So it reminds voters what she said during the primary. And the way she ended the primary did not look good either.

Anyway, it doesnt matter, Obama will win this november.

Those so called democrats who do not vote him and vote McCain will have to pay the price (guilty ride) if McCain get elected.

Obviously the problem is in the way in which the Clintons closed out their campaign. Anyone watching or listening could read between the lines. There was no true endorsement of Obama. Why else was the campaign "suspended" instead of "ended". The fact that Obama is even ahead after all this Clinto inspired confusion tells me he is going to do well. What a mixed up political party. It's a darn good thing that Obama is a strong candidate because his party certainly isn't doing him any favors.

The problem is that the polls are no good. Who are these people polling? If they are doing it the old fashion way, they are only polling those with land lines. Let's face it, the people who will more than likely vote for Obama have cells. With the economy being what it is, most people have given up land lines in favor of cell phones. Pollesters are likely talking to the same old people and not taking into account new voters or those who only have cells.

I am so irritated with those of whom claim that they were supporting Clinton and now going for McCain. GROW UP! You are all acting like 1 year olds. Shame on all of you. For those who were going for McCain the entire time, I can respect that you are sticking with your candidate despite the fact that I totally disagree with your choice. I have to say that I was actually rooting for McCain in 2000. I am a relocated Arizonan and used to think of him positively. I now live in Michigan and am witness to an area that Washington has seeming forgotten. I am very wary of him this time around because unfortunately he seems to have lost most of who he is and what he really stands for. I also do not think he has the best plans as far as how to recharge our economy, our foreign policy, and our future. I ask that people open their eyes and start to think of what is best for our country. You may disagree with Obama for one reason or another, but he seems to be able to surround himself with good advisors and seems to have the common sense to absorb the information given to him and expend it into good outcomes. He has been the only candidate to keep his campaign not only afloat but to make it prosperous. I think that can only translate into good things for this country.

This recent CNN article and it's analysis of the poll numbers is flawed. When there was no Democratic nominee yet, the polls used before asked these questions:

Obama vs McCain or
Clinton vs McCain

and not: Obama vs Clinton vs McCain

The first set of questions had almost similar results, indicating a prospective voters preference of Democrat vs Republican.

So now that it is only Obama vs McCain, we should expect the same polling numbers.

People should be more critical of the news. The same should go with their government and elected officials. Trust but verify.

CNN logic does not make sense. When either Hillary or Obama is compared against McCain there was a 3-4pt margin. Now that Hillary is out of the race does not mean there are more Democratic voters. Where would the bounce come from other than voters switching parties. If anything this is very good for Obama – even with PUMA voting for McCain, Obama's lead is growing.

If Hillary supporters are MORE interested in the Candidates than the Major Issues facing this nation, let the "bitter voters" go ahead and vote for Mcain! Some of us will NOT be willing to listen to those "bitter voters" when:
1. the price of gas hits $5,oo plus

3. when Hillary is off with Bill enjoying their $109 million

The contest between Obama and Clinton wasn't so much one of issues as it was personality and gender. Clinton supporters are upset on more an emotional level than a thoughtful one. Of course it will take time for Clinton supporters to base their future vote on issues that matter to them rather than frustration over seeing their candidate no longer in the race.
I believe Obama will by November, be more attractive to Clinton supporters than will McCain.
