Well, Obama fan's can see he is weak and all they can do is cry about Hillary. Get over it Obama fan's, we all know he is going to have problems with McCain. Women make up 60% of the Dems vote and the DNC sold them and FL & MI out. Obama wants half my vote in Florida, but McCain wants all of it. I'll be happy to give it to McCain.

What is it about Senator Clinton supporters many people don't understand? We older women said we would not support Senator Obama if she did not get the nomination. Nothing that I know of has changed our minds. One thing I'd really like to know though. What's with getting Patti Solis on board. Nowhere does this act translate into change.

because most clinton supporters are over-emotional females, who hate to trade a spiteful ,rich, woman ,for an average, everyday american patriot, who wants to do what's best for our nation, at a critical time.we need change, now, and hillary is the wrong kind.we need morals and integrity, not division and disloyalty.we need vision and leadership, not blind luck and self-delusion.if clinton supporters need a female president,so badly, just imagine obama in a skirt [or a pant suit, whatever],vote for him [her,in your mind],and perhaps the ISSUES you are so concerned about ,will be solved ,the same way the real hillary [may] have solved them.if clintonistas are so delusional ,we should use delusion, to convince them to vote in their own self-interests.

To all the woman who are refusing to vote for Obama because they wanted a woman to be president need to get a life. You are degrading womanhood by being so shallow and vindictive. Everyone else that claims that Hillary one the popular vote needs to go back to school because you apparently do not know how to add or lack comprehensive reading skills. Michigan and Florida do not count because they didn't count before Hillary tried to make up her own rules when she discovered she was loosing! Plus, if the turnout at Obama's rally in Detriot and Grand Rapids are any indication to his current popularity in Michigan today, I don't think Hillary would have a chance in a fair revote or perhaps I should say a vote that she did not try to cheat her way out of!

I am completely disgusted, confused, and have reached the final straw with our government. They are nothing but liars, cheats, theives and a power-hungry anarchy. Has NO ONE seen the 2006 HBO documentary, "Hacking Democracy"?!? It is on HBO on demand as I write this. What on EARTH is going on here? Bush/Diebold/Republicans/mob/etc, etc. stole the election in 2004. Why is NO ONE in power (only people who can accomplish anything in this nation) doing anything about this????? Why have the 'news' networks kept quiet about this? Why is this not one of the major issues of this campaign mess? Who will win this election? The candidate who's party/people/big businesses elect by way way of fraud, that's who.

Would you hire a person without computer skills for the most important job in the world?

Probably not.

That is the effect of prolonged primary. Hillary tried to win people by going very negative on Obama and people who voted her because they beleived what she said about him. Now just by telling them to support him wouldn't work. Above all republicans are using her in their adds. So it reminds voters what she said during the primary. And the way she ended the primary did not look good either.

Anyway, it doesnt matter, Obama will win this november.

Those so called democrats who do not vote him and vote McCain will have to pay the price (guilty ride) if McCain get elected.

McCain and Clinton both voted for this war in Iraq and Obama did not. Why is that?? Because he went with his gut and did what was right by oposing it and not what everyone else was doing. That speaks volumes to me and many Obamabots as you like to call us.

I am one of the people who supports Hillary and will not support Obama until she gets the respect that she deserves. Why can't his campaign see that? There are 18 million of us who feel this way. At least offer Hillary the VP spot and see what happens.

Obviously the problem is in the way in which the Clintons closed out their campaign. Anyone watching or listening could read between the lines. There was no true endorsement of Obama. Why else was the campaign "suspended" instead of "ended". The fact that Obama is even ahead after all this Clinto inspired confusion tells me he is going to do well.

What a mixed up political party. It's a darn good thing that Obama is a strong candidate because his party certainly isn't doing him any favors.

The problem is that the polls are no good. Who are these people polling? If they are doing it the old fashion way, they are only polling those with land lines. Let's face it, the people who will more than likely vote for Obama have cells. With the economy being what it is, most people have given up land lines in favor of cell phones. Pollesters are likely talking to the same old people and not taking into account new voters or those who only have cells.

For all of you female Hillary supporters who claim you will be voting for McCain no matter what here's a tidbit about McCain's friend Clayton Williams who ran a fundraiser for him.

"While running unsuccessfully against Ann Richards for governor, the Texan was overheard comparing rape to the weather: "As long as it's inevitable, you might as well lie back and enjoy it."

If you are true Hillary supporter and especially if you a woman you should be truly offended by this. If not vote for McCain.

Yeah, Hillary will never be elected either. She needs the black vote and she will NEVER get it. There were racist remarks made by both the Clintons and they will not be on top ever again. Black people put Bill in office, and black people will keep Hillary out, and Chelsea for that matter.

I am so irritated with those of whom claim that they were supporting Clinton and now going for McCain. GROW UP! You are all acting like 1 year olds. Shame on all of you. For those who were going for McCain the entire time, I can respect that you are sticking with your candidate despite the fact that I totally disagree with your choice. I have to say that I was actually rooting for McCain in 2000. I am a relocated Arizonan and used to think of him positively. I now live in Michigan and am witness to an area that Washington has seeming forgotten. I am very wary of him this time around because unfortunately he seems to have lost most of who he is and what he really stands for. I also do not think he has the best plans as far as how to recharge our economy, our foreign policy, and our future. I ask that people open their eyes and start to think of what is best for our country. You may disagree with Obama for one reason or another, but he seems to be able to surround himself with good advisors and seems to have the common sense to absorb the information given to him and expend it into good outcomes. He has been the only candidate to keep his campaign not only afloat but to make it prosperous. I think that can only translate into good things for this country.

The thing that saddens me most is the fact that all these fools that supported Hillary Clinton and now claim to support McCain won't be anywhere to be found when McCain loses. Four years from now, after Obama's first successful term is over they will have all claimed to have been his supporter all along. But we will know who the original F.O.B.s (Friends of Barack) were!

Women are so crazy. They will burn the house down just make some toast.

I don't care about petty, spiteful women. Barack will still win and Hillary (who said she will work hard for Barack, which I don't believe because she is so selfish and self-centered) will never be president.

This recent CNN article and it's analysis of the poll numbers is flawed. When there was no Democratic nominee yet, the polls used before asked these questions:

Obama vs McCain or
Clinton vs McCain

and not: Obama vs Clinton vs McCain

The first set of questions had almost similar results, indicating a prospective voters preference of Democrat vs Republican.

So now that it is only Obama vs McCain, we should expect the same polling numbers.

People should be more critical of the news. The same should go with their government and elected officials. Trust but verify.

i can't vote, even if i could i would not vote for obama because the better candidate was marginalised by the dem party because it was smitten by obama. this is like the middle aged guy dumping his wife for the prettier, younger wife who did not raise children, put up with him through his eccentricities but yet gets the benefits of the hard work of the first wife. Who wants to support such a party? Even if Mcain would be the prez bydefault.

Obama supporters. You are not very smart. You trash our candidate
and think we will stand side-by-side with you cheering for that
"empty suit" candidate of yours. We feel the same about him as you
do about Hillary. You think the shoe can't be on the other foot?
Come November, you will need most of us 18 million Hillary voters.
We don't need you. Keep bashing Hillary. Keep it fresh in our minds
when the general election comes. I chose McCain over Obama. At
least McCain has done something he can be credited with to help
the country.

CNN logic does not make sense. When either Hillary or Obama is compared against McCain there was a 3-4pt margin. Now that Hillary is out of the race does not mean there are more Democratic voters. Where would the bounce come from other than voters switching parties. If anything this is very good for Obama - even with PUMA voting for McCain, Obama's lead is growing.

CNN, plz post this.
You can dream about Hillary supporters voting for Obama.
You just cannot understand that our unwillingness to vote for him is not only because we are outreaged by unprecedentally unfair of primiary by DNC and media.
We just completely don't like Obama and don't trust him.
And we are going to vote for country, not party.
Such party (DNC) who betrayed us - it's core base - is just dead for us.
Though we don't like McCain much, we consider McCain is less evil than Obama for this country.
McCain 08

This poll also means McCain got zero bounce when he became the GOP nominee.

The polls will change daily. I cannot believe if Obama loses it would be all Hillary fault. You people are always making excuses. She got out of the race in June. How can it possibly be her fault. I can't help it if you picked a loser. I thought he was a candidate to bring people together, but another arrogant slap - Patty Doyle.

If Hillary supporters are MORE interested in the Candidates than the Major Issues facing this nation, let the "bitter voters" go ahead and vote for Mcain! Some of us will NOT be willing to listen to those "bitter voters" when:
1. the price of gas hits $5,oo plus
2. our people remain stuck in Iraqi
3. when Hillary is off with Bill enjoying their $109 million
4. when the supreme court is finally loaded with conservative judges
5. when we are burden with the invasion of Iran, and the list goes on.

No one, not even Obama, should beg these "bitter Hillary" voters; let them go ahead and vote for McCain and the Republicans!

The educated Democrats will have to vote for McCain - they simply cannot vote for obama - he is NOT qualified.
McCain will be 2nd choice - but - much better for our country than obama - he is far too radical and his background too questionable to ever be elected.

I agree with "supa" and "get real"

Only stupid people would vote for an idiot like McCain at a time like this. And "SHAME ON" the Hillary supporters who have not supported Obama and decided to either do nothing or vote for McCain instead. You are not a true Hillary supporter or democrat if you would do something that stupid!! You are truley a sore loser and a selfish person if you can't help the greater cause as a democrat.

GO BARACK OBAMA

The contest between Obama and Clinton wasn't so much one of issues as it was personality and gender. Clinton supporters are upset on more an emotional level than a thoughtful one. Of course it will take time for Clinton supporters to base their future vote on issues that matter to them rather than frustration over seeing their candidate no longer in the race.
I believe Obama will by November, be more attractive to Clinton supporters than will McCain.
