(CNN) - Sen. John McCain was touting U.S.-Canada economic and energy ties in a visit north Friday, while Sen. Barack Obama hammered his GOP opponent for embracing offshore drilling and other energy policies.

Here's why offshore drilling is necessary: Everyone who has cried "No War For Oil" will acheive their goal. Domestic oil = no oil wars. The environmental groups are concerned about our environment, but what about the foreign countries we drill in? What about their environment? Educate youselves on the oil industry and the new safer technologies such as horizontal drilling. We all want renewable energy sources, but they are 10 – 15 years away from being able to truly supply us. We need something in the meantime.

Aliou FL for Obama   June 20th, 2008 8:10 pm ET

Americans in their majority believe that Oil companies or OPEC can solve our problems concerning oil in the short term. Folks, Bush and Mcsame are lying to you.

Oil companies usually sign a prespection and exploration contract with the politicians of oil exporting countries, well before tehy start prospecting. In other words, the oil is sold even before we know what is in the ground for sure.

If the local dictator doesn't give concessions to the oil company who wants it, it simply means that he has a bigger stronger competitor backing him.

If he doesn't, He is in trouble, and the oil company will not have a lot of problems ousting him or overthrowing the regime with the help of their own milicia, their mercenaries, our CIA or our government and military.

Sad isn't it. Oil that is in these countries have been sold long time and for 100 years in advance at least.

What runs the price of oil up is the speculators in wallstreet and the oil companies themselves. They may buy a barryl in a long term contract when the barryl was $.5 and turn around years later to sell it for any price they chose.

Yet in America, we keep pointing fingers at those countries who are being rip off just like we are. Mostly their citizens, because the meager oil revenue from the whole sale of their natural resources are paid directly to the coffers of the dictators in American and european banks. Oil companies, Bush and McCain do the same when they get their cut of the money.

The people never see the money. They are the victims as well.

The dictators are content with the meager cut they get, so long as it is paid to them and not to the country's treasury.

The only reason Obama is opposed is because McCain is for it.
I am sure if he mentioned it first it would be okay. His negative attitude towards this issue is going against the will of the people. Makes me wonder what else his "change" will go against the will of the people. He is too scary, I don't trust him at all and I sure don't want his racists wife in the people's "White House"

Carol, San Luis Obispo, CA   June 20th, 2008 7:58 pm ET

Maybe if McCain can't get Canadian oil he may have the US invade Canada just like GWB invaded Iraq.

Aliou FL for Obama   June 20th, 2008 7:57 pm ET

Canadians can't vote. McSame has already made his case with me: 100 years of war with the rest of the world. What tells me Canada is not on the list?

David   June 20th, 2008 7:47 pm ET

I think we should drill. We should also invest in alternative fuels. Why put all our eggs in one basket. We need to do both. What if alternative fuel takes 15 more years to be viable. A few million barrels a day wouldn't hurt in the mean time. We should also have the government collection of oil sold at market price instead of being put in the reserve and that money be directly put to the funding of alternative fuel. Maybe to build a large solar energy field in the middle of Nevada? Both parties need to give on this. We can't just do oil and we can't just do alternative. Besides alternative cars will cost a fortune at first. How long till they are affordable?

M.S. Indiana   June 20th, 2008 7:40 pm ET

Well Mr McCain, try and come to IN and tell us how good NAFTA is for us... Tell us why all those plants/factories had to close and move it Mexico...

Please people, look at this white house research...

"The projections in the OCS access case indicate that access to the Pacific, Atlantic, and eastern Gulf regions would not have a significant impact on domestic crude oil and natural gas production or prices before 2030."

and on top of this, who says this oil will be sold in America ?? China will be the rich power buyer out there, and dont tell me the oil companies wont go for highest bider..
Lets pup up all the oil there is and get over the oil problem...

Obama quit show the people how ignorant you are. If you would quit rubbing your palms and doing your dance around the flag pole in glee that you have this race sewed up YOU might be able to see the big picture. HADES YES WE NEED OUR ON OIL. WE DON'T NEED TO BE COUNTING ON OPEC TO KEEP FURNISHING US WITH OUR OIL NEEDS . OPEC DRIVING THE PRICE OF OIL UP TO WHERE NO COMMON CAN EVEN GET TO WORK. YOU ARE AN IDIOT. YOUR SUPPORTERS ARE IDIOTS AND I AM OH SO TIRED OF ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS COMING OUT OF THESE BIG NON UNDERSTANDABLE LANGUAGE THAT YOU RAPPERS SPEAK. Obama you shortsighted liberal scum... Can't see 1 foot in front of his face. Drilling for oil on our territory would be part of an overall strategy to wean ourselves off the Saudis and Venezuelans. For the life of me I don't understand how anybody could say no to that. No other country puts restriction on themselves like we do. This is ridiculous. Go vote for that socialist, if you want to. You'll be sorry you did...

We, need to wake up people before we are sold a bill of goods based on lies!

If McCain is elected, I don't want to see a single McCain/Hillary complain!

MCCAIN DOESN'T TELL YOU, THAT EVEN IF WE DRILLED ON ALL COASTS STARTING TODAY, YOU WOULD NOT SEE THAT OIL AT YOUR STATION FOR AT LEAST 10-15 YEARS....... AND GUESS WHAT? HE DOESN'T CONTROL THE PRICE OF OIL!

Off shore drilling would be at the discretion of the indiviual states. By the way, The Netherlands have off shore drilling, are clean, have major income from tourism, and store their waste underground. They are PROGRESSIVE in many ways. It is time we drill at home, and put our money into our country's wealth rather than Mexico and the Middle East prospering from our need. There was a time when Americans were more self sufficient. We import high cost commodities and products from overseas, pay through the nose and recieve tainted merchandise. Think of the AMERICAN JOBS drilling would generate. Remember the Alaskan Pipeline?

Jen, CA   June 20th, 2008 6:47 pm ET

For those of you who think Obama shares your concern about high gas prices, think again. He stated recently on CNBC that “high gas prices don’t really constitute a problem for Americans . . . only the RAPID increase in prices . . .” So much for his immediate concern for you!

LET US BEGIN to drill here and drill now! Yes, of course it’s a temporary solution – but at least it is a solution. Drilling here and now will send a strong signal to the Middle East oil cartels that America can find a way to fuel its economy (and democracy!!!!) without them.

Then let us show the world that the America that split the atom and put men on the moon will find a new way to power cars and factories.

Yes, it will take some time, but it always begins with the FIRST STEP.
PLEASE! Let the GOP and John McCain shout from the rooftops a new - and winning - campaign slogan: "It's domestic energy, stupid!"

Matteo in Canada   June 20th, 2008 6:45 pm ET

Hey, I'm a Canadian, and if I had it my way, McCain wouldn't even be ALLOWED in my country! Take it from me, NAFTA ain't so popular here either. During the Bush administration, Canadians have noticed that they are paying a HUGE amount taxes on things they EXPORT. In fact, that tax is way larger than that of the U.S. So yes, Canadians are getting screwed over on NAFTA too. We still need free trade between our countries, but this agreement needs to be reformed, and fast.

OBAMA '08!!!

Susan, NY   June 20th, 2008 6:43 pm ET

I believe that we need a complex solution to the complex energy problem. Obviously new technologies, solar, wind, nuclear, etc. But we also need to become more self-sufficient with oil supplies. Yes we may not see any oil from off shore drilling for some years, but not a bad idea to start some progress in that direction. With the volatile situation in the Middle East, we should start looking closer to home for our oil. It will be more expensive to obtain, but if we don't start now, we just push the potential further and further into the future.
Devoting research to make it more environmentally safe could make it an attractive part of the solution.

Trisha, Monsey NY   June 20th, 2008 6:42 pm ET

I hope people wake up and see that MCBush is no good for this country!
I believe we can prosper again with Obama in office. McCain smells like the same old same old too me!

McCain flip-flopped yet again. Once he got lucrative donations from the very deep pockets of Big Oil...did another flip-flop.

Drilling more oil will do nothing to reduce worldwide demand let alone U.S. demand – so Republicans better get use to high prices if you vote for McCain.

ed   June 20th, 2008 6:38 pm ET

the idiotcy of the american people just kill me of course off shore drilling will help, its something that should have been done years ago. there are other means of energy but why wait for them to be implimented, we should be doing them all at the same time to let the world know we are thruogh with the BULL S. just another example of his inexpeirence, when are you people going to wake up and see that yes we can means to this man that yes we can destoy america in four years.

they ahve you all fighting about offshore drilling, to take your attention away from the REAL reason we pay high gas prices.

DONT STAY DUMB ANY LONGER AMERICANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pam Eugene OR   June 20th, 2008 6:29 pm ET

It is way too late for offshore drilling. By the time we could actually get any oil we will have found alternative enegy and screwed up the environment!

Adam   June 20th, 2008 6:28 pm ET

Everyday it gets more obvious that Obama does not understand the economy at all. Get this man new economic advisors. What's Obama's idea instead of offshore drilling? OIL WINDFALL TAX. An awful, awful idea. Even blind Obama supporters should agree that Obama is wrong with that idea. That's Jimmie Carter at his worse. Combine that with his vote for the Cheney energy bill and his doubling of the capital gains tax and you have a presidential candidate who has no idea how the economy works.

Obama supporters complain about the issues not being talked about. Well that's probably a good thing for Obama because he knows absolutely nothing about the economy and would devasted our economy if elected.

Obama: until you invent a perpetual motion machine, shut up and stay out of the way of those who can address the problems.

In the meantime, we need to realize that we will require oil for a long time to come; we need to drill for oil in Alaska and offshore; we need to build more nuclear power plants; we need to use our vast amounts of coal and coal-shale deposits; we need to build more refineries; we need to lower capital gains taxes to encourage people to invest in the development of alternate sources of energy; we need to fund nuclear fusion research; we need to understand that an enormous amount of electricity is required to create hydrogen; we need to appreciate that an electric car is not entirely "green" or "clean" if it relies on carbon-based fuel to generate the electricity for its overnight recharging; we need to develop alternate sources of energy but realize it will be decades before they substantially reduce dependence on petroleum; we need to stop being so wasteful with all limited resources; we need to trust the future to inventors and entrepeneurs and investors and capitalists, not government bureaucrats; we need to understand that the U.S. government only loosely enforces its borders in exchange for oil from Mexico and Canada; we need to ignore Al Gore and his "one socialist world" followers.

We do not each need to spend $600 per month on a new hybrid car payment in order to save $150 per month on gas (taking $450 per month out of the rest of the economy); we do not need to ruin our economy with ludicrous CO2 cap-and-trade agreements that will do nothing but raise prices to unimaginable levels and destroy jobs; we do not need to listen to people who can't comprehend that global warming is a cyclical and natural phenomenon caused by the effect of solar activity on cloud formation; we do not need to tax the oil companies and remove their incentive to look for more oil; we do not have to feel guilty for creating wealth and prosperity.

Taxpayers foot the bill for his trip to Iraq and Israel, and we paid for this one as well. You would think with all the money that his wife has, that he would sponge off of her instead of us.

Another gimmick from the McCain camp. That offshore drilling idea, will take between 5 to 10 years to realize and will save the average consumer 4 to 5 cents per gallon, whereas if we invest in bettter forms of energy, we can lower the price of a gallon of oil to at least half of what it is now.

I thought I would take the time to inform you and CNN that a majority Canadians do not support John McCain. In fact his policies makes most of us cringe. Yes NAFTA should be renegotiated and I take offense to your "What did John McCain say that had Canadians cheering?" comment. Simply not true. Corporations support him of coarse, not the millions of people that can see whats going on with the economy/wars/division between rich and poor. Obama is welcome in Canada anytime he would like to visit. McCain, on the other hand, can keep his Bush policies to himself. Thank you for listening. A proud Canadian and Humanitarian, Kris

Obama/Hillary 08   June 20th, 2008 5:12 pm ET

Offshore drilling is not a solution to our energy problems but a political stunt. Offshore drilling is only more profit for Exxon Mobil because the gas companies still going to control the market. Alternative energy sources is more likely to give us a better result because it would end that monopoly that the gas companies have. When gasoline and diesel is not the only source that we can power our cars and trucks with the price would automatically drop on its own. It would be the end of that monopoly.

Gene   June 20th, 2008 5:11 pm ET

I can't stand McCain.. but this is one point I agree with him on. I do believe that we should be drilling. Even though it doesn't help us in the immediate future.. in the long run it'll be beneficial for us. Even if we as a country move on and become energy independent through alternative sources and don't need the oil... having that oil available for export could give our economy a huge boost.

But also.. lets remember that this is another flip flop for McCain. He was opposed to the idea of drilling until the news starting reporting that the majority of Americans were now in favor of it. Then all of a sudden he makes the announcement that he's all for it. At least if you're gonna do that... part of the speech should include "I know I was against it in the past... but times have changed..."

Don't make it sound like you've been fighting for it.

Obama is a flip flop liar. He is the same old politician. He flip flop about Public Funding and NAFTA. During the primary, he said he did not aware of his staff talking to the Canadian about NAFTA but look at his position about NAFTA now, it is exactly what his staff said to the Canadian that time. He lies to Americans to get votes. This is change that you can expect from him. Also, at the Al Gore endorsement Obama rally, when the Governor of Michigan mention Hillary name, Obama's supporters boo her rudely. This is the Unity that Obama promise you. This is another change that you can expect from Obama. After all of this, I suggest all Americans do not ever listen to anything Obama say but look at what Obama did instead. He will never get my support or my vote no matter what Hillary say to convince us to support him. I simply can not support a flip flop liar.

Anything that the agreement stated that 'YOUR' business groups dislike is challenged and higher tariffs are introduced by Congress while the issue itself takes years to come to resolution. Near the end our gouvernment pays a bit more and calls it a victory! Then the circus starts all over again!! If you can't abide by agreements with your largest trading partner, then come out and say so. In this world, we can go elsewhere!!

If I were McCain I'd learn to come up with a view that I'd be capable of sticking with for more than .05 secs, before I start blasting my opponent OFFSHORE!

Chris K   June 20th, 2008 4:47 pm ET

As Canadian looking south I only have one thing to say about this.

Go Obama 2008!! You represent the change that most of the Western World needs.

John McCain gave a speech to rich Canadian people today ("Economic Club"). That's all the republicans (or conservatives in Canada) care about. It's time for change. Not just in the USA, but here in Canada too.

You go Barack!

Marie in California   June 20th, 2008 4:47 pm ET

We definitely need to develop new energy sources and technologies ..... AND drill offshore too. We should have done all of that long ago before we got into this current mess. As it is, it looks like the Middle Eastern oil countries will have us by the short hairs forever unless we take decisive action on ALL available options.

Democrat for McCain – 2008

Willy   June 20th, 2008 4:46 pm ET

Keep on the wrong side Obama on drilling. I am counting on you and the demwitcrats to look like fools again like you have in Iraq.

Tyler   June 20th, 2008 4:45 pm ET

I hope Canadians are protesting him today.

I used to be a Democrat   June 20th, 2008 4:42 pm ET

Obama is on the wrong side of this argument. America does not agree with Obama on offshore drilling.

Bob Indianapolis, IN   June 20th, 2008 4:38 pm ET

Big Oil already has leases on tens of thousands of acres that they are doing NOTHING with...Even if they got their greedy mitts on ANWR tomorrow, nothing would change! Turning your country into a bigger, dirtier version of East Germany is not the solution....

Speechless   June 20th, 2008 4:35 pm ET

How dare John McCain advocate a comprehensive approach to energy independence for our country! What he will think of next to help us?

Bill Obama = 2nd Carter Term   June 20th, 2008 4:34 pm ET

Let Obama say we do not need to drill offshore. Let hima nd others say how bad it is to drill . That shows how not up to date and do not have the facts when it comes to drilling. Drilling is not the whole answer but it is part.

Obama is on the wrong side of this issue.

Well atleast macain knows about canada and all the oil, electricity, water and everything else from canada as a trader. we are one of the biggest traders with the us and at least we are friends of the us.good for you macain obama doesn't have a clue how much we trade back and forth

Vera /AB. Canada   June 20th, 2008 4:31 pm ET

Who is paying for all of McSames trips??????. Why is he comming to Canada now.?He acts like he is already the president and he will never be. Did he bring his telepromter with him???

John Melton   June 20th, 2008 4:30 pm ET

Has anyone asked John McCain how he feels about the pending sale of Anheuser Busch to a Belgium company especially since his wife is a major share holder of a budwieser distributor? How does he feel about seeing another US company head over seas on his pocket book?

WE NEED THE TRUTH   June 20th, 2008 4:26 pm ET

Someone said 51 years ago that OIL was not infinite but was finite and one day the world is going to wake up to the day when the earth has given up it's last drop. And as that day approaches this country and all the other countries will be competing for a product that will be controlled and limited in it's availability. And there will be economic devastation happening in this world.

The future for us is pretty bleak unless we turn all our attention and resources not to drilling for more OIL, but to developing new sources of energy. This is something that we seriously better think about. Obviously McCain isn't thinking about it.

Obama is the only way to go...his plan is looking out for our children and their children....WAKE UP AMERICA!

I think we need to do some drilling into McCain's cranium to see if we can locate any of his old opinions or positions, buried deep within his gray matter.

Greg Erie PA   June 20th, 2008 4:25 pm ET

Obama keeps saying we can't drill here, we can't drill ther. We can't do this we can't do that. The only thing he knows is tax, tax, tax. At least McCain is looking at different methods without raising taxes.
Obama all tax, no ideas.

TJ Johnson   June 20th, 2008 4:25 pm ET

McCain is proposing solutions; BO is proposing nothingness.

S.B. Stein E.B. NJ   June 20th, 2008 4:23 pm ET

Since when did Candians get a chance to vote in US elections? I know that as an American, I can't vote in Canadian elections. Have all the funds for his campaign dried up here in the US so that he has to go to Canada?

McCain is wrong on the need for drilling. We need to invest other places and ways. The federal government under Bush has failed to anything like leadership.

Yupik1   June 20th, 2008 4:20 pm ET

I don't think ANY of the candidates should leave the country during the course of this election season. This election is about U.S. and U.S. alone. We've had too many Presidents who have sold out the interests of American citizens for too long. It's time we elect a candidate who will look out for the best interest of U.S. citizens. There's no reason to pander to other countries until becoming the President of the U.S. America First!

doc   June 20th, 2008 4:20 pm ET

Both Obama, and McCain, are for Nuclear Power Barac has written legisation enabling it in his state to protect them from law suits for any environmental accidents and McCain says build more. Well what insurance carrier would write a policy covering the litigation from a 3 mile island type oops. The answer the American Gov.t., that is you and me baby and that will cost us BILLIONS, when the oops happens. I grew up within eye sight of Indian Point Nukes, in Westchester, they never even generated energy for New York it was all shipped out west and sold, plus the reactors or 1 or 2 were shut down for various reasons entombing atleast 1 or 2 workers killed. think about it folks neither one of these two have any solutions they will tell us what ever we want to hear for the votes its time for some truth !!!!!

Voter   June 20th, 2008 4:20 pm ET

Obama has slammed McCain's position on offshore drilling, not because of environmental concerns, but because it would not yeild increase in production for 5 years. Therefore he supports development of new technologies. He fails to mention that this pushes the window of productivity further out to at least a decade. We do not need this man in the white house. America will regret an Obama presidency.

Chris from San Antonio   June 20th, 2008 4:16 pm ET

Just like the "gas tax holiday" McCain is just pandering to Americans in what looks like economic relief but offers no real help.
I fail to see how creating a potential ecological disaster that will produce oil 5 years from now is helpful. Perhaps a McCain supporter can answer.

Brian   June 20th, 2008 4:16 pm ET

PUMA:

To support the candidacy of Hillary Clinton

Yup makes a lot of sense for PUMA's to vote for McCain:

The smae guy who voted to impeach Clinton and "Do you know why Chelsea Clinton is so ugly? Because Janet Reno is her father." –at a 1998 Republican fundraiser

FrankSmith   June 20th, 2008 4:12 pm ET

I guess Hillary and her "bitter" Clinton supporters need Obama (and supporters) more than Obama needs Hillary..

Obama can win those battle-ground DEM states without the help of Hillary.

Hillary needs the help of Obama to pay her sagging bills, loans etc. This is how terribly Hillary managed her campaign. I guess Hillary and her bitter followers need to beg Obama to come their help!!!

Bottom line, call on McCain to help retire Hillary's debts, loans...!

Off shore drilling will not help. Does anyone really believe this crap. We need alternatives to oil not more oil.

Republican for Obama   June 20th, 2008 4:04 pm ET

He still has my vote. But I'm not on this rally call for "lets remain land locked". Truth is, by a poll most Americans think we should loosen up the constraints on offshore oil drilling. The only contradiction to this is the Democratic Party, which isn't even by a large margin.

If you want to swing votes your way, this is not the banner to be carrying. You may lose some on this. Your rally call need not be about stagnating and maintaining the old policies. I thought I heard you say 'change'...well let's change these restrictive limits that are placed on offshore drilling.

ps: Still got my vote, but watch how far you go before you lose it.

Jessica, NY   June 20th, 2008 4:04 pm ET

I'm an Obama supporter but I'm not necessarily oppossed to McCain until he does stuff like this. Offshore drilling is the worst idea I've ever heard. Our addiction to oil reminds me of a druggie who will do anything to get his drugs. The only thing we should ever rely on this much is food. Come on McCain, I like you, don't just say whatever you think your party wants you to say.

Bruce   June 20th, 2008 4:04 pm ET

The Bushies have been trying to push permanent tax cuts for the wealthy as a repsonse to every economic problem, now suddenly we hear them all yammering about offshore drilling to get gas prices down, even though they know that the drilling won't lower gas prices for many years, if ever. So, as always, I am left to wonder what their real agenda is, what they are actually trying to accomplish. Is it just me, or is everyone else kind of fed up with being treated like idiots, lied to repeatedly, misled about everything our government is up to? Even after all his credibility has been lost, Bush is still making nonsensical proposals, and for some reason, McCain and others are still willing to be his yes-men.

Brandon Hillary Democrat for Mc Cain   June 20th, 2008 4:03 pm ET

I dont see obama even addressing the situation yet he blasted Hillary for playing politics with it. Talk is cheap double talk is expensive.

We will remember come November.

Rudy NYC   June 20th, 2008 4:03 pm ET

Obama needs to be quiet if he has nothing positive to add. He reminds me of the kid who gets blasted at dodgeball lately.

I wonder what McCain is up to. Whatever it is, it has the White House endorsement behind it. Don't believe it, then why is the White House so silent on this visit? How much noise would they make if Obama paid a visit to a foreign country to tout US policy, or his future US policy?

GA American   June 20th, 2008 4:01 pm ET

Here's a candidate looking for ways to help America's rising fuel cost and here's a wishful candidate opposing the ideads. O.K. hOBO, what's your plan or do you have one? Do you even know what they are talking about? I'm sure it's above your head!!!!

Saad from NJ   June 20th, 2008 4:00 pm ET

Why can't McCain run for the office in Canada? I admire him as a person and what he has done for our country but just the thought of having another Bush alike govern our country makes me sick.

McCain for Canada 08.

maybe some of those objecting should stand on the south beach of key west about mid night .. can you see the lights from cuba ?.. it is'nt just cars that use petroeum products .. and mr. obamaha it has been reported that your energy advisors use of power has increased by 10 percent since the original report

Michael   June 20th, 2008 3:58 pm ET

Don't the democrats get it? No, drilling is not the eternal answer. It is what we must do now until find that answer. If it's going to take ten years to get the one million barrels a day, let''s get started. We should have gotten started ten years ago, except we had Bill Clinton in the White House and then lack of decisiveness on this issue from Bush. By the way, anyone of you writers to this blog ever been to ANWR. Take a trip. There's nothing unique or pristine about it. It looks like Mars with mosquito pools.

K Jeffs   June 20th, 2008 3:57 pm ET

Senator McCain made some interesting comments in Ottawa today. He revealed that Canada is the largest exporter of oil and gas to the United States. How many here knew that? We're almost always left to believe that the middle east is our largest oil supplier. Do we have a plan on the books to bring freedom to them so we can sign an oil sharing agreement? I'm being facetious of course but perhaps we should pay more attention to our closest trading partner and less to those that do not appreciate Americans. Another interesting point is Canada has been hit as hard by NAFTA as the United States has. It seems 2 bucks a day in Mexico is the place to do business.

Darth Vadik, CA   June 20th, 2008 3:57 pm ET

McCain is crazy,
First of all the oil companies have the right to drill in many other places

THEY DONT ON PURPOSE TO KEEP THE PRICES UP

second:

Most of Florida's money comes from TOURISM

YOU BUILD THOSE OIL RIGS OFF THE SHORE

KISS THE TOURISM MONEY GOODBYE FLORIDA.

RB   June 20th, 2008 3:54 pm ET

I can't believe this idiot is in Canada touting NAFTA as a success story. That should really help to make the choice clear for you souls in OH, MI, IN, WV, and the other states that think McSame is going to look out for your best interest. If you were lucky enough to get a job through NAFTA, you should probably vote for McSame! If not...
